2023-08-14 06:52:04Ill say its an authentic Indonesian restaurant, except the rice of Nasi Goreng is too wet, everything else was on pointSoto Ayam served with coconut 🥥 milk, not usually what we had in Indonesia, but it turned out to be a good mixSop Buntut was not that authentic, but the way they add in the beans and corn somehow works in an interesting way.I like their Mei Ayam and Cha Kwei Tiao, both very traditionally IndonesianStrongly recommend this place if youre searching for Indonesia taste when in Roland Heights.

2023-09-18 06:13:24(9/17/2023) First time experiencing Indonesian and its good overall. A lot of Indonesians come here to eat in the restaurant. Service is good and owner would recommend Nasi Bungkus if its the weekend. Nasi Bungkus is okay but rice is a little wet. Strongly Recommended Cha Kway Teaw and Randang here. Cha Kway Teaw is better than Chow Fun in most Cantonese restaurants. Randang is delicious and a perfect match with rice but its kinda expensive in my opinion. Probably would come back here if I try another Indonesian restaurant in the future.

2023-06-19 02:57:24They have been around for a long time, and survived thru Covid.Food is on the mild side, compared with the Indonesian food I have had before.

2017-10-03 07:42:24We stumbled onto this restaurant by accident- an authentic Indonesian restaurant- owners are from Jakarta. It was the weekend and they had weekend special- we had the Nasi Bunkus, basically a banana leaf with rice, dry beef curry (rendang), jackfruit, boiled egg & a chicken leg) wrapped into a parcel for under $10, we had satay, Gado Gado, Longton koplit, stir fried kang kong, char kuay tioa- everything was yummy. Owners very friendly & helpful - very patient in explaining the food item to you. Another bonus is the Indonesian desserts that they have... very good!

2023-08-26 22:19:37I brought my Singapore friend. The owner is very rude, not friendly as a restauranteur. We asked about the chili, he was so rude. Nasi bungkus was good at first, but 2nd time is ok. Sate ayam is not good (dont order sate ayam). Next time we order somewhere else.

2020-02-04 04:25:12Over price. White rice to dry. Ayam kalasan too sweet but is tender. Chicken satay = sate ayam not really good. Ayam goreng mentega is okay. Nasi bungkus usually good but today is too dry. Sate kambing is okay. They have jajan pasar snack.

2019-01-19 04:29:43Great food and we typically come here for the nasi bungkus. But today, we ordered the shrimp with Pete, kangkung, ayam pangang, and otak otak.We love all the dishes except for the otak otak (because we felt the Malaysian version is better)

2022-05-23 22:22:05On 5-22-22 I was in the area so I decided to eat at this place. When it came time to pay the waiter changed the price on me from $11.95 to $12.95 not right. I didnt want to argue so I paid the bill and left. The total came out to $19.00 and some change.😡
