2023-07-14 16:49:36We were in town for a conference in the Bay Area and needed catering for 30 people (Needed Ghanaian food). A friend from Stanford university recommended him and We called him a day before the event and he delivered. It was yummy. Perfect spice level, he actually ask you how you want it. The black sauce on the side, he calls it Shito was so good.We ordered Jollof rice, fried rice with grilled fish and chicken and he added fried plantains, salads and even added a drink made with hibiscus and ginger. This was perfect and everybody loved it.I will recommend him but try and call him ahead of time.

2023-08-26 01:57:05Let me just say I live in the Concord area and its quite a drive. But...Oh My Goodness. The food was just next level!! First bite you can tell the work put into this food! The seasoning was perfect and my boyfriend, who doesnt handle spicy well, ate this up!!! The turkey tails were our favorite! And I didnt even mention how great the service was. Jaybabas kitchen is a MUST GO!

2023-07-16 23:32:31Was in town from Memphis Tennessee and wanted to try some African food, mainly Ghanaian. We don’t have any of such in Memphis, a friend recommended him and I ordered for peanut butter soup with goat meat and Rice balls. Whooolly Jesus, it was fire. Best I’ve ever had. Too bad I am back to Memphis and can’t get some but he promised he will find a way to see if he can ship some to me. Hopefully that works, I will be ordering all the time. Very chilled professional guy, thanks for making my California stay a memorable experience.

2023-08-17 22:47:24Jaybaba’s Kitchen was in London, U.K. this month and I had the pleasure of experiencing 10/10 Ghanaian cuisine! From the Shitto to the Waakye and stew; I highly recommend. Unfortunately, he based state side so I’ll have to catch a flight to experience the food again…but it would be well worth it!

2023-08-15 21:21:45Had a lovely experience with my family as they catered for a wedding I was attending. The tilapia was well seasoned and delicious and the lamb kebab 🤯soooo good! I do recommend this place for private catering.
