Paid a crazy amount of money for the Tier 4 “executive package” and now that I’m comparing all tiers and the services they include, it feels like all I got was the Tier 1 VIP wash. The owner was honest and treated me well, but the workers looked like they did not know what they were doing when I arrived to pick up the car. I will admit, the paint of the car looks and even feels a lot better and I really appreciate all the swirls being removed, but there’s clay bar residue in almost every crack and gap. For the amount of money I paid, I’m a little disappointed.

JB Mobile Detailing definitely went above and beyond, and treated my car as if it were theirs. The progress photos throughout the process allowed me to see that the work was being performed accurately. I’m also extremely particular, more particular than almost anyone else I’ve spoken with, so saying they performed the work accurately is extremely high praise. Not to mention that this high level of workmanship is also relatively affordable compared to competing brands I looked at.When the car was about to be ready, I was informed they were backed up and needed to keep the car another two nights. As compensation, they offered to personally deliver the car to me, which I thought was incredible customer service, since I live 20 miles away from the shop. I declined the offer because I wanted to see all the incredible cars in their shop, so I needed to be there in-person.They did more than I ever asked of them; they cleaned the interior of the car even though I didn’t ask for it, and they provided me a Chevy Bolt EV as a loaner vehicle, which was also extremely clean inside and out. I’ll definitely be recommending this business to others. Attached are the photos I took of the car as soon as it left their shop; the full front PPF and ceramic coating both look great, and will keep the car protected for years to come.

I’ve used JB Mobile Detailing twice and they never disappoint! They came to my job and were very professional and extremely detailed! I have two huskies who shed a tremendous amount and not a hair was left behind once they were done. I would definitely recommend their services as it is worth every dollar! My car was cleaner than the day I picked it up from the dealership.

I used their service several times, the work was acceptable. What was not good, was to continually bill me when I had already paid. I sent several emails and texts to JB that I had already paid for services rendered. This happened with SEVERAL of the car washes I did with them, asking for double payment. Even one year later I was still getting overdue invoices not paid. Again, I texted and left voicemails with proof that I had paid. Whether its was intentional or not, its unacceptable. Stop asking for payment and sending invoices when you have already been paid! I had to block them on my gmail account, as it just wouldnt stop.

Brought a Model Y in for PPF and Ceramic Coating, and the car came back perfect. Ive had PPF applied on various cars, and Im normally aware of where the lines are cut or hot spots along the seams where the film coverage would stand out. But honestly looking at the Tesla after getting it back, it was very difficult to even tell the PPF was installed, it was that perfectly tucked and cut!Otherwise, service was awesome, communication was great, and the people were all friendly. Highly recommend, and looking forward to testing out their mobile detailing services.

We chose VIP wash service for my car. The start of the service was quite frustrating because there was no one to help us when we arrived at our scheduled time. I had reserved my time slot ahead of time and made full payment! I would highly recommend that management avoids such errors causing inconvenience to customers. I was quite disappointed planning my day around the appointment and arriving on time to find the door closed and no available for our service.After a call to the office, the person in charge scheduled an at home mobile service waiving off the additional fees which I certainly appreciate.Anyway, no words for the exceptional service! Our detailer was extremely thorough, professional, and hard working. He spent 2 hours on my car and it looks like brand new! I was super elated!

I bought the Bronze Package to ceramic coat for my Tesla Model Y from JB. Highly impressed with the quality of work right from the beginning. Very easy to take appointments from their website. Jose and team followed up instantly after the appointment was booked. Met with Alonso at their shop and Alonso took the time to explain the entire process and estimated time to complete. I was updated in a timely manner about the progress of the car with photos and I think its awesome to just know whats currently happening with your car and how it looks. Alonso was very nice to work with. They went above and beyond and cleaned my interiors. The car looks way better than it looked on delivery day. I was also given a loaner vehicle without me even asking for it. Overall great job and great customer service. Will be booking another appointment shortly for the first was after the ceramic coat.
