2023-06-05 05:55:17Japanese American Community Cultural Center has an excellent resident chef, Chris Ono who presides over the open kitchen usually from Thursday thru Sunday.Haute Cuisine from a Japanese American perspective. Tranquil view of a tranquil Japanese Garden will put you at rest.Reserve on their JACCC website.

2018-11-05 07:44:11This is such a special place, a small slice of beauty hidden deep in the city. I go to relax and just breathe. Over the years small things have changed but the core of peace and tranquility has always remained.

2022-07-17 01:43:46Attractive activity center anchored by the Aratani Theater and the multi story Japanese American Cultural & Community Center. Touching and revealing memorial to the Japanese soldiers who fought add died as American soldiers since 1898. Well worth visiting.

2021-08-11 23:38:59This small garden packs a punch of beauty. Its amazing how you can fit such diversity in such a small footprint and yet its accomplished in the Japanese gardens. From the bubbling stream that goes through it to the statuary and to the amazing plants this is a must see.

2023-05-23 20:40:58I walked by during Nisei Week and the Tanabata decorations were up and they were having various special exhibits, including calligraphy and Ikebana (flower arrangements).Theyve got a beautiful Japanese Garden accessible from the first floor, Plaza level being the 2nd floor...worth seeing.
