The service is great! HOWEVER FOOD IS AWFUL!!! I got orange chicken (bland and soggy!) beef&broccli (no flavor the carrots had more flavor than anything! ) egg rolls (taste like they were popped in the microwave) the chow mein I have no words for! I wouldn’t even call it chow mein! I’m sorry but I have NO IDEA how this place has 4.6 stars! I was so excited and the. HIGHLY let down waste of $40!

The food was good i had the chow mein and honey walnut. At first bite it seemed a little off but the flavor set in and it was pretty good id say 7/10 chow mein was not bad not the best but not bad sorta bland. Very attentive with the drinks cups kept filled. Best time to come is during lunch specials. Customer service is good.

Located on Canyon Springs Pkwy and Corporate Center Pl in the Smart & Final shopping center with plenty of parking.I was looking for a good teriyaki plate and came across Jade China online. I walked in thinking it was a fast food restaurant. To my surprise, its actually a sit-down small restaurant. A very friendly and welcoming lady greeted me and took my order.I didnt see their menu since I was going specifically for teriyaki. I ordered to-go and was offered water as I waited for my food to be ready. Such a great, attentive service. I waited about 10 minutes for my order... when I saw my food was packed in a brown bag, I knew this was a good spot.My teriyaki plate was delicious! The broccoli in it was perfectly cooked, served with a side of white rice. The almond & fortune cookies were a plus! Portions are generous, and prices are very competitive.The restaurant is clean and organized. They offer delivery service. Overall, I had a great experience here and cant wait to return and try more of their menu items.

We got there around 6:30 p.m. restaurant was only half busy. But take out was busy. We sat down got a little appetizer that they serve noodles. Waiter came and brought us our menus and silverware. We ordered and food was served soon after. Everything tasted very good. Service was excellent. Waiter brought our tea poured it for us. Served us egg Blossom soup and did not charge. When the food started coming our waiter put rice on our plates for us. Kept checking on us to make sure we were having a good time good meal. The place is small but I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant. At the end we were served a wet towel to wipe our hands and fortune cookies.

Went there one Sunday morning. Our first time. Not very crowded. Great food. Great service. We had the lunch specials. We got the combo platter appetizer which was excellent. We had the Broccoli beef and Honey walnut shrimp. I thought my broccoli beef was very good and my wife thought that the honey was excellent.

I don’t think I’ve every experienced better customer service. They started the meal with some chips and sweet and sour sauce and waters right away. They gave us plenty of time to order. The appetizer came out quickly. The food portions were large. The noodles were a little soggy and the fried rice was not the best I’ve had. At the end of our meal they boxed up our food and brought us hot towels for hands and were consistently asking how our meal was. Great atmosphere and AMAZING SERVICE. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised. They brought us orange slices and fortune cookies with our check.

Amazing fresh food!! I’ve been here three times and the food was always fresh. This is my favorite Chinese food restaurant. Not only do they have amazing food, they have amazing service. They give you nice warm napkins to wipe your hands after you’re done eating. I really recommend this place.

We decided to try this restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent so attentive and nice. The menu is vast with plenty of options. The food was delicious fresh and hot. Large portions plenty left over. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to try Chinese food.

I stopped in around noon on Saturday and ordered the General Tsos Chicken. Very good portion for under $10. Very good flavors and great service. The cashier even offered me a water while I was waiting for my carry out order to get finished. It only took 5 mins and I was on my way out the door. I will def be back.

Not sure why this place has good reviews, spent about $60 testing out a few options. Orange chicken was bland with no flavor and barley any sauce, the general chicken the same, the vegetable lo mein had very little vegetables, the chow mein noodles were over cooked with no flavor at all, the fried rice tasted terrible. The fortune cookies were stale... the only thing that was okay but still lacked flavor was a beef chop suey and green bean chicken. But I seriously do not understand other the reviews... because this place is food wise is terrible. The service was good and friendly... but will never come here again.

Fantastic service. My girlfriend and i have been getting lame service at a lot of other places around the IE. But the people here at Jade China were super nice and extremely attentive to our needs.The food was delicious, but really what made this visit stand out was the service. Will definitely return here again and again.Prices are awesome! Many of the plates are under 10$ and lunch specials are about 7 bucks.

Honest review, the truth, if you have not tried the food of this restaurant, you are missing a caress to the sense of taste. Definitely one of the best places to eat, or to take food, the environment is very clean, the staff provides wonderful attention, the dishes have an excellent view, they are healthy, but what is most expected is the delirious taste they have.I have traveled quite a lot in the United States and I always hope to get to Riverside just for this restaurant.Definitely my number one recommendation to everyone I know, my goal is to try each one of the dishes on the menu.

Jade Palace has been my favorite Chinese food restaurant for the past ten years. The food is always fresh, cooked in healthy ways. Went there with my husband yesterday for lunch. They brought out egg drop soup for both of us to eat while we were waiting for our food (the soup was very good). I ordered their combination chow mein and it was absolutely fabulous... the meat in it was extremely tender and had wonderful flavor! I would definitely recommend their chow mein! My husband had their chicken teriyaki and he said it was good also. Very friendly staff and they were very attentive in making sure our drinks were filled and they also gave my husband a extra soup because he had to wait longer for his chicken (it was their wanton soup which I believe had mushroom flavor which Im sure someone who likes mushrooms would like but my husband and I both dont like mushrooms). All in all a good experience here

THIS PLACE IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL!The first thing you notice when entering is the outstanding service and friendliness of everyone who works and serves here, and I mean everyone. I’ve come to this restaurant about 10 times and I’ve seen a bout a dozen different employees but they all have one thing in common, their genuine kindness towards whoever walks through the door.On top of having great service the food here is also amazing! Everything tastes amazing and fresh and is leaps and bounds above any other Chinese restaurant in the area. They also have great portions when it comes to all meals, even kids meals.This place almost makes me wish that I still lived in the area, because every time I’m visiting my parents this is one of the places I need to stop by and eat at. Once the pandemic ends I really wish other locations can open up because this restaurant deserves more locations and growth.Personal recommendation: Hot and spicy crispy beef :)

Used to order from here all the time.Past year financially struggling so dinner delivered was 1st to go.Can afford again,ordered from favorite place.Boy had we been disappointed by what consistents of orders now.There serving of hot mustard wasnt even enough for 1 of the egg rolls.A half filled container of sweet sauce,2 little packs soy sauce and no napkins.They did however put in the 4 forks we needed.Spent 63+ delivery cost and 8.00 dollars for driver tip[ only thing worth the cost] Save your money and go to Savory Chinese on University and Chicago.Pay less than half of that for 2 meals and get 3entrees,fried rice with chow mein noodles with your meal.Plenty of napkins if needed, soy sauce and Chinese hot mustard.Still cost less even with gas prices...so disappointed

Just went here a couple minutes ago. The service was really good and the people were friendly. They checked often if we needed refills and took dirty plates away. At the end with our checks, they gave us fortune cookies, oranges cut into the shape of snails, and lollipops. On top of that, hot napkins to wipe our hands with. The guy put all of our food into boxes for us. The food was very fast and good. Prices were decent and not too overpriced. Overall I recommend this place.

Met hubby for lunch here.. Enjoyed the food, I had the Chef special, of Sizzling pan fried noodles plate. Very cool as they bring out the dish seperate from noodles and add them together and it sizzles. The gravy sauce is really good with this, it has shrimp chicken n beef with veggies So delicious. My husband had the Orange chicken and was really good. Ordered Cream Cheese Wontons for appetizer and were very good. Place was small but clean. Staff was very friendly. We will be back .

The customer service is Excellent and the food came out in less than 15mins, maybe 18 but it was soooo GOOD.. drinks right away, egg rolls w/sauce perfectly crisp and fresh then before we were done our food was out!! Our first visit was today for lunch, we are so sad we’re moving away because this place is a GEM! I don’t know how we haven’t tried Jade China in the last 5 years, but man are we sorry. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated so nicely, the staff was so friendly and sweet. The restaurant is clean, comfortable and so unexpected. We didn’t expect to be waited on and actually served, it was such a pleasant surprise. The menu had loads of great options and the prices are so unbelievably fair and inexpensive. My husband had the Sesame Chicken with Fried Rice (I think his was $9) I had the luncheon special of Orange Chicken, Steamed Rice, Chow Mein and an Eggroll (I think mine was $8) everything came out piping hot and so fresh, my husband fries rice came in a separate pan and they even served it to him. Our lunch was a total of $19.95! What a bargain!! Everything tasted great and we would definitely return, we plan on it before our move! This resteraunt brings some flare to your Chinese experience, but there was a problem with the Mongolian beef from my experience. No beef only onions. I highly recommend, the first time I came across this restaurant I order using Grubhub, it was one late night and I didnt want to get pizza so order from here not knowing the place and I was very satisfied. I grab the shrimp fried rice, an order of egg rolls and a kids menu for my little one . I was shocked on the amount of serving they give you plenty I actually ended up reheating it for the next day as well. Also I find it very affordable (reasonable ) pricing !!! Jade offers very good food for a fair price. Ive frequented this restaurant for over three years, most often take out, and have never had an order made wrong nor not been delicious. The stir fry is good, the noodles are good and the Thai iced tea is a personal favorite. I often get the Szechuan beef, Mongolian beef and egg rolls. I highly recommend the Hot Spicy Crispy Beef. In addition, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I just discovered this restaurant last week, I love the food and how friendly the service is. This is one of the best Chinese food establishments in the area. The food is always great and is well worth the price. Also, the people here are very kind and attentive. At the end of each meal, I have had a pleasurable experience, they have boxed and bagged my leftovers and gave a warm wet napkin to help wash up. My family and I always leave full, happy, and taken care of. With a great atmosphere, wonderful people, and delicious food, you can not go wrong choosing Jade China for lunch or dinner! This place is something else, it truly is. I usually come here and dine in but, it was a hot day and I was in a hurry for some of their food and so I ordered to go. Good food and good service! Most other Asian restaurants were closed on this 4th if July but not Jade China. This isnt a take out Chinese fast food restaurant that you usually see. Everything is made to order and comes out in a speedy manner. The server we was very friendly and cheerful. The food has good flavor but was a bit light on salt. Thats fine though since you could always add salt and thats more of a preference anyways.

This place isnt even worth 1 star to be perfectly honest. What I ordered came out to over $25 and the food didnt taste worth of $25. The chow mein was dry and tasted like it was over cooked and rushed. For every entree it comes with rice, well I ordered two entrees and only got 1 container of rice. So Ill like to know what the amount of rice looks like when you order just one entree. So a big fat NO I would not recommend this place to anyone, wouldnt even recommend to someone I dont like. This place, in my opinion, has to be some of the best Chinese food in Moreno Valley. Between China One and Dragon House and Jade China, there is little left to be desired.My go-to test meal is the combination fried rice. And Jade China has all others beat easily. They even have a variation called Mandarin Fried Rice that is a spicy version of their combination fried rice in spices and a fried egg on top. Treat yourself and try it!

Worst Chinese food of my life. We ordered several different meals for our family and the only things that were good was the veggie egg rolls and wontons. The chicken and broccoli had some gross gelatinous substance that gagged me. The Kung poa chicken was all grit and fat. The fried rice is just plain rice with nothing in it. The lo mein was plain severely overcooked noodles with no flavor and also had no nothing else mixed in. We wasted $70 and threw away all the food. Disgusting is putting it lightly.

So Round 1 of Jade China is on Yelp. Round 2 was definitely even better than Round 1! Its as if they continue to strive to not only provide excellent food, but excellent service.
