2023-07-16 17:19:36The food is incredible! The lemongrass beef skewers were life changing, and the pho was very authentic! Everything was freshly prepared, the owners and employees are very friendly, and the restaurant is kept very clean. The portions were very generous as well! Definitely stop here!

2023-07-03 00:25:18Had dinner here, and all the food was delicious! Love my papaya Laos style. The kaopoon was creamy and had the perfect balance of sweetness and right amount of salt. The pad kra pao was amazing as well! Will be coming again. :)

2023-10-14 18:59:37Great service and amazing food. These are the two things that come to mind when thinking about my recent dining experience at the new restaurant in town. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was top-notch.The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you were a meat lover, a vegetarian, or had specific dietary restrictions, there was something for everyone. I opted for the chefs special, a mouthwatering seafood platter that was beautifully presented. Each bite was a burst of flavors, showcasing the chefs culinary expertise. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the quality of ingredients used in each dish. It was evident that the chef took great pride in sourcing the freshest produce and finest cuts of meat. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.Throughout the meal, the staff was attentive without being intrusive. They anticipated my needs, refilling my water glass and checking in to ensure everything was to my liking. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they were able to recommend pairings and answer any questions I had.

2023-04-16 20:38:04Stopped by Sacramento and decided to try this place since I saw their fish laap on yelp and really wanted to try it out. Customer service was a plus, our server was super sweet. Was satisfied was all my food especially the lao style papaya and Lemongrass beef skewers, but I was so disappointed when I saw the fish laap. The portion was so little and you can barely see any meats, and no flavor at all. Bathroom needs cleaning also, it was super dirty.

2023-10-14 01:38:45I am from the Bay Area, but I have friends who live near this place.. Since my favorite dish is KhaoPoon, they told me to try this place & I drove all the way out here from Fremont just to try their KhaoPoon.. But I was not impressed.. The broth was extremely watered down & didnt taste right at all.. Back at my hotel room, after a couple bites I tossed everything in the trash.. This was a total waste of time..

2022-11-18 16:23:47First time at Jannoi’s App-Khao, and it won’t be the last. Food was fresh and delicious. Family owned and operated. We went for lunch and there was a little wait time as the place was packed. But it was worth it, the prices are very good, big portions. If you’re in the mood for Thai food. I would highly recommend this place.

2022-04-21 04:23:47My experience was my first time being there over at Jannois App-Khao. It was kinda busy during lunch business hour. We have to wait for our food a bit longer due to only one server working there, other than that the food was quite delicious and very satisfied. I give it a two thumbs up for this review experience.

2022-08-03 00:16:04Saw a post on social media, food looked delicious. Upon entering it was a smaller restaurant, probably family owned. The service was slow but ok, the food was good. They didn’t have some of the item on the menu which was a bummer. We’ll be back to try it again.

2022-05-25 22:49:55When I pulled into this small strip mall on the corner of Auburn and Watt, I was all set to chow down at Jimboys a few doors down when this place caught my eye so I decided, hey why not try out some Southeast Asian food? I opened the door to a neat low key interior with only a couple people eating lunch. Understanding that finding qualified help is a challenge these days, I had to speak up to get someone to take my order. I would have enjoyed dining in but for the fact that their air conditioner was not working today while the temperature outside was galloping past 100 degrees Fahrenheit. After about a 15 minute wait, my order arrived and I quickly raced back to the office to gorge myself on a heaping plate of Chicken Pad Thai.Heaping really doesnt do the portion size justice. Truth is that I could barely finish it and it tasted delicious! I will definitely go back there when I am in the area. Total cost, including tax was around $12.50 and if I wasnt such a pig, the meal could have easily been split between 2 people.
