2023-08-19 09:17:381. For $16 Pho, it’s overpriced and you can find a better place to go. How do I know it’s overpriced for what you get? I usually can’t finish a small pho bowl. But this one? I could. I’ve had better pho that gave me more for lesser $$2. Order via QR code at your table—— OOP unless you don’t have signal!! If you’re gonna have a QR ordering system, at least offer free wifi so your guests can actually do it. It was difficult trying to flag down a worker, seems like no one there works as a designated waiter/waitress so you just have to grab whoever walks by which is annoying.3. Kind of messy. My pho had beef stuck to the bottom of it. Presentation was meh4. The Vietnamese coffee was the worst I’ve ever had. I probably should’ve gotten a milk tea or a shake instead but the Vietnamese coffee is a fat skip.

2023-05-29 03:32:30Beegees music playing as we dined, television screens playing different channels. certainly different. Our server was super. I ordered a bahn mi sandwich and egg rolls, he allowed us to order the child size beef pho and child size Chicken bun. He noticed that we didnt have vegetables on our child meal so he returned with plates of vegetables. Delicious!

2023-04-20 05:29:37I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for some time now and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was quite disappointing.I ordered my usual dish, which I knew what it looks like pretty well; while the rest of the plate looked fine when I flipped the rib over, it was very obvious that it had already been consumed. Not only was this unsanitary and unappetizing, but it was also a major disappointment. As a regular customer, I expect to receive fresh, fully-prepared food each time I visit, and this experience fell far short of that expectation.I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, but unfortunately, they did not seem overly concerned or apologetic about the matter. I left feeling very dissatisfied with my experience and unsure if I will return to this restaurant in the future.Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my recent experience. The quality and preparation of the food, as well as the level of customer service, were both subpar.

2023-06-17 00:09:32Wonderful service and great vietnamese food. Literally the best grilled chicken banh-mi I ever had thus far. Its a must try. And I recommend dipping the banh-mi into the soup. So satisfying delicious. Highly recommend!

2023-12-01 20:20:54I was gonna say how the food is decent but I saw a photo of someone else showing that he had a consumed rib in his food and now I cant bring myself to do that because how do I know that I didnt get something like that 😭 Awful service.. They need to be on that nightmare kitchen show hahaha!! On top of that they charge a freaking 10% service fee. You know theyre making decent money, ppl are always eating there (not sure why anymore,) but thats how greed works. Oh yeah I forgot! One time the server demanded I tip her. She literally said did you leave a tip? I took my money back off the table. On top of that one time I was going to Lucky next door and someone got shot in that joint 😭😂 It wasnt funny but just thinking about it now it was crazy everyone came running out. I think the guy was okay tho.

2023-12-04 01:21:44First time trying this place after years of driving by. I was surprised; very clean, organized, and spacious. We were immediately seated and orders were taken in a timely manner.Bun bo hue was good. The broth was flavorful but wasnt spicy enough (for my taste). I added chili oil and it definitely enhanced it overall. They give you a good amount of meat which I appreciate. The short rib was cooked well and really tender. The fried chicken wings in fish sauce were nice and crispy. Really nice sized wings unlike wings at other places.I like the free shrimp chips they give you as an appetizer which is a really nice touch that other pho places dont ever do.Only thing I didnt like is that I had gotten my bun bo hue first and it was 10 minutes before my wifes food came out with the appetizer. During that 10 minutes I was checked in on once, but they never came back around again after that. We had to go to the counter to ask someone for fish sauce. It wasnt a big deal but just check in once every one receives their food just to make sure they got everything.Overall I thought it was a good pho place with a great selection of food to choose from. I would definitely be back to try other things.

2022-03-28 07:35:46Good Vietnamese pho and vermicelli. I come here often. Most of the people I have taken here say the prices are a bit high. But the restaurant is in a good location with plenty of parking. And the service is decent. The item I am not a fan of is the rice plates especially the shrimp cake which has a wrap that has a cardboard like texture.During peak hours the restaurant gets really busy despite the large area. You are also allowed to order from your table to your table using the QR code and customize your dish. The annoying thing is you must pay for your order at that moment. Not only that, they also want the tip right then. So you are tipping even though you never received service from your waiter. If it bothers you then dont use the code. The service quality can go down during the busiest times. And communication can be problematic especially with the large number of non English speaking employees.

2023-10-31 06:37:20Way over priced for the quality of food being served. The food wasnt bad, but it wasnt really anything special either. It was mediocre at best. I had a large pho and a 3 colored bean dessert that came out to almost $34. You can get the same type and quantity of food (but better tasting) at other nearby pho spots for about $12 less. Also, beware... theyll add on a 10% service charge onto your bill in a sneaky way. Its not posted on the door as you enter the restaurant, so you wont know about it til its time to pay. It is posted (in small print), but right by the register. Who the hell goes by the register when they first enter though? You wait to be seated, and then youre led directly to a table. It needs to be CLEARLY posted by the door as people enter, and also on the menu so folks can make an informed decision as to whether or not that they wanna eat there. But of course not because then that would cut into the profits, right? 🙄

2023-11-07 02:45:53Gave me a lot of grief for not knowing if my wife ordered online or on the phone even though I showed them the name and the ordered items. They gave a lot of attitude. I just wanted to pick up food. Was happy to pay if my wife did not already pay…Also, shrimp chips taste like oil, not shrimp. Generally underwhelming and bad all around. Do yourself a favor and find something better nearby.
