I ordered the vegetable soup ramen for pick up and the hostess I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and friendly (not in a cheesy fake way). My ramen and curry bowl were great.Excellent service and food!

Really good ramen and excellent customer service. Came in for their annual celebration in early April and my partner and I had the tonkotsu. We enjoyed it, wasnt too fatty. Ended up winning the raffle and getting a 60 TV. Would visit again!!
This place is amazing!!! The food is so good and the customer service is phenomenal! My buddy and I got the spicy chicken. Ive never had chicken so tender before. The broth was the perfect combination of spicy and savory. The curry and rice was a fantastic beginning to an unforgettable meal. Will definitely be coming back
Great portion sizes, but the food is very salty and the karate chicken is way breaded and overfried making it difficult to eat. Love that there are vegan options though, just would suggest maybe asking for a low sodium option when you order for a heart healthy meal.
Can’t go wrong with this place for ramen and appetizers. Now they offer free noodle refills with any ramen purchase, so save some broth and get some more hot noodles. Their spicy Tokyo ramen was spicy for myself so beware. Their gyoza, edamame, spicy tuna tacos, and crunchy rice with spicy tuna are good appetizers. The service is usually fast and good. No complaints.
I give the ramen five stars. Broth is cooked to perfection. Crispy chicken and tempura brussel sprout appetizers are amazing. The waiter and server were very attentive. Overall, I give it four stars because the hostess was basically rude and seemed annoyed by our presence. The music was about 10 decibels too loud, had to shout to talk to our guests sitting directly across from us. Felt like a nightclub rather than a restaurant. Dont go here if you want a romantic meal or to gather among friends to visit. Go here just for the food.
Truly delicious! We came for the vegan ramen, and it did not disappoint! It all had so much flavor! I had the Flying Vegan Harvest without chili oil, and it was very yummy. I never finish a whole bowl of ramen but I certainly did this time. My boyfriend had the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen and added Impossible meat to it. I do not do spicy at all, and I even loved his dish. The flavor was amazing but it didnt burn my mouth at all or fill me with regret. We also had the caramelized cauliflower and that was a yummy side. I would love to eat in the restaurant next time since the dishes are so fancy, although I wouldnt choose a busy Friday night. The takeout packaging was cardboard and plastic in a paper bag, and I was very thankful to have zero styrofoam because I wouldnt have eaten here if they used that. Last thing Ill say is weve tried vegan ramen before and its never filling and always bland. This is the first time the flavor was all there and we were left satisfied. Cant wait to go back and hopefully see an even bigger vegan menu next time!
Believe it or not, our seven-year-old grandson introduced us to JINYA Ramen Bar. In the past year, he’s become an expert on all things Ramen, and lately, JINYA is his go-to spot when he craves ramen, which is every day. “You’ve got to try this”, he told us grandparents two weeks ago, and so we did. So far, he’s “taken us” twice since introducing JINYA, and we’ll probably go again this week. The kind, friendly, and attentive staff are calm—never rushing around—and the choices they’ve recommended (along with my grandson’s) have been delicious and generous. Highly recommend.
Let me start off by saying the customer service was AMAZING. The place is cute and very clean. The Takoyaki was tasty. The reason for my 3 stars is because of the ramen. It was extremely average, borderline not good. I got the black tonkotsu and my pork was tough and undercooked/unseasoned and it honestly tasted like Christmas ham and not a cut that should be put in Ramen. It was also not that hot which was disappointing. It made the fat on the pork super tough. My sister got the shrimp wonton ramen. It tasted fishy, and not in a delicious shrimp way, more in a this isnt the freshest way.Overall, the place and atmosphere was nice. I just dont think I would go back. Super underwhelmed. If the cuts of meat were better, I would be more inclined to visit again
The broth and noodles and gyoza here are pretty good. Its a little crowded at the usual times but the quality doesnt suffer at all. You can reserve if you have a party youre coming with and I recommend that highly. Definitely a good place to stop by
JINYA is new to us, but we have heard great reviews from family who have dined at the LA location. We decided to do a take out meal this evening as they have just opened the Tustin JINYA. Absolutely delicious, everything! JINYA Tonkotsu Black, Spicy Tuna Mini Tacos, Quinoa salad and Pork Gyoza. When we did the pick up, we noted how inviting and cool the atmosphere is and are eager to dine in next time. They even have great beer choices on tap! And the staff was friendly, welcoming and professional.😋

Wow this place is really good, and its fun too. The staff is really friendly, The kitchen and wait staff yell back and forth as orders are ready. They check on you often in case you need anything.I started with the Gyoza. Gyoza is a favorite of mine and theirs are delicious. I accidentally ate one before taking the picture. As an opening special I also got a free order of Tempura Brussel sprouts. I loved these and could make a meal of these by themselves. For ramen I had spicy chicken. This is something anyone could handle. It wasnt to spicy but it was so good. My heat tolerance is very high. The green tea was also good.They follow COVID protocols, temp. check, social distancing etc. Staff wears masks and gloves. Wait staff also wears shields. Everything was perfect and I cant wait to come back
I wasnt very impressed with the ramen here at Jinya. There were way too many raw red onions in the flying vegan harvest bowl. The spicy creamy vegan ramen was a bit better, and so thats what I would recommend.
Didnt have any expectations going in. I like the atmosphere and food was great!! Ramen very comparable with all the top surrounding Ramen shops. Want to try more of the appetizer list.
Ridiculously good ramen, best in the area out of 10 or so places Ive tried. I had the sprouting up ramen - the pork was smoky and tender like it could have come from a bbq joint, the egg was soft and goey inside, and the noodles were thick and came in a heavy broth packed with flavor.
Jinya has always been my go to place for Ramen.If you’re vegetarian/vegan looking for recommendations, I stress on getting the Spicy Vegan Harvest or the Creamy veg option. Both of them are so good!Additionally, do also try their Vegan Bun. It’s really good!Jinya ramen has become like comfort food for my wife and me!
We ordered the spicy creamy vegan ramen and wonton chicken ramen for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised that the broth was in a separate bowl. Here I was all worried it was getting soggy during the drive home. I transferred the broth to soup bowls and microwaved it to heat it back up. The broth for both was absolutely divine! Spicy creamy vegan so savory with a slight spicy kick. I know you can ask for more spice but for the first time you should check it out. You can always add more heat if needed. The tofu was amazingly fresh, green onions, diced onions, seaweed root with the freshest noodles In a word fabulous. The chicken wonton chicken was the best I have ever had. The broth was rich and savory. The gyoza excellent. The ramen noodles very fresh, green onions and seaweed root add such great flavors. Seriously the best ramen ever!

Its really hard to find a good ramen place in Tustin but I think I found one.
Good variety of food, however, we were not impressed with the quality of ramen. We have another spot we prefer to get ramen from, but it was nice to try something different.

This place hands down is the best Ramen I have ever tasted. I really recommend the tempura Brussel Sprouts. They use truffle oil.

2021-12-18 09:18:42Love the vegan ramen here. They have 3 options for vegan ramen. I love the Spicy Creamy Rame the most. But tgis time, I ordered the Tsunami White Pearl and my husband ordered the Flying Vegan Harvest. Soup is so delicious and flavorful. My son ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and he said it is the best and wont mind returning here again although it is like 20 mins drive for us from Irvine to here.

Fear unfounded, the Tonkotsu Black is flawlessly executed with a fantastic balance of cream and salty richness. Great service and plenty of menu options are a bonus. Also the most corn Ive ever seen when ordered as an addon for ramen.

2022-02-17 21:36:11I came to this place by random coincidence (my other favorite ramen shop in Tustin was also open but I hadnt tried this one yet so I decided to give it a shot). I had the JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010 and let me tell you, it was mind-bendingly good. The server was courteous, attentive and nice and the service was quick and accurate. Ive dubbed Ramen the only soup worth eating and this place has helped me further cement that bias. いただきます！

Did not smell any boiling tonkotsu soup.Tasted very good, but wasnt too deep.Love how they offer sauce for the soup. 2 types of spicy sauce and garlic.Takoyaki was great!Will definitely take friends and family again!

2021-04-13 16:14:16Decided to visit this new ramen place that had just opened near us and OMG it is delicious! We had the Shrimp Wonton Ramen and Spicy Tuna and Salmon Cones and both were amazing! The restaurant is very modern and has a nice bar area to enjoy some drinks and watch some tv as you slurp up some ramen. Definitely will be coming back!!!
