Prime Cut Steakhouse was off the hook great venue with an amazing view, over the top service by Janine, food was very pleasing with large portions, and drinks were top shelf.I recommend this place for a great change of pace from downtown. The starters were very eye appealing and tasty. Drinks I stuck to the whiskey and was pleased. Bison was very good cooked to medium and fries. Janine was an amazing server who knows the menu better than the chef.

We had dinner at Loft 94, and afterwards proceeded to the Jukebox live music area. First time to Casino and was very impressed. My only issue is the cigarette smoke. Everything else was great. 👍

Travel distance not bad. The parking structure sucks. First time here and I didnt care for it. I had fun people watching. New member sign up I received $10 but my wife got $50. Nice restaurants onsite.

Went to the new buffet on a Saturday. Seafood night, they had lobster, king crab, snow crab, blue crab, prawns, oysters and fish. They also had prime rib and steak. $75 per person.

A new policy was introduced starting December 1st for Endless Dining. Your players card and ID were necessary before being seated. Thats not the problem. We were about 5th in line, dining opened at 4:00. With this new process we didnt get flagged to come to the podium for 20 minutes. That is NOT acceptable. Then you had to wait while your players card was being processed before being seated. There needs to be a lot of perfecting done.

I like the atmosphere and good music there is a place set to sit drink and hear a group singing, some people dance there .its open space to the casino . No special entrance . Also I have tried twice the Emerald asian food, pho beef is good, the fried rice prices are not expensive. There are other restaurants in a second level that also have asian food the seen interested to still need to try. The picture is my pho soup 1/2 way done .

Came to eat on a Sunday and stumbled on a magical surf and turf buffet of grilled steaks, fried lobster tails, fried shrimp, crab legs, mashed potatoes, salad, veggies, and so much more! And the drinks...I may have went overboard with the Bloody Mary flight lol which was pretty much 4 regular size drinks! All tasted great but I couldnt finish.

Ive been to quite a few casinos and live close to Pechanga. Its a really nice one but this one hit on an entirely different level. Just upon arriving you can see how absolutely beautiful it is. Everything is updated, valet is free and the employees there were the first ones we saw. They made an incredible first impression. Going through the door, the security officer greeted us and asked for my ID (which made me feel young so thank you!!). My goodness I was in such awe when we got upstairs even as a smaller casino it is SO grand. Pictures dont do it justice. I love the intimate feel. I love that every single employee was above and beyond. They perks they offer are awesome! A discount with each person when you have a players card. I received a $20 dining credit, my boyfriend got $10 in free play he won about $70 with! It was seriously just and overall amazing time. I cant wait to be back.A Mothers Day to remember

Phenomenal staff. From the valet to the restaurant and gaming staff all were very friendly and helpful. My only complaints are the lines each line took approximately 30 min to get through for the buffet and guest services to get a players card. Other than the wait times this is a 4.5 to five star place to game.

I’ve been here many times, and the last 3 are notable.The third to last time I was here I had $100 I was prepared to loose, and on the slot machines I was quickly up to $214. I decided to press my luck and went to the high roller section, and very soon was up $600. I cashed out and left.The second to last time I was here was not as fun. I had $100 I was prepared to loose and I lost it too soon. That’s the breaks, don’t go to a casino thinking you will leave with more money. That’s not how is works.This last time, the most recent, was splendid.I started in the high roller section on a slot machine. I had put $200 in a machine before I made the max bet, $55. I was totally thinking I would loose, because that’s how it works, and the machine kept going on and on, with different games popping up and gold coins flying around, and when the dust settled, I had $1,200 in the machine. I was up $1,000. I took the money and ran.When you pull up to this casino it is a mile past Jamul, a sleepy rural town just outside San Diego, and it is a huge building on the right labeled “Jamul Indian Village.”These are the signs that point the way to this casino. When you drive in there is this foreboding fear that you are entering a bunker, like a fortification built to withstand the zombie apocalypse. I can’t imagine what the designers were going for, but the entrance to self park comes with a feeling that you are going to be locked inside forever. The garage goes down level after level, and they all look the same, so make sure you remember what number or color your parking level is. Otherwise you will walk out of the elevator and see an empty parking space wheee you thought you had parked, and experience that sinking feeling that comes with the thought that someone may have stolen your car. If this happens to you, find the nearest security guard in a golf cart and tell them what you are going through. They will take you on a tour, level by level, and you will most likely find your car right where you left it.When you enter the casino, you exit the elevators and there is a tasteless barricade on one side and a long high bridge on the other. When you walk across this bridge you are being face scanned for facial recognition and you will be greeted by a Native American security guard, or perhaps tribal police, that I have found to be very polite and helpful. They will happily point out where the restrooms are (off to the left, your ten o’clock, in the large blue flowing wall) and the guest services counter (your seven o’clock alongside the center of the casino) as well as the food court (just past your six, but they are almost always closed when I go there, in the hours of 3:00am to 6:00am) they have a cylindrical pillar in the food court that is mesmerizing. It has an LED tv screen wrapped around it and usually looks like a fish tank, but it also sometimes looks like an elevator in some nightmare robot factory.I’ve found that while the staff is very helpful and friendly, they will not help you to locate any lost members of your party, so stick together. It is very easy to loose track of your friends if you or they wander off and turn a corner. The casino seems to be arranged like a maze that is intended to make keeping track of where you or others are impossible.That being said, if you loose here, which is to be expected, remember that the money you’ve lost is going to the local natives, and it is the least we can do after the horrible atrocities they have endured at the hands of our degenerate “founding fathers” over the last 200 years. Think of it as reparations.

Just happened to be driving by and recalled a friend of mine mentioning how good the buffet is. If you go, dont eat all day. It will be worth it. I had a bit of (seemed that way) everything. If you love sea food, stop what you are doing and go check it out!

This establishment reminds me of a yard sale...this week they show you love and you feel important to the casino. The next week they got no love and act like they never seen you and dont know you. They really go above and beyond with their generosity. I have fun here and you definitely feel safe. Myself personally I am loyal to the casino that makes me feel appreciated. They show love and sometimes even more love as far as giving you back. I hope this place stays this way and grows. I have tried one restaurant and I like it. Its the one thats open the latest. I didnt pay a dime they gave already on my card $20 then $20 more when I swiped my players reward card. The first time I ever went o didnt spend nothing to be quite honest the next I went I randomly figured I would swipe the reward card not expecting anything I had a comp on either cigarettes or food. I took the smokes cigs are expensive these days heck so is food. Then I went and I spent $40 and I kid you not withing 15 mins of being there I won a lot on a slot machine and myself not wanting to leave I finally got up and still had a thousand dollars. Eventually I lost that and a thousand of my own but I tell it got cold and no one forced me to stay. I had a lot of chances to leave I didnt. Still a good experience. The second to last time which was the very next time went after winning five grand and me literally giving it back I swiped my rewards card and they gave me $140 free play all together and the $40 I mentioned up top

The newest casino in San Diego county has beautiful brand new games however the slots are not very loose loose extremely busy on holidays very crowded so if your cluster phobic dont go on holidays also a wide selection of restaurants reasonably priced with great food. Yeah I decided never to come back. Im going to the other casinos instead. I notice when I play the slot and win a little bit. I cash out and play blackjack. Although Im down some money the computer register me as a winner. So I lost some and I ask the Casino for food comp. He check my card and told me there is zero in it. I felt embarrassed as everyone heard what he said. So I decide never return again because he could have set me aside and said sorry no can do. I have lost many time and not given food comp because if you win a little and gamble elsewhere in the casino. You are considered a winner and no food comp qualification. Also if you are giving food comp and not use it, you lose it.

Well I give it a five for my experience. I came here with some friends to attend a drag show on The Rooftop after dinner at Fusion. Dinner was good, the drag show was awesome and I only gambled for about twenty minutes and still cant out ahead. It was a good day.

Normally the last type of employee at a casino to stand out as exceptional when it comes to making the patrons feel welcome would be the Security personnel. That being said I would like to thank one of your officers for being helpful, professional, and funny as hell too!! She was one of the first people to interact with me which was great because she was sincere and welcoming. I entered the casino with a smile and was ready to have a great time. Her name is Dawn A... She is the short dark haired lady that works the night shift. I have always seen her at the podium as you enter the casino from the elevator...if you are there stop and say hi to her... she is awesome.

If you are a non-smoker be prepared for the smoke. They may have a non-smoking area but I didnt see it. I live on the east coast, and the casinos are non-smoking so leaving reaking of smoke requires a shower . I went on a Monday around lunch and early evening on a Wednesday. My first 2 hours after getting my players card went well and I was up a few hundred. As it got more crowded the winning stopped. I am a $2.50 to $6.00 better, so when you put a few hundred in a machine and never get a bonus or a decent return hit it kind of makes you mad. I left being a couple hundred down. The Wednesday was way worse. None of the machines even wanted to let you play. If you do get a decent bonus you may want to get up and move games. I dont go to the casino expecting to win. If I leave even Im pretty happy. All I can say is play smart and be prepared for the smoke. It was a nice, newer casino and they had drink machines for free coffee and soda. All of the staff I came in contact with were very nice and servers also came around with drinks. I did not try the food.

Busy casino about 40 minutes east of San Diego. Great assortment and selection of slots. My gf won $100 and some gifts. Nice selection of restaurants. Small non smoking area. Free non alcohol drinks. My only disappointment was the very strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the place. I had to keep moving just to breathe. Pleasant staff. Fairly large facility was very active on a mid-July weekend. We enjoyed ourselves very much in the several hours we were there.

Will never go back here. They sent me $80 in free play and after I drove for two hours to get there it was only $35. They said they sent me an email telling me the amount went down but it probably went to spam. I get emails from them every week that I get just fine but this one email must have went to spam. I would have never spent the gas to go there for $35. I have never experienced this with any other casino. Very poor customer service.

I think that they are the friendliest casino in San Diego.They dont have a bunch of wanna be cops running around looking for people to arrest for a parking ticket they forgot about.I have been given free play and free food almost every time I asked for it.The food has been spot on.We have won, we have lost but had slot of fun every time we have been there.Some of the older casinos in town could learn a thing or two about hospitality from Jamul Casino.

I have never been to this casino … Have been to Palms Las Vegas many times sometimes for a week or more, Aqua Caliente, San Manuel and many others and all are non smoking now. To find one that is smoking and i (know because i called and asked) is a turn off. I honestly do not want to get cancer from second hand smoke simply because some one has an addiction. I feel for the workers that have to endure the smoke & hope they do not get cancer. While they have a non smoking section i have been told it is small & the majority of the casino is smoking. Heard the buffet was outstanding but i will never know as this is one casino i wont be visiting unless they become non smoking.. I hope their management hears a small voice from 1 person.

I received a mail offer for weekly free play ($200) Drove all the way down from Temecula, Ca.When I tried to redeem my offer I was given $35. Went to the Players club and was told it was a system error. Spoke to a manager and was told the same thing, nothing he could do for me. I have been playing for years at casinos all over So Cal and Vegas and I have never had a casino not honor a free play offer. Plenty of other choices out there for my money.Never playing here again.

DON’T COME HERE!Smoke here is terrible. People chain smoking everywhere. Ventilation is inadequate in filtering out the smoke. Non-smoking area is tiny and can still smell smoke. You’ll come home smelling like smoke and probably end up with lung cancer. How smoking in public areas is still allowed in 2023 is beyond me.

Went to the jive for a beer was Impressed by Olga! Not only is she easy on the eyes but she runs the bar well! Is quick to empty ash trays and greet guests with a warm smile. Quickly gets you your drink and receipt! This is a bartender that clearly earns 4 out of four in performance reviews! I posted a picture of the bar and not the bartender out of respect for those in the service industry! After a long hard days work you provide us with much needed respite. First time going Aileen at valet parking was extremely sweet to my grandmother as well as Gloria Bates the security guard inside making sure walk ways were safe by pushing chairs in. They made my first time here a wonderful experience. What I did not like was the chilli cheese fries they should make homemade chilli because that was disgusting.

Cigarette smoke here is disgusting!!! Machines were all dirty and literal trash left at machines. Parking lot is awful. Perks are worst Ive seen at a casino. Customer service very friendly….. however ran into 3 employees who hate their job. Two ladies at the coffee shop are not good at their job. Please hire workers who appreciate having a job. The other was a black jack dealer. Who clearly could see I don’t know what im doing. Making me place bets on wrong locations on the tableI also notice the dealer hit 21 twice in a roll. Something funny about that.Lots of crack heads…unsafe vibes. I have a service dog, an emotional support animal. I suffer anxiety issues. She was doing her job when someone stepped on her foot. She barked, to let me know of the approach. The casino heard the commotion, and told US to leave..! They even escorted us to our car...I will never return..KNI-frank

After visiting a new casino out of San Diego county for the time, and having the absolute worst experience we have ever had at any casino (in either California or Nevada), we decided to wash away the grime by going to Jamul the next evening.We never go to casinos more than once a month unless we are in Vegas. If we visit Jamul when weve already had a gambling trip, we go there for the food since we live close by.Once again, Jamul proved itself to be an absolute winner. Loft 94 was on point, as usual. For a casual, low budget gambler, my partner and I still get so many promos every month! Today was no exception. We left the other casino with the remainder of our gambling budget, then spent it here and had a blast.One little note though. Previously, their food discounts were a little better earlier in the year. They changed the program very recently. Im not really complaining since 10% is normal for casinos that offer that perk for their lowest tier gamblers. I still appreciate whatever discounts they offer for the frugal gamblers, like us. ✌️My only real gripe is that its not non-smoking. Maybe theyll change that in the future.

My wife and I were there this weekend for our first time. Really nice casino, I love that theres craps tables, A PLUS for me. My wife came up $200 on machines. Get players card, they give you $50 play money eather chips for tables or player card credit for machines. Theres restaurants to choose from. There is a nice Stackhouse in the casino. Didnt have enough time to eat there. Food looks good, though. A little pricey. There building a hotel right now so we well definitely go back to try the hotel. 5 star in my book

What a fake bait and switch I got caught up in!I play at Jamul, I think I was a level 2. My free play is usually around $200 a week.But I got an offer for August that was $800 Free Play! My partner got $1600! It said We Miss You, Come back! We had stopped going due to smoke and beggars that were high on who knows what. But with offers like that, of course we made the 2 1/2 our drive.Got there Saturday, August 12, noon. Crowded. Hard to park. Typical. Inserted our cards and we had $100 in Free Play. Ummm..no...so stand in line at the Players Club and of course, many people were too. All holding the SAME mailers!Bottom line, they said they made a MISTAKE! Never exactly what, just a mistake and they will NOT honor the offer.Yes, we tried to get them to honor it at least once (It was good each week for 8 weeks) but they refused.Interesting, Jamul is the only casino offer I have today that says in the tiny tiny white font Management can cancel this offer at any time!WOW. Barona offer, Soboba offer and Yaamava offers do not say this. So it is like they got you there, too bad, you are stuck.We promptly gave them our cards and will not ever be back. That is OUR choice. An email or text would have been nice, they did not do this, and obviously because it was no mistake!We understand mistakes can be made. If I could first apologize for really not taking the time to get to know our casino here in Jamul. Take it from a guy that never gambled. Ive calibrated my thinking to include a little clean fun. Im starting to feel like an adult but trapped in a kids mind. I would skip this casino, parking sucks and the slots are really tight. Never a seat at the tables. Never have employers circulating and two separate machines are my money took over 45 min for someone to come by. We ate at the Chinese place and they served us leftover buffet lobster on top of a microwaved dish from Costco and charged over $40. Dont waste your time or money.

This was my 1st visit. This casino is beautiful! The staff here are all courteous & helpful. They made me feel very welcome. When we drove up to main entrance (valet), we went up 1 floor to the main floor of casino, (which has a total of 3 floors; the 3rd level being a restaurant). When we left we got back on same elevator, but had to go 2 flights down, instead of 1, in order to get to valet parking lot. You just scan your Valet ticket @:the meter-style scanner & your car is brought to you! Very efficient. We werent there for very long, but had a great time. This place is very clean & offers a complimentary beverage station. Whenever Im in the area I will definitely visit @JamulCasino again!

Though there isn’t a hotel resort attached to this Casino, it is one of the most poppin places as far as Casinos go. High Limit area is a smaller area, however I think that is due to upgrades they’re making to the place. Jamul gives away the most gifts, well at least I think so. There’s a promotion every few days. Jamul a pretty generous with food comps, all you have to do is ask the guest services, if you play they usually give u food comps when asked. Machines are fair as far as how often/much they pay out. Honestly I feel that’s on the player . Like how lucky is you luck, and how well do you pick a winning machine, so to speak. It’s gambling, theres good days and bad, ups and downs. We come to this casino weekly and have always had a great experience. We are at the Mexican restaurant and had the most unprofessional experience. My spouse had a promotion that gave credit plus a discount. We were told we can use one or the other, which we were fine with. The lady was extremely rude and called her “supervisor” who was even more unprofessional then her. We did not make a big deal nor did we ask for an explanation. He was rude and condescending to us. When I asked for his supervisor he stated “he was the supervisor and no other person in the casino is running the restaurant” and refused. There are several casinos in the area. This will definitely be the last time we come here. It is incisors to me that the poor leadership does not value their customers and I am sure do not care if they lose regular customers due to their lack of leadership training and unprofessional behavior.

I came here because Id heard Jamul was a new program their vthe slot machines were paying well to build up a clientele. Turns out I was badly informed on both counts. Jamul has been around for years, and the slot machines hardly pay out anything. I lost over $1600 in less than 3 hours. Ive played some of the slots I at other casinos, and they act much different at Jamul. Different in a bad way, and not just for me, but for everyone I observed playing them. Payouts for bonus rounds were very low regardless of how much was bet per spin. As other reviews mentioned, there were no whoops and hollers from players who just won something big. Only the sound of players digging deeper in their wallet.To be honest, most casinos program their slot machines to pay out as little as possible. Many players have noticed that its gotten worse every year. Thats why I have a hard time believing all the 5 star reviews are from actual patrons and are more likely posted by services that charge businesses a fee to supply positive reviews. The bun was not toasted and and very dry. The server did offer ketchup and Ranch dressing but did not offer Mayonnaise? The cheese burger contained two very old looking hamburgers and cheese which also looked like it has been sitting out for a couple of hours. French fries was part of the cheeseburger meal and they were crispy and delicious. I would like to add the meal was free and I did not pay for the meal out of pocket. I just think the cook should of took more pride and served a cheeseburger he would of offered to his own family or eaten himself.

Really fun Casino! I love seeing people winning and having a good time. Out of all the casinos I see most winners here. The high limit room always has jackpots every day and the staff are always kind and helpful. There is really good food in the food court and Chinese food is pretty good. Great music, fun giveaways, delicious drinks. Its more fun to gamble here than Barona or Sycuan, because the slots are more active and has more bonus.

I am a former employee of Jamul Casino and enjoyed all my co-workers and time spent there. Everyone that works there is super nice and definitely a great environment. However, recently I called to get my W2 forms and talked to Maria in HR. I have never had someone talk to me so rude and disrespectful as she did. The way she talked to me was truly unnecessary and I hope she doesnt treat other customers that way. Her behavior was very concerning and I know she is not a representation of the people they hire but I hope something is said.

Every single staff member at this casino goes above and beyond to make you feel special! Literally every single interaction from the valet, slot attendants, servers, and hosts was such an amazing experience! I hate to say this as Ive only been here once but I wasnt very entertained or impressed even tho I brought plenty of money for the visit.Not once did I hear the sound of a slot machine ringing its bells or whistles, there were no free drinks being served on the floor or even paid drinks. I dont remember seeing a wait person at all....and to top it off I put my (almost) last $63 into a machine and it didnt register all the money. More than a $20 bill. I called someone over to check it out (before i played on that) and they called another person over who couldnt figure it out either. Their answer to me was something like- [well you see when you played already, this happened.]I repeatedly told them I had not played that machine yet. I only put my money in and it didnt register all of it.So as you can probably understand, Im not impressed with that casino or how they threw the blame totally on me. Whatever happened to The Customer Is Always Right?? Especially when I was and I dont always think Im right.I may go back there but maybe not. The slot machines didnt give me the feeling that it was MY lucky night either. I never heard one single- YAHOO! As in somebody won big.The plus side of things is the rest of the staff were friendly enough and the place was kept very clean. Plus I drove my Harley out there that night so it wasnt a total loss cos any Harley time I get is a great time!Other than that I think its a sad place. It absolutely was that night.

Its a cool spot!! Its alot smaller than the usual casinos we go to (Vegas), but we had a great time....Atmosphere was good, staff were friendly and helpful, and we won a little $$ so thats always awesome!! The entertainment couldve been a bit better (cover band) but everyone there seemed to be having a blast... Well definitely be back!!

Great casino thats very close to the metropolitan San Diego area. They have a variety of slot machines, poker, table games, a high limit area, and a non-smoking area (smoking is allowed throughout the facility). They have a number of different restaurants, from Japanese, Chinese, pizza, burgers, and a pub-style bar.The lowest bet I saw on any machine there was 20¢, so you dont have to be rich to come here!

RVs are not allowed! And if you do drive in there, you have to wait for some security guy in a golf cart to take you back out the one-way entrance. A sign at the entrance saying all this would have saved some frustration. The security guy moving the cones and signs out of the way would have been nice too, but instead I got out to move them every time. Cannot speak to the quality of the casino, As I wasnt allowed to stay. It looked nice at night. One extra star for the valet guy. He was very courteous and apologetic.

I love this place the slot machine are always being upgraded with new games and they have a no smoker section to allow you to escape the cigarette smoke. Their associates are always there with a smile to greet you all of them are very kind and polite.

Staff guided my delivery van into a parking sensor in the parking structure because a staff truck was blocking the delivery entrance. Entrance also looked like a construction only entrance. Structure height is supposed to be 13 6 should have never touched. Wont answer their phone.

Small quaint casino. The staff and security was super helpful and friendly. It was will decorated and very up scale. I said small in my previous review but not in a disappointing way it was quit refreshing to not have such a huge crowd and smoke filled casino like some of the bigger ones. Its slow during daylight hrs but when the night comes, its packed and lively. And if you wanna try your luck at the tables follow the crowd. Machines after 9 pm is when they hit the big jackpots. And here recently they have been getting new machines in.
