Pulled up at 3am drive thru and got my order placed by Kim. I have to say this was the first time I get good service at a Jack at that time or at all. No attitude and great service over all. Very nice.

Gotta love when Jack in the Box gives you a lot of different sauces. The food wasnt super expensive and it was really delicious. I ordered the Large Double Bacon Chessy Jack Combo with some Tacos and a Chicken Sandwich. I also got a Fruit Punch Hi-C. It was the bomb 🥴

This location on multiple drive thru visits have asked for pin # instead of handing over the pin pad when using a debit card. I always say no & request the pad. I thought it was only 1 particular employee doing it but now I see it just seems to be common practice regardless of the employee in drive thru. They shouldnt be requesting this information. This should be investigated and corrected. & NEVER give your pin # to anyone.

Its okay. Bathroom could use some work though. A mirror perhaps and a place to set your things down. Also they need a bike rack to lock up the bike. But overall good for a place. I just hate it though that their in-door dining closes at dusk. Thats totally paranoid. The majority of us are not there to assualt,, steal, or attack the staff at night, but for those few punks who do its locked as soon as the sun sets. FEN minorities!

Late night the fries are never fresh unless there’s too many people in line for them to give old reheated fries to. Also they discriminate towards blacks. One time when I was ordering the girl told me EBT is inside when I never asked about EBT nor had it. She claimed they let everyone know but I didn’t hear her say it to anyone else the whole time I was there. Was there at midnight and the girl forgot my drink and didn’t give fresh fries. I had to turn around and wait back in line and when I gave my receipt to ask for fresh fries and my drink they treated me like I gave them the wrong receipt from earlier in the day when they literally just saw me four cars ago.

I have been coming to this location for years lately the night shift has been messing up my orders. They are serving burn chicken sandwiches. And the chicken tenders are extremely hard. The fries are cold. As if the food has been sitting all day. Its a waste of my time and gas. Its happened to me twice, they never answer the phone. I let it go but a third time now. I cant. I had to come back to show them the food they looked at me like there was somethingwrong with me. I showed the girl and she was rude. And asked me if I wanted a refund. I told her no just make my sandwich and my sons tenders righ.

Drive thru people need to be better trained. Ordered 2 breakfast platters (only bacon) combos, 1 small diet coke, one medium. Got to the window and the platters were in the bag on their sides, no extra hash browns, and both had bacon and sausage. Also got 2 medium drinks. Not what I ordered. And the female at the window was very rude. Listening skills are not evident at this location.

Jack n the Box seems to have stepped it up with making their food fresh. The least you can do is make this processed goodness fresh considering the lack of nutrients. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich recently. It was so hot and fresh I burned the SH*T out of my tongue! Saying that to say the food is really fresh here and I absolutely recommend this Jack n the box of your in the market for that type of food.

This used to be my go to place 4 my 2 a.m. craving with my friend all the time, up until I found a baby roach in my soda cup. My food was cold. My cheese fries didnt have a whole lot of cheese either. Got the munchies? They will help you anytime day or night (drive through only during after hours). Easy to spot from the street. Wheelchair accessible Bathroom. Free parking. Not the cleanest but still had a grade A [July 2019]. Two blocks from 110 freeway on the corner. 7-Eleven, ampm, and gas occupy the other 3 corners of the intersection.
