I went to order 2 number 10 sandwiches and told Erick at the counter that I only wanted 2 sandwiches and nothing else. He asked me if I wanted them as combos and I told him I only wanted 2 sandwiches. Eventually he said I was giving him attitude and was he going to have to ask me to leave.I am a Commercial Driver and took a photo of were I was parked before I went inside. I am the white truck. I stop by this location often, however by the way I was treated today I will not longer be giving your company business at this location.09 NOV 2023

I went to drive thru. Had a coupon for jumbo jacks. They were hot,fresh, and good. My only suggestion be to use shredded lettuce or less of a wedge of lettuce. The lettuce wedge is to much. The burgers hit the spot but charbroiled is better. These are cooked on a regular flat grill.

We were heading to Riverside and stopped to get food and use the restroom. Outside, the trash can was overflowing with garbage. The bathroom was dirty and the trash in there was overflowing as well with garbage. The food was good and cooked fast. The dining room was clean. Service was good.

Was never an issue with the night crew (5pm and later) at this location, they go above and beyond…. The morning crew has been nothing but inadequate….. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here at their opening hours (6am) and still no service or anyone to be seen moving around inside…. And there happens to be and ice cream machine that’s upset this morning also…

Now this place is in the middle of no where so its hard to expect greatness but the staff was, the staff, thats all I can say. We ordered coffee with our meal which we pumped ourselves and it ran out, also very cold so its been sitting there. The bathrooms were damaged and dirty. We ate in the car and there is lots of flies out there.We left feeling disappointed we didnt wait a few more miles to rest stop elsewhere.

Normally we dont stop in this area when traveling because is close to home. This day there was a police chase and a 3 hour stand off in the freeway.We cripped to the median and decided to go eat here. Well, I ate at this Jack n the Box many years ago and I didnt do reviews back then. So, here we go. To sum it up, I got the breakfast jack with no cheese and hash browns. 5 minutes after eating this I got extremely SICK 🤢And I vowed to NEVER eat at Jack n the Box EVER again. And I havent. So, I dont know if they have changed management or change there grease changing practices. So, I would say eat there with caution! Or Not at all. Try a convenient store and get chips and candy. Youll be safer. To the point with NO fluff.

This is based on the time we went. The manager was apologetic. Very cold inside. Wasnt crowded at all. 4 people working behind the counter. A customer that was in the establishment before us while we waited said, he was waiting 40mins. The person making the food orders needs to understand what the menu reads. Check your order before you leave or when your dining in.Other then the above. Ill still visit our local JITB.

Its my 3rd time here. There is always something missing from my order.Just to mention its always in the morning shift. Health code violations galore, yikes. Bugs are everywhere, the place is filthy yet they have this full bucket of filthy mop water sitting next to the soda machine, napkins, and utensils, and tables where people eat. Cooks arent wearing masks. On top of that, they forgot nearly half of our order and messed up one of the items.

I visited twice on a road trip stop, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Dinner was actually really good despite a worker mopping the floor where you stood to order. My complaint is they were supposed to open at 6 am and I wanted an early start onto the I-5 Grapevine area south, I pulled up at 6.07 am and was told Id have to wait about 15 minutes before they could assist me. Why advertise you open at 6 am when you cant make that promise.

We stopped at jack in the box on Sunday 7/31/21 afternoon on our way home from the L.A. area & had the best service from the staff, the young lady working the register, was so nice, respectful and showed she cared. Keep driving and stop somewhere else. Stopped by for breakfast on a Sunday (11/23/22), sandwiches were wrapped in almost see through paper from all the grease. Who knows how long they sat there. Hash browns we’re basically not edible. They gave us the wrong sandwich. The sauce packets were gross and all stuck together. Drinks were 3/4 of the way full. Just a big mess.

Ive never had a bad experience here and I have been driving through the area frequently since I was a kid. Is it possible to give negative stars. Worst Jack I have ever been too. Complete and utter incompetence behind the counter. The so called manager shouldnt have a job in food services. First off there was a line of 6 people and nobody behind the counter taking orders for over 5 minutes. A customer was yelling to the staff asking if they should go elsewhere because nobody seemed to want to take an order. The mens and ladies bathrooms looked like they have never been cleaned. My wife who just got out of the hospital told me she looked in all the stalls for a clean one and all were a mess. Toilet paper and debris all over the place. She actually slipped in water in one of the stalls and torqued her back which pulled on her incision area. There were no floor is wet signs anywhere. The mens wasnt any better. She asked to speak to the manager but she seemed too busy to acknowledge there was an issue. No apology or anything.Our order took forever took get and other reviews which state cold food is correct. They make the food but when done do not yell out the order number that is ready and just throw it on the counter. If you arent standing right next to that counter you wont hear anything. A lady in front of us went and seated her kids she came back after hearing a number 4 past hers and asked where her food was? Well it was sitting cold on the counter.If you are travelling south I suggest waiting for food, about 5 minutes south is a McDonalds, gas stations and other food places.

When I walked into jack in the box there was a line almost out the door so I expected there to be a wait but, I did not expect to hear the manager yelling and screaming at her “team”. She was continually belittling the young lady (as well as other employees) at the front trying to take orders, send food out, get drinks, make a new batch of coffee.... it was one of the most embarrassing things I have ever witnessed. I like coming here when Im driving back up north via drive thru. The food here is never cold nor sloppy. All employees that I can see are wearing masks. Everyone seems nice! Drove through this morning since the dining room is still closed to the public. Not super busy and ordered 2 combos for almost $20! My food was delivered to the wrong table, the place is full of flies, the bathroom was gross, the soda machine was out of ice and Fanta, and they didnt have iced tea. They try to step their game up by dumping your french fries on a sheet of paper and walking it to your table but its annoying that they walk your food to the wrong table. Im sure the big guy is trying to help out but he mixed up 3 tables while I was there. I know because I had to ask for my missing milk shake, another table asked for their sandwich and the couple in the corner got a free milkshake, which they were happy to receive. Maybe they will give this place a good review. Once we all got our food it tasted fine but we had to keep shooing flies away. Not their fault, something outside is attracting them because they were everywhere. I never plan on stopping here again. Way more choices at Lava road exit just a mile or two back. Sorry Jack.

The lights are on but for one reason or another the system is always down, as of a week ago or so they just turn the lights off completely. Absolutely terrible management in my opinion.

Disgusting. Smelled horrible. They were out of everything and thats hardly an exaggeration. Fries, ice, sauce, and more and the drinks were warm. Guy in the back making the food dropped food on the ground. There were about 15 people in line waiting to order and NO ONE was behind the counter including the manager because they were all joking and smoking outside for about 10 minutes. Greetings from my bathroom floor! I recently stopped here in order to find some decent food without waiting in a two hour line. However, despite there being no line their food was in no way decent. Their chicken nuggets were soaked in grease, which in all honesty isnt THAT bad, and as I later found out not cooked properly. I had a three hour drive back home and they were filled with me on constant lookout for the nearest bathroom. I woke up this morning still unable to hold anything down. Unless you want to know what having food poisoning feels like I would not recommend this place at all. Dont be fooled by that A rated sign by the cashier its clearly out of date.

Would give MINUS 5 stars if I could. So. First of all, no cell service in this area. We were driving thru with a 40 foot motor home and a van with a tent trailer, so we cant go thru the drive thru. They wont allow anyone to go inside (despite CA lifting bans on indoor eating at this time). So our choices were, order online .... remember that no cell service thing? .... or WALK thru the drive thru to order at the drive thru window. I wish I could give no stars. There were literally 100 flies within this establishment. The womens bathroom had the garbage can overflowing in the front there were 20 flies within the bathroom 5 of which were on the toilet seat there were no paper towels and the tissue was not stopped correctly, it was on the floor totally disgusting. It was so bad, me and my son were ordering food and flies kept landing on our heads. It was terrible. We eventually left without ordering anything. They should be shut down.

Too bad you cant give it zero stars. We never write reviews but the experience was so bad we just had to. It took them over an hour to give us our order. We went to ask what was going on and it turned out they had our bag just sitting in the counter they hadnt called our number and our food was cold. They were also missing one hamburger. They said they would give it to us quickly and we ended up standing and waiting another 20 min for only one hanburger. I like and have liked JITB since high school days in the late 60s. The Jumbo Jack & the double burger have been favorites along with the fish burger. Their fries have improved since then. Stopped here on a roadtrip. In general Jack in the Box is one fast food we still eat. After this expierence I question going back TO ANY LOCATION! I waited here for twenty minutes for 1 cheeseburger and 2 tacos- with a 2 year old and baby!!! The drive thru was closed, four employees working, the person in charge was complaining the whole time (her name was PA) bitching about how she cant wait for it to be 9pm so she can get out of this hell hole. She would ask customers over and over to repeat what they wanted because she was to busy talking to co workers. The co workers starred at the menu scream like they dont know what a damn french fry was! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My advice is just keep driving an extra 15 minutes to get better service up north!
