Came here for the first time for my birthday. It was the best custom service I have experienced in a very long time. The sushi was so fresh, authentic and delicious! A very small place but we luckily went midweek and walked in no problem.

Great sushi. Fresh fish, generous portions, and they have very reasonable prices. Great value for the combinations. Ive been here a few times for takeout, and its my new favorite sushi place. Highly recommend the Hawaiian roll. Best nearby sushi place in Chatsworth Porter Ranch area. Ten minutes away, totally worth the trip.

This lovely restaurant is now our FAVORITE sushi spot in Simi! And, I wish we still lived here, because then wed be visiting it every week!The rolls were FLAVORFUL and FRESH, and every bite just melted in our mouths! You can definitely tell when you are eating GOOD quality fish, and that is exactly what you experience at this quaint sushi spot.We took my 2-year old daughter with us for dine-in, and the waitress was as SWEET as can be towards her!Thank you, Izakaya Sushi K for a lovely evening, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Izakaya is a quiet and cozy sushi house run by the friendliest owners in town. Their sushi is always fresh, and it is our favorite place in town. And weve been to all of them! Definitely make reservations as they are always full for dinner. (I told you their sushi is the best, remember?) Whether you order a la carte, a dinner, or any of their creative and delicious rolls, you will not be disappointed by the flavor and quality of their food!

Awesome sushi! And wonderful staff! We made a collection on Postmates and we arrive about 15mins before our order was ready.We were more than happy to wait. As we waited we were brought 2 complementary ice green teas.Also sat in for dinner tonight and was again impressed with everything. The staff are so nice!

SO good especially for the price! I had their 2 entree plate (something like that) that came with teriyaki beef, tempura, California roll, miso soup, rice, and salad. I got everything I wanted without ordering too much food. Service was fast and simple. Took a bad pic but it was a good amount of food.Ill definitely be coming back

Amazing Sushi place. The sushi tasted fresh and very flavorful. I’ve tried sushi up and down the State and this one is one of my favorites. Prices are very reasonable as well. Photo shows the Izakaya Combo with the Hot Night Roll and Alaskan Roll. This combo includes the 2 whole 8 piece rolls with Miso Soup for a great price. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area. They are currently only doing Take Out due to COVID. Staff was very friendly.

The food here is amazing. Always fresh and fast. Theyre a new store with only one chef. I came in when the store first opened, and they were very accommodating for my food allergies and have been coming back since.Staff is friendly, even when busy.If youre thinking about giving it a try, I highly recommend doing so.

What a great dinning experience. My bf is picky with “No Rice” Rolls. The sushi is fresh. The flavors of the rolls are delicious. He has been here several time before I came to join him. It’s busy in the weekends. We were able to have a seat on a week day. We shall be back.

We had a great dining experience at Izakaya K! Their staff is very friendly and attentive. Our order was taken very quickly, delicious meals were quickly served and our drinks were always kept filled. The sushi was some of the best quality fish weve had, especially in Simi Valley! Their owner explained to us that their business moved to Simi from the valley. It was clear from our visit to Izakaya K that they had many years of experience serving high quality food! We are very excited to have such a great new Japanese restaurant in Simi Valley. We will definitely be back!

The food was good, the servers were polite and the prices were reasonable. My only complaint is that the food took longer to arrive than it should have. Someone, from the restaurant, came over and apologized to us as I had to complain to the waitress about the longer than usual wait time for the sushi. Not a five star restaurant but I felt that it was a good value in terms of cost.

Some of the best sushi Ive ever tried. We started with an amazing savory miso soup. Then sushi!! The fish was so fresh - we tried salmon sushi, avocado and eel roll, and a chefs special with super fresh and tasty albacore that just melted in your mouth. We also tried a bento box with tender an flavorful teriyaki chicken and beef. Great service and food - we will be back, thank you so much!!

The food was good and the staff are very nice. Though we asked for no sesame seeds and all of the plate came with a lot of sesame seeds. It was disappointing as we have a sesame allergy.

This place was okay, but lately everytime I want to pace an order for take out or go in they say no. We are only are taking reservations, we are to busy to place an order to go. Not a good way to run a business, and they lost ours... Miss Suski Sushi, they know how to treat customers.

They kick it up a notch using shiso leaf, yuzu koshu and they have a tasty lemon roll. But when he gets busy, hes by himself, so there can be a slight wait. I go off hours, between lunch and dinner.
