Got a 3 piece chicken meal with 2 sides 2 pies and a burger The chicken was really good Extra juicy on the inside Nice and crisp on the outside 2 of the pieces were very meaty but one was just breading and bone 🍖. The adobo rice was horrible not a good taste at all I put a lot of the gray on it but it didn’t help much ( should of got the steamed rice ) the mashed potatoes were also pretty bad. I did like the French fries 🍟. My yum burger was the exact opposite it was so gross And the pickles were gross It had a lot of mustard on it and that was a good thing because it covered the taste of the patty My pies were okay and my generic sierra mist ( STAR ) was okay. ( soda selection was bad ) Honestly next time I come to a jollibee I’m only getting chicken and steamed rice

Normally I would give the food 5 stars but sometimes its a hit and miss, most often its a hit. And tastes fantastic some of the best fried chicken Ive ever had. Really loving their spicy chicken sandwich also. Weve had a lot of good meals out of here one or two have been so so. The service is always really nice folks polite and relatively quick. The atmosphere of the store with the horrible colors and decorations are just something I guess you have to put up with.

Finally tried. Probably will only go back for the Adobo Rice.I ordered a 2-piece with 1 spicy piece, 2 sides and a fried pie.Side 1: Mashed PotatoesThe potatoes were perfect but the gravy was too sweet. I would not order again.Side 2: Adobo RicePerfect. No complaints. I would eat again.The chicken didn’t have a good flavor to me. It was crispy. The chicken tasted better after cooling; however, it was salter than I preferred.The fried pie had the right amount of sweetness for a dessert. The crust was flaky and crispy. I enjoyed the pina colada filling. The coconut pieces were tender—they looked hard in the marketing.Service was polite, fast and efficient.The restaurant was busy at 2pm on a weekday.I immediately found a parking spot; however, the lot is always full and has tiny spaces.

Went into the store yesterday and waited in line for about 15 minutes as they had quite a big queue, which is a great sign for a place, but when I went to order the $30 chicken and side combo, they said they ran out of spicy chicken, which was basically the only thing I came in for, so unfortunately I left without any food.I’m super disappointed that a restaurant that specializes in chicken would run out of spicy seasoning

Went to Jollibee in Panorama City. I am from Colorado and we dont have them there. Im visiting and heard all the hype and it didnt disappoint! I got the 3 piece chicken (2 legs and a thigh-spicy) it came with a side. I got mashed potatoes and I also got a spicy chicken sandwich. Super crispy chicken. Very moist! I thought the chicken sandwich would have a spice in the seasoning but they just added jalapenos. Either way it was delicious. The chicken pieces were good but the thigh had very little meat on it. Was hoping for a breast but I didnt ask for one therefore thats on me. Good spice seasoning on the chicken and again...super crispy!!! Definitely jumped into my top 5!

Maybe its just this particular franchise, but I had never tried Jollibee before and wanted to try it during a promotion for a 10 piece bucket. I guess this location didnt want to honor the promotion as they turned off online ordering and would not honor the promotion in-store! $20 normal price for 10 pieces of chicken not including breast? No thanks, I can go to Vons and get the same for half the price!

The grill was broken so the burgers were off the table. It worked out for us because the chicken bucket was the best. We also got the mango and coconut pies they were pricey but amazing. Next time we are going to but extra for home.

So I have been curious about this spot for many years. What finally got me in was that mango peach pie. Saw it on Instagram and noticed that they fry it like McDonalds used to do with their apple pie before they started baking it 😒. Had to also grab a couple extra items while I was there to try. The pie was outstanding five stars! The chicken was trash. Mashed potatoes were okay. The hamburger I have to say was very tasty. The hamburger patty is actually flavored like a salisbury steak and I would highly recommend dipping it in some of that brown gravy.

I love, love, LOVE this place. There $20 family meal is the best deal! I really love there spicy chicken and mash potatoes. I always enjoy eating at this place. Theyre quick with your order and the staff is very friendly. As far as the cdc guidelines, they definitely follow protocol. They have safety dividers at there registers, hand sanitizer at the entrance, and a waiting area where they have everyone 6 feet apart. My favorite spot whenever I crave chicken, the best in the Valley!

Ok, so the chicken was tasty, but it was really soggy for some apparent reason, and the Spaghetti isnt for adult consumption....lol...Im sure my kids would love it, but for me, it was just too sweet.... It just reminded me of Chef Boyardee for some reason. Now, the pineapple drink they gave me was all the way 🔥🔥🔥!!! That joka was really good!!..... I went on 29th of June, 2022. I had 3 pcs chickenjoy and a mashed potato with 2 pineapple drinks. The chicken was delicious. I wouldve given 5 stars if I was not told that I could not have all 3 chicken thigh (I was only allowed to have 2 thighs and 1 leg even when I was willing to pay extra and I was told to leave while I was still eating only because they were rushing to go home.I came again on August 12th, 2022 and its the same, I was not allowed to get all 3 thighs even when I was willing to pay for the difference.

Hello I am sharing this very interesting matters, today I went with my son brought 2 Baket chicken 10 piece each Baket total 20 pieces. When I placed in order I told the customers representative I wanted spicy all 20 pieces . After I placed in order I checked the receipt, cashier made a mistake she put 10 pieces regular and 10 pieces spicy, then I went to the line showed the cashier again, I wanted 20 pieces spicy then she walking displays ares she corrected her mistake, when I came home to opened chicken from Baket started to eat with my family members but unfortunately I found 10 pieces regular and 10 pieces spicy. Jollibee is all over the place. The first one I went to is on Beverly Drive near Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles. This one is on Woodman near Roscoe BLVD in Panorama City. It now allows Eat-In. Anyway, being a Philippine eatery, I was blown away by their jucy, delicious fried chicken. I like it somewhat better than KFC. One reason being, it has much less Sodium. Other items are on their menu- like SPAGHETTI. YES, SPAGHETTI‼️The Staff is on the ball: courteous, respectful, caring, speedy and friendly. You gotta try them out. Thanks

Its basically a fast food restaurant, so there isnt much to say as far as atmosphere goes but I do want to mention that it was very clean when I came in for the first time since seeing that this was the closest Jollibee to my location. It was really crowded but they did a great job of keeping the restaurant clean.There was only one person at the register but she was doing a great job of taking down customers orders and I appreciate how kind she was to my son by offering him a free drink cup. The rest of the associates were doing their best to get the orders out in a timely manner and even though they seemed overwhelmed, they were still providing great customer service.The food is what you would expect of Jollibee if youve ever had it but I really appreciated the prices because I was able to get a lot of food with the same amount of money it would cost to get three regular meals here in my area.Although I had to drive 50 miles out to this specific Jollibee, I would not mind making the trip again once the Chickenjoy cravings hit.

I placed a Take Out order from their website for Saturday delivery in a Friday night. I swear the parking stalls in some areas of this plaza are smaller than a normal sized car. Parking sucks for this plaza and they havent done anything to make it any better in years.Anyhow, I walk in and go to the counter, I can see my Pick Up order already waiting for me.This branch is fast, efficient and very customer friendly. If you have never been to the Philippines then one visit here is a great example of what its like in the nations most popular chicken place.Service is polite, patient and friendly, the place clean and decorated the exact same way, the food looks and taste the same, everything perfectly duplicated except the price.Parking is tough even with a big parking lot, there are handicapped spots however getting one is a 50 50 chance during peak times.If you like fried chicken then consider their recipe is the best in Asia Imho .

I gave it 5 stars because, ordering food online is much faster than walking in and ordering, and makes you wait for 15 minutes. Or unless your dining it. That service is really slow. I would say order online instead. Btw when ordering online, they need to upgrade their system. The time of pickup, its messed up. You might think that youll have to wait over an hour for pick up, but its not. Once you place an order, go there and pick it up it should be ready.

The world renowned best Filipino fried chicken fast food. I recommend the fried chicken as regular or spicy then try it with the gravy sauce. The Burger steak with mushroom and gravy is also another favorite. Burgers and Jolly hotdog are good to try. The noodles and Spaghetti are inconsistent. Others like them and some dont. For me, the Palabok is bland and the Jolly Spaghetti is a hit or miss. The fries taste fatty compared to McDonalds. For the drinks, the pineapple juice is a crowd favorite. For dessert, the Peach mango pie is an OG. And as of 2021, the Taro pie has become a new favorite addition.As for food quality, the chicken has always been consistently crunchy, warm and tasteful.The staff were really nice and polite.They greet everyone and always have that lively manner. They ring your device when your order is ready. Then you get a vocal summary to ensure your order list is complete. Small detail but it happens everytime and you can just appreciate the effort of these hard working peeps. That goes to say, they are always busy.The bad: Parking is the worst. The parking lot is crowded, compact, disorganized and the guide lines are faded. Since this joint shares parking spaces with other businesses in the area, the plaza can be really crowded. Few people know, there is an alley behind the plaza that rarely gets filled with cars. During peak busy times, you can go straight at the back following the little cigarette shop close to the recycling area to check for available spaces.As of May 2021, no dine-in due to the pandemic. And wait times can be long. Your experience may vary.

This place tends to be busy. The food is good and usually served quickly. You have to listen carefully when your number is called to get your order because it can be hard to hear over the mask worn by the crew and they may not always repeat the announcement. The crew seems friendly enough, but it does not show in their eyes ... its hard to tell if theyre smiling with their masks on.

Update... Giving 3stars because of the incompetence of some employees... ordered online yesterday and this time they didnt have my order right. I even tried to ask them that why some of the items on their checklist are not marked and they said not to mind it. Got home and there it was, Im missing 2 items. I love Jolliee chicken! Its the best. I came here with my mom and dad and they too love this stuff. Staff was super nice and friendly. This location is one of the more clean ones. Parking is super tight even on the best of days. Sometimes theres a line up. There are other stores in the plaza you can walk over to when you are finished eating at Jolliee. I was hesitant at first but just decided to get a little bit of everything and it exceeded my expectations. The aloha yumburger had some of the best flavor combinations Ive tasted in a long time. The chicken had a perfectly crunchy exterior along with juicy meat. The spaghetti was different from what Im used to but it was super flavorful. The peach mango pie was crispy and the filling was perfect, not too much and not too little and it was chunky but yet smooth. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Also the service was amazing.

5 months ago I came to this location, and ordered a10 piece chicken only. I wrote a review about my horrible experience of having to wait more than 30 minutes to never receive the order.Today I ordered a 10piece and aloha burger for my kids. Even inside, if youre waiting, you should only be in those circle spots.A little upset that they dont have breakfast menu anymore. I go here from time to time. They have some days where the food is good, while sometimes its not living up to the expectations. This chain originally came from the Philippines and as a Filipino, most people would say that the Philippines in Jollibee is a lot better, and that is true. Their famous entree here would be the chicken joy. I have to say its really good. I usually get that or when I go there during breakfast I get their corned beef with steam rice. Thats pretty good. The employees are alright they could be more accomodating and the wait times should really improve because sometimes I would wait for my order which takes 30 minutes to make for like a 1 entree meal. My wife is Filipina, I am white born and raised here in Los Angeles. I have to give credit where its do, Jollibees food is pretty good! I enjoy a few different things from Jollibee, but for some reason, I cant stop getting their breakfast plate, Tocino! The only thing that could improve their Tocino, is giving you 2 eggs instead of 1. Of course even the best food in the world wont matter if your experience isnt pleasurable. I have been putting this off for some time now hoping that it was just a fluke thing, but 5 out of 5 times is a trend, not a fluke. They serve breakfast until 11:00 am, which is great! We like to go to Jollibee on Saturday mornings, and it being Saturday we not in any rush. Now Im going to explain this backwards because I think it will take less writing and time. Each of the 5 times that I am referring to, we got there before, or at 11, and ordered out food. The problem is that each of the 5 times we were not sure if we were going to get there before 11, and we called them. I tried on 3 occasions, and my wife tried on 2 occasions, once in english, and once in Tagalog. In all 5 occasions we called between 10:30, and 10:45 am. Also, in all 5 occasions we were unsuccessful in pre-ordering out food. And overtime either one of us calls the Jollibee employee is extremely rude and unaccommodating to the point that they were arguing with us trying to convince us that it was already past 11:00 am. But in every case it wasnt 11:00 am, and that is why we made it out business to get there before or at 11:00 am. This last trip to Jollibee the manager Abi, who my wife spoke with on the phone, was so rude, and when we got there she just laughed and went in the back. I dont understand how the same negative thing could happen 5 times in a row. Well Jollibee, if that is how you train your managers, I think that will be our last visit to your establishments!.

Cant go wrong with these simple American favorites. Got fried chicken, hamburger, spaghetti noodles and a coke, dishes you can find anywhere but what lacks in originality is made up in service..guess they come for a taste of back home.

Food is good.. but service sucks.. i was waiting for our fries and they gave us a number weve been waiting for more than 15 mins when ive noticed that the fries were ready and they gave it to the person who who just came just because they know that customer. What the heck!!! I went to the counter and asked them wheres my fries they told me they are still waiting then i asked them how come that person got their fries before me and we were there before them.. then the staff said im sorry and went to get our fries. What the heck..

This is part of a Filipino food chain and one of the few ready-to-eat choices in the area where a huge market of Filipino goods and fresh food are sold. Many of our people go there to stock on those things.

I used to love going to this place whenever Id visit my Grandma as a child, however I had a horrible time when I came there earlier today.Heres basically what happened:-I came in and ordered a party tray for a potluck and ordered my brother an Amazing Aloha (my favorite burger here).- Dont get me wrong customer service was pretty decent except it wasnt busy and they took exceptionally long to get the order ready. ( I could see the tray on the counter and the burger in the back ready)- I didnt let that bother me considering I was in no rush.- When we left we got the usual Have a great day-The REASON for the one star (wouldve been NO stars) was because before we left, my brother took a bite into his burger and inside the burger was A SCREW AND BOLT THE LENGTH AND WIDTH OF MY THUMB!!! (Not ONLY is that unsanitary but my brother couldve seriously broken a tooth)-I went back in to complain and all we got from the manager was a well investigate it and an offer for EITHER a refund or a replacement.-In my opinion, we shouldve gotten both AT THE LEAST.- Needless to say I am NEVER returning to this restaurant.

I went to this place and ordered two chickens with spaghetti and halo-halo. I like the chicken but the spaghetti doesn’t taste right to my buds. The halo-halo beans are to tough not soft and ice are not fine shavings its crush ice.

Too grease from the inside. It has a lot of fat and the plain chicken needs salt, and the spaghetti are not great! Please don’t get the spaghetti they have a sweet taste. I will not be going back.

Oct 10, 2015:I am very pleased with Jollibee! Friendly Filipino crew (nice nice people)treated me like a welcome guest and did a great job. My food was served nice and hot. I ordered the Amazing Aloha hamburger, Jolly Crispy Fries and Peach Mango Pie. All yummy! I will return soon and often!
