This Jack in the Box is consistently one of the slowest, most disorganized locations I have ever visited. Orders are constantly wrong.Update: 10/28/23 Decided to try this restaurant again. Went to the drive through on this trip. I sat behind one car in line for 10 minutes before I decided to back out and go somewhere else. This place needs a serious management improvement. It seems like no one cares here

I usually dont complain, but Google keeps asking for my review.While in town for high school game I stopped to get food while waiting, around 3:45pm. Only the drive-thru was open. It honestly took 17 min to get to window. There were 3 cars in front of me. I was going to get out of line because I realized wpuld be late to game, but it was too difficult for the cars behind me to backup so just stayed. When finally got to the window the employee wasnt friendly, did not apologize for wait. My tacos were warm, but the fries were not. As I left the drive-thru an employee was sitting on curb right in front of entrance smoking cigarettes. ( Maybe they can designated a smoking area, not by drive-thru window where the smoke blows inside customers cars?)

This location is really truly horrible on so many aspects. Nothing is ever ever hot, it’s warm at BEST, fries taste like the oil is changed once every two weeks, and they forget something every single time. The employees truly just wanna show up to their shift, do nothing, and get paid.It’s every single time I go that they forget something in my bag, the first time I went they forgot my fries. The second time I asked for a bacon and swiss, they gave me a regular burger. I went again last week and ordered another bacon and swiss because i’m CRAVING that, once again gave me a BURGER WITH YELLOW CHEESE and ketchup and mustard. Went again TODAY, and they did the exact same thing.It’s one thing to make mistakes, but to be faced with missing food (which is missing money) EVERY SINGLE time I try to purchase the EXPENSIVE items, it’s not even an accident at this point, it’s just laziness.

Jack is good for some fast food. I think their prices have gotten to be way to high. I think their under staffed. Cars move thru the drive thru pretty slow.I use to go there alot, cant afford it any longer.

Waited in line 45 min ! Could not believe the food still sucked ! The fries were cold burger was dry and I got the wrong flavor of soda Went back w/ receipt the next morning early, I was gonna ask for a refund or maybe a breakfast item but I was hurried away because she said her time was going over! I then bought a sprite and it wasnt clear it was brown! I gave up!!

Drove 25 minutes to get some food after moving all weekend & came within posted business hours to find no one here working. Things were lit up like someone was here or shouldve been but nope!! Its posted they stay open u till 2am but it was 1am when I got here. False advertising is bad business.

Since my last review, nothing has changed. The service sucks. The drive thru is either backed up or your waiting forever for someone to take your order. If you decide to skip the wait in the drive thru and walk in theres a sign that says, Exact change or card. A few weeks ago I drove in the drive thru see the sign in the window saying Drive thru Open 24 hours and I sit there for about 10 mins and nobody took my order because NOBODY was in there. So, not 24 hours open. They need to call it quits and close down. The employee turnover rate is thru the roof. 2 employees working only? Not good service.

The only ppl in line and was rushed through. Received my food and then forgot one of my meals and then tried to argue with me about it. Looked at what was supposed to be grilled chicken, looked liked something that was in a fridge overnight. Horrible place to go. We have come to this restaurant once a month for a while now. Every single time they completely mess up our order then treat us very rudely when we want it fixed or have large orders even though Jack in the Box encourages large orders in their ads. I wouldnt recommend and am thinking about not being a regular customer anymore.**Update** we continue to go here and I think it is ran by new employees who are very nice and helpful they do not mess up our order hardly ever! I believe it is being ran better now so Im updating my review from 1 star to 3 the new employees are very nice but the last employees were very rude so Im glad things are looking up good job owners.

I ordered burgers with no mayo, ketchup, sauce - dry. Nope. Dripping condiments! No onions though. We ended up with a cheeseburger we didnt order, but the bottom bun was hard as a rock, so not a bonus. The guy next to us had to come back twice because they got his order wrong.

Mobile ordered. Noone was in the drive thru and Noone inside. They said it would take 10 mins and forgot my fries. I had to ask 2 to 3 times if i should pull forward. Iam pretty sure he wanted me to park up front. There was mostly meat in the tacos and lettace if any was gross. I guess they are not used to mobile orders, customer service or making food at this site. 🤔

The owner of this franchise really needs to step it up. With only one functional fryer, and a skeleton crew that hardly speak English, this restaurant has gone downhill. The last 2 times we went (and bought dinner for 4), we have found that the food is made sloppily, sometimes cold, and everything tastes like the same deep fryer. I truly hope this location decides to invest more in its customer base. I would love to hear what Jack says about all this.

Quit going to this place many years ago because the workers were spun, and the food was terrible. When I went to Burger King the grill was down and couldnt order a Whopper. Figured it has been a long time since Ive been to Jack In The Box, and seeing their ridiculous commercials on tv I would give it another try. Going there yesterday just re-affirmed why I quit going in the first place .First was placing the order. Gentleman spoke terrible English and spoke so fast like he was stressed that I couldnt understand what he was saying. Just for two hamburgers, (two buttery burgers) and nothing else, I was shocked to see that it came to almost $15.00. Fast food isnt reasonable at Jack In The Box anymore. Had I would have known that I could have bought the hamburger and cooked it at home.It took almost 20 minutes to get my order and it was super hot outside. When I got to the window, there was no one there for at least five minutes, with the gentleman that took my order going back and forth out of the area where you couldnt see anything. Im assuming he was also cooking? There was only one other worker I saw but she was outside in the front doing some janitorial when I pulled in. Then she came in and assisted with bagging up food.Hamburgers were terrible, dry, and flat tasting. Meat on both burgers were rubbery and overcooked like it was cooked ahead of time and stored. Cheese wasnt even melted on the meat. For $15 dollars this should be called the ultimate ripoffBye Jack, nice to have known ya.

Unfortunately this location always has problems. Everytime I go here the soda machine is broke and they still serve your drink knowing it isnt good. Food is usually not made right and never freshly made or hot. Im very disappointed in the way they handle situations and never compromise to make customers happy. Its expensive to eat here so just as fast as they take my money I would like them to deliver good products.

Bad service, bad food. The poor girl working. Possibly manager with long brown hair was very very rude. I kept trying to be nice and patient because she literally looked like she was having a breakdown. But she was increasingly rude. She made no eye contact refused to even try to talk loud enough to hear. I had to wait out front for my food wich is fine but I only ordered tacos. It took her forever to come out did not give me ranch said she would come back. 5-10min later I just went inside and waited in line. She did not apologize and seemed annoyed I came in. It was so uncomfortable asked if I had done something to upset her. She said she didnt know as she retreated to the back. I was definitely nice so dont know what the real issue was : /

I was very disappointed today. The service staff member could not answer my question and was short with me. Started to take my order and then stopped me cold; left me waiting and then made me repeat myself several times. Gave me the wrong sauce after I had to ask for it. When I was waiting at payment window I watched the staff member cleaning the floor pick up a bag that had been there for as long as I had been waiting, put it back in the bag slot holding clean bags. Outrageous. That worries me about their food handling skills. Staff uses same gloves for every order and after handling money/cards. I will not be back.

Staff is rarely friendly but not exactly rude either (at least not all the time). They mess up orders a lot so just have to check your bags. Mistakes happen so its understandable I suppose. But do check. Food is usually decent. Wouldnt say its great but I do like it and it hits the spot especially being the only place open after midnight.

No reply, I pull out of the drive thru and not only is no one in line but the workers are just hanging out chatting amongst themselves! Once a month or so our children will urgently need something to fill their incessant whine chasm so well reduce ourselves to desperately grasping at the nearest source of edible fare & (in the worlds lowest stakes game of Russian roulette) we will find ourselves nearest to a Jack In The specifically this Jack in the box at the south end of Lakeport right off of the highway. I dont think weve ever gone there without at least part of our order being wrong sometimes catastrophically and for I dont know almost a year now theres shake machine has been broken. But EVERY TIME they take/process our order & charge for shakes, then at the pick-up window they exasperatedly explain that our shake machine just broke sorry. Which leaves the choice of holding up the ever-present multiple car line to appropriately substitute them or just take a regular fountain drink & eat the 2-something times 5 (so like 60 dollars, right?) & drive home with our missing fries that were supposed to be curlies & our incorrect toppings & wrong sauces.

The first two visits our orders were wrong.All 3 trips the rudeness and lack of proper service overwhelmed us.Today we stood at the order counter being ignored for almost 10 minutes until an employee asked us what we wanted in a tone of voice as to say we do not want you here. Yummy fast food! The drive thru was surprisingly quick. The management must of stepped up their staffing requirements- big improvement from previous experiences. Friendly, polite staff and of you want a healthy option try the chicken teriyaki bowl with no sauce- yum! Fresh produce and rice. And on the dessert side, for a treat get the flavored cheesecake slice.

By the 5th time explaining my order I had forgotten to check for no ranch and had to go back.. This place has a great variety but always fails to deliver quality. Bleck!! Burgers are greasy and tasteless no matter which one it is. Portions of everything are way smaller than advertised. They serve breakfast all day (took their cue from McDs no doubt), but even those sandwiches and wraps are too greasy. Their food is really beneath human dignity. And its not just this location. Every Jack in the Box weve been to within 3 counties is exactly the same crappy quality. The only real thing they have going for them is their variety of drinks. Maybe for that purpose, well stop in when were thirsty. But we wont be back to eat.

I was in the drive through, i started making my order, a med #11 curly frys & a diet coke, a med oreo shake, med strawberry shake, med onion ring 7 piece jali... when i got told oh hold on wait. She bearly spoke English. Then my order started coming up on the screen. It ended at the shakes, and was wrong. I said the #11 was Curley fry and diet coke. She started ringing another #11. I said no the one u already have. then she gave me my total, i said im not done yet, i still want my onion ring, 7 piece jalapeno and 2 tacos. When i got to the window, she gave me my drinks, and my whole oreder was in ONE BAG. Then when she handed me my stuff i asked her to use 2 bags so it doesnt tip and make a mess in my car. my drink was wrong and she had to fix that. I asked for bbq ranch and taco sauce, she gave me my bbq haned me the bags and said bbq and what..? and my onion rings were missing. So i went in and literally every person in there was Hispanic and bearly spoke English. I stood there for 4 minutes before the one looks at me and goes, are u ready to order, i said i already did, and im missing food. So she looks over and goes oh it will be up in just a second. I told her that evey time i go in there somethig is wrong and she said well u should stop coming in, i said NO YOU SHOULD STOP GETTING STUFF WRONG. Another gentleman was in there also asking for a manager, and she said yea i am one. Honestly ive worked at this same jack in the box and i know damn well, its not that hard to get an order right. Im beyond irritated. I like jib food but honestly if they mess up my order literally every time, who else do they mess up with.

I will often go through the drive-thru and order a crispy spicy chicken sandwich. That is the best food item on the menu as far as I am concerned. As a kid back in the 60s and 70s my favorite order item was the 2 for $0.99 tacos. Way back then they would fry them in LARD! If they cooled before you ate them, they would be covered in a layer of yellow- range grease. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water all over again!
