Okay, so Ive always enjoyed going to Jack in The box, and I love to give good reviews, I usually wait a couple of days before I post a review so I can be a little more objective, but this particular visit was very annoying. Went to the drive-thru to order food at 11:30 p.m. and it took about 30 minutes to get through the line, and the line wasnt even that long. At one point I contemplated going somewhere else but it was too late, I had too many cars behind me. And the food was subpar, The buttery Jack was not very buttery as it usually is, and the jumbo Jack tasted as though it was missing something but I couldnt quite figure it out, I ordered a strawberry lemonade and got a strawberry soda, I wasnt about to go back through that line again to get it corrected, and the lobby was closed. Hopefully the next time I go the service will be quicker and the food will be better. If I even go back to that location.

After a long day of hosting a Clovis yardsale, we had packed up and were on a way to put the items in storage. We stopped off at Jack in the Box at Ashlan and Fowler to refuel ourselves. We were greeted at the counter, our order was given and completed quickly. We all enjoyed our meals.

Deserves no stars. This location doesnt listen to their customers. When you ask for a plain hamburger and you get home to find out there is cheese on it. So I couldnt even eat it. Well I wasnt really happy. Ive had my order messed up more than once and I never do call the manager to which is my own fault. But I went away with paying more than $50 for my order and not getting all my items. Another complaint I had was I had ordered the chicken nacho jalapeno sandwich. Thats usually my favorite but its been really dry lately. I had made the comment that it was too bad they didnt have a spicy Burger the kid that answered through the drive-thru said oh we can do the same thing with the burger so I said oh yeah I would love to have that then he said oh no Im sorry we cant do that or we dont have anything like that. I was like yeah but you just suggested it. I take it that there was somebody behind him that said you cant do that. Okay well like I said he suggested it but yet couldnt place the order all it would have been was putting the melted nacho cheese and jalapenos on a burger instead of the chicken patty. Wouldnt have been too hard to do but I guess because of pricing they didnt know what to do. Anyways no I havent been happy with him lately and it seems like every time you want a milkshake everybodys machines are down or theyre dismantled for the night. But whats funny is Jack in the box stays open 24 hours and I can never seem to get a milkshake or anything that has to do with ice cream and the ice cream machines after midnight or after 11:00. Like I said somebody that stays open 24 hours should have the machine going 24 hours unless its broke. But thats just my opinion tell me if Im wrong?.

I truly enjoyed my food from this Jack in the Box, the only reason I couldnt give it 5 stars is because my jumbo jack bread wasnt even toasted and I didnt get any sauce for my loaded tiny tacos. But I ordered a lot of food and everything else was great from the tacos, egg rolls to the curly fries to my ultimate cheeseburger. The employees were polite and quick. All the food was hot and delicious.

Honestly this place is 50/50. Their curly fries are THE BEST though. And for a fast food place they have so many options! There cheesecake is pretty good too! The only issue i have is the wait time and customer service. For example, i went through the drive through and asked for cream soda (which i know that they have, im pretty much a regular there) and she said that they just didnt carry it. I assume she just didnt wanna walk to the front to get it. I just ignored it and asked for a regular sprite. While driving back home i realized that 1.) She gave me grape sprite 2.) She didnt give me ANY forks for the 2 boxes of loaded fries i got and 3.) She didnt give me any straws for the 3 drinks i got. I was very upset but it was 9 pm and i just wanted to go to sleep so i left it at that.

I am very disappointed in the place. The cashier was snooty & impatient. Then when we get to the window, they couldnt even lie to my face correctly. The drive through has been slow for months now. Tonight I got fed up. The night crew on Sunday June 27th 2021 was so awesome! My husband and I occasionally enjoy cruising in our 1961 Chevy impala convertible, and decided to stop by our local JITB, Ashlan and Fowler, before going home and we encountered some car problems in the drive-thru. The girl who took our order and another coworker went above and beyond trying to help us with jumper cables and a jumper box. We eventually had to push but the crew was so helpful knowing we might end up stuck for a long minute and let us use the restrooms. So nice knowing these kind people are in my very own neighborhood! I wish I had gotten their names! The deserve some sort of recognition for sure!! Thank you, Jack in the Box!
