Korean food is amazing and super authentic here! All their dipping sauces are made in house. Come with me to explore it.Highlights of the menu:1. Garlic Suyuk - sous vide pork belly. Super tender and juicy!2. Braised beef short rib - premium beef ribs make it extra yummy!3. Hot stone bibimbap with cheese on top4. Kimchi jjigae

Ok I wasnt too sure about this place because from the pictures, I was very new to this type of Korean food. Nothing bad, I was just unfamiliar. But wow, I am impressed with their food, huge portions and I couldnt stop eating their dishes, especially the Spicy Braised Beef Short Rib!! I love the taste of the meat, I kept going in for seconds and thirds and definitely packed some home and cant wait to eat it tonight for dinner. They even added cheese on top and torched it at the table, that was so fun to watch. The jalapeño cheese curry katsu was another one of my faves. I didnt care for the rice and only dipped it in the curry a little bit because this doesnt need anything added to it. I loved the way it tasted all by itself. It was perfectly crispy and the jalapeños werent too overpowering thank goodness, so I was able to enjoy it.My other favorite was the boiled pork belly. This was another interesting dish and I loved it too. Min Soon said it wouldnt be good if you take it home, most customers complained that its not something you should take home. But we had a lot leftover and all I did was pop it in the air fryer and I honestly still loved it!!!! Maybe some people wouldnt like it cuz it changes the way it originally tasted, but I actually regret not packing more to-go!!!!!The side dishes were yummy, I just kept eating the cucumbers like I usually do. I also had their soup, Chicken Kalgusu and seafood pancake. It was okay, I wouldnt get it again though. But I would definitely come back for the other stuff. Service was amazing and everyone was so nice. There was even a line when we left.

Superior quality Korean food with very warm and accommodating service. Everything tastes like it’s been made from scratch and the portion sizes are very generous (especially the bibimbap).

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Located in a run down dark part of a retail center. Food is average and service is mediocre at best. Restaurant was about half full & requests to remove finished plates off table cannot be done because too busyPork dish is very thinly sliced with salty broth-smells of raw meat. Galbi BEEF dish has more veggies than meat.Side dishes are average at best, you can get better ones at your local Asian grocery store.

Service was good. The guy my friend says looks like 성시경 was an awesome guy. He seemed surprised when we told him. 🤓Regardless, food was really good. The Jalapeno Cheese Tonkatsu curry definitely was interesting. You could taste the cheese, but I didnt taste the Jalapenos honestly.A little on the expensive side, but hey, inflation. This place gets packed really quick!

Great food! The portions are big. You definitely want to come hungry, and a second or third person would help.

Enjoyed a great and tasty dinner of chicken curry katsu and brisket hot stone. Kimchi was very good also. Service was attentive. The prices seemed high but when we saw the portions it all made sense. The plates are enough for two!We will be coming back to try other things on the menu. They have applied for a beer and wine license so booze coming soon!

Food was not bad (pretty tasty, but everything has some level of underlying spice which my body doesnt really tolerate well). The portions were pretty large and entree semi shareable for two people. The appetizers were normal sized and basic but flavorful. Prices are medium, nothing really cheap on the menu for a quick bite for 1 person. Was hoping for more of a lunch special but didnt have any.Service was OK. We asked for the egg on top of our shared dish to be well cooked and they just made it normal (semi soft and runny). Im like no you need to cook both sides. She took it off and had them cook it again which was an awkward moment. The banchan was too basic. 4 sides and not even bean sprouts or potato salad which are 2 of the best kind. Plus they only give one set for two people.

I used to frequent JINCOOK in Glendale but moved to OC. Fortunately found this place by driving by and give it a try. FOOD is GREAT as JINCOOK in Glendale and interior looks to be decent but they told me they are still working in progress. I think i will be back soon when they have new items out.
