It was my first time eating here. I am not a fan of sushi, so I tried their cooked meals. They have a good variety of cooked meals as well as sushi and appetizers. I ordered gyozas and a bento meal. The order of gyozas didnt take long to arrive and was very warm and crunchy. They tasted amazing, and their dipping sauce was good, but it is a bit spicy. The bento comes with soup and salad. Everything was brought pretty quickly, but it was well prepared. The whole meal was delicious, the portion size was good, and the price was great. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. Will definitely eat here again.

Didnt taste like it came out of the freezer. Very fresh. Staff very friendly, asked what she recommended and provided great recommendations. Reasonable portions, not too much not too little. 👍

The sushi is not only beautifully presented but its sophisticated and delicious. They dont focus on big rolls with cheap ingredients and a ton of spicy mayo or a thick layer of rice. Take a look at my pictures, the roll fits perfectly in your mouth. Go during happy hour if you want to add some drinks or sake to your order. Happy hour is until 6pm! The only caveat is that depending on the roll you order, its not budget friendly but the prices are not outrageously high either.

The food is amazing here. This is our go to sushi place every time! Hands down the perfect sushi spot.In our most recent visit, Taylor attended us and she was very patient with our group. Also, did us the favor of splitting the bill. She was super friendly and quick with all of her requests. Very happy with her service!

Our favorite sushi place in San Diego county. The only problem with this place is that theyre too far from home! If they were closer, we would be there a lot more often, for sure.When you go (Yes, you really have to go), be sure to order the beer and sake combo, and order the Asahi beer... A much better flavor than Kirin or Sapporo. We prefer the sake warm, but to each his own.Once your drink order is out of the way, its time to get down to the serious business of enjoying their food!Sometimes we like to hit it at happy hour, and order one of just about everything, but its just as good to hit it with their normal menu, and enjoy the regular prices with the absolutely awesome rolls. Today was kind of special, we hit it at the end of happy hour, So we got a few happy hour treats and then moved on to their usual selection of really great rolls.Yeah, there are other sushi places we visit, mostly because theyre closer to home, but when we have the time, Its Tabu Sushi is always our number one choice.Sorry, no pictures this time, but Im sure Ive uploaded some in the past.

After a day of running around I couldnt wait to to get out of the heat. Sit down and relax with some good sushi.Host Sara welcomed me with a warm smile and took my order as I already knew what I wanted.Amazing garlic edamame and shrimp tempura hit the spot.The place was clean and food came faster than expected and HOT!!!Very reasonably priced.BONUS: They honor military discount!I will support especially because of this.Great place to visit.I highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent food and service always on point. The food is always delicious, large portions and the servers are very attentive always, great customer service. My husband and I have been coming here for 3 years now and is always great!

The hostess that has Harley Quinn hair was rude but the bartender and the other hostess with the wavy hair was very helpful and polite and helped us pick out rolls and got us seated and and fed. We had a great time and they had amazing rolls. The only one I didnt like was the dynamite roll it had a weird taste but everything else was great, the stuffed jalapenos, the sexy roll and the other 6 rolls we ordered were amazing. We had hot saki and Japanese beer. The people who were there and were obviously local regulars were chill and funny and had nothing but good vibes and recommendations hence the 6 rolls. Good time.

We live right around the corner Ive been coming here since they opened. Their food is always on point. The service however isnt very fast. A couple times weve dined in and gotten take out. This time we were 30 minutes past the time that they gave us. I ordered my food at 6:43 was told 30 minutes however it took an hour and I was walking out at 7:45. We definitely enjoy them there. And we look forward to continuing to eat with them. Maybe more people on the team? Because when we were there only half the tables were full yet everybody seems like they were racing around and super stressed.
