Jacks Urban Eats in Elk Grove

Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night. The place was hoppin but service was still fast and everyone was really friendly. I highly recommend their veg sandwich. It was so satisfying and filling! And any of their fries will make your tummy very happy.

Good, quality food! You can tell that it’s not overly processed. My wife got an enormous caesar salad with chicken, and cheese bread, and loved them both. I got a chicken club, minus a few ingredients, and it was alright but not too filling.

Our family has been here a few times now, and I have come here a couple of times with friends. Its set up so you order your food at the register, then sit at a table with a number. You can get your own utensils and drinks.They have a good variety of kids options as well as delicious sandwiches, salads and main plates. I got spoiled with the yummy salads, and I have a hard time getting something else, but it all looks delicious.Sometimes there arent sides and sometimes there are, so ask with each meal.Good fresh food!

Came by for a lunch meet up with friends and it was nice and a lot of food for the price point. I had the spicy buffalo chicken salad. It was huge and nice with the house-made buffalo sauce celery and nice apples for a sweet crunch. The others had a steak salad( best value) turkey plate( nice amount of meat and fresh veggies) and a Ruben sandwich( super yummy and decent size) we sat outside so we could chat and have the doggy join us. Overall a great place for lunch with huge salads. I think the tri tip salad is the best value today.

I always get a salad and the salads are good. I presume the other items are as well. Employees were polite, food was tasty and delivered to the table in a reasonable amount of time for a freshly prepared meal. This time I had the Korean steak salad and I added a side of chili lime roasted corn. The corn was roasted and sweet and I enjoyed it, but it wasnt spicy as the name implied. Overall a good lunch and Im sure I will eat there again.

Went on 4/14/18, Saturday lunch. The place was bustling with people but the line ran efficiently. Food really good. Friendly service. Enjoyed the pesto chicken sandwich and salmon bowl salad with my sister. We halved each others food to share and it was plenty with leftover.

Food is a hit and miss. My husband always order their tri-tip. Sometimes the portions are good sometimes not. Sometimes good other times its dry. Last time we were there, it took them awhile to deliver my salad. My husband is almost done with his plate and I have to go to the counter to get my order. it was just sitting there. Also, none of the staff wear a head cover. I thought that is standard when youre working with food. In other restaurants they also cover their beard and mustache but this place doesnt require them at all.

The food here is really good. I had the BBQ tri tip sandwich. The meat was soft and the BBQ sauce was not over powering the sandwich. It came with pepperocini and pickle which complimented it. Also ordered the pesto chicken and fried chicken sandwich and they were also really good. I will definitely come back and eat here again.

I absolutely loved this place. My friend treated me and I got a custom salad with salmon, cucumber, feta, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, crispy wontons, and a gorgonzola dressing and it was delicious 😋😋😋. And we shared a their specialty fries, also amazing. I will for sure be back to try their sandwiches I hear so much about.
