Your expectations will be exceeded! Dont be put off by the strip mall location. The owners father calls it a big version of his kitchen at home, and that really comes through with the flavors and quality!!! Much more than just dumplings. Not that you should skip them, because the park and napa dumplings are excellent! Beef with broccoli was also one of the best I have had, seriously, good flavor and tender meat.

Jiayuan…This is totally home meal style from authentic China cuisineI wish I could have steamed dumplings but here we go…The cucumber salad, not like other places this one isn’t saucey at all. Just right amount of sauce and hand crushed style to make more cucumber juice flavor. Very exquisite touch.The shrimp wanton soup….They put dried sea weed and the dried shrimp to more umami, but these two factors are game changers. The broth is so clean and perfect and the wanton has perfect taste…The dumplings… I’ve ordered three kinds…All the dumplings made by orders and home meal styled shell and juicy inside and the flavor is so authentic!!!All the dishes are pretty exuberant flavors… the only thing I wanna recommend is plating…You are using ceramic plates all that’s super considerate for person like me as a master chef and my super massive picky love… you did appreciate that but if you change the platings more beautiful you have way more customers!!!Great job chef and the owner!!!

Delicious food and large family style portions. Highly suggest the beef in hot chili oil, pork and cabbage dumplings, and scallion pancakes. We came on a weeknight at 6:30pm and got a table without waiting.

An amazing thing about South Bay is the hidden restaurants you find tucked away.Loved the dumplings and the spicy beef soup (Which was a great recommendation from our server).

The atmosphere is beautiful and light. The service was very pleasant and happy. The food was out of this world! Cooked well and tasty. Extremely beautiful presentation. Would love to try everything on the menu! We had fish, dumplings, chicken rice and shrimp! Everything was amazing

Weve eaten here twice and its been delicious. The first time we did take out and the second time, we ate in. We got there at 5:30pm on Friday and there were plenty of seats. It got more crowded as the evening continued. For two adults and one 7-year-old, we ordered three 6-piece orders of dumplings, one order of scallion pancakes, and Di San Xian (stir fry of eggplant, potato, and bell peppers). It was plenty of food for us. The stir-fry was recommended and it was absolutely delicious. We couldnt stop eating it. The handmade dumplings and scallion pancakes are so satisfying after a long week. Everything came out fresh. Its a treat to go here and get Chinese food thats different than the typical Americanized Chinese food (which has its place).

Delicious every time & every dish I’ve tried! Eggplant is my favorite - but all dumplings are very tasty. Love this place!!

I enjoyed the food, dumplings, beef fried rice, and sweet and sour soup. I did notice a lot of the menu was crossed off so Im hoping theyll introduce those items in the near future. Will definitely be back. Service was fast and friendly

First time coming to this place and I went for what I know so I ordered fried rice and stir fry noodles and dumplings and we got some Thai tea to drink. As soon as we walked in the staff was so nice and friendly we got the Thai tea first and as soon as I tried it I know everything was going to be good. Really recommend this place 🤤

Got take out several weeks ago and still thinking about this meal! Seriously delicious and high quality food. Highly recommend the cashew shrimp, chicken eggplant, pineapple fried rice. So so good!
