The Spicy Hunan Style Beef was recommended to me by the Assistant Manager Christopher Jones and it was excellent, two ladies could easily share that dish and be super satisfied! And look at that custom margarita 🍹 There was an hour and a half wait at 6pm with no reservation but they were willing to get me into bar seating within 20 minutes; which was great to still be able to watch the game but in a nicer restaurant setting than the casino floor. Food was fast and fresh ingredients, actual quality! Thank you so much!!

So we went nuts here. Needless to say, we felt the joy.Puns aside, it’s kinda the only “fine dining” Asian food in town. And they do it very well. I don’t think the Google rating does it justice but it’s certainly better than anything else the desert has to provide. Every dish we had was perfectly cooked and prepared as well as most. The portions were voluptuous with all the flavor you expect from good Chinese. I think you just have to remember where you are but it’s a great experience if you haven’t been. But if you want to finish it right go up to the rooftop bar for a nightcap and you might end up with with a hotel stay the next morning.

The worse place ever. My family and I went to eat there last Wednesday Oct 11TH…. First of all there was literally no one there, and they took forever to bring out the food. The food was cold…. That same night, my daughter started with the stomach virus…… now we all have the stomach virus at home….. have missed work, kids have missed school for the past 4 days……. DONT EAT HERE! Ur better off at the food court!

Everything was great. The only issue I had was the bottled waterThe water bottling process releases 2.5 million tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere annually. Disposable water bottle waste washes into the ocean, killing 1.1 million marine creatures yearly. Bottled water is tested for microbes and other pollutants four times less than tap water.

I would love to give this restaurant 5 stars across the board however my most recent visit was probably my last. I came in at a quarter to 5 as a party of two, was asked by the hostesses if I had reservations and when she learned I didn’t, she said that she said she couldn’t seat us, that preference was given to those with reservations. When I persisted, having never needed a reservation in the past, she said could seat us at the bar. Not a table though, that the tables were only for people with reservations. She was rude and condescending. My mother is 73, I couldn’t imagine her enjoying an expensive dinner perched atop a tall bar chair. We begrudgingly agreed and were sat with an attitude at the bar. We ordered a drink and I hopped online to make a reservation for 45 minutes later. The tables in the bar sat unused while we waited for our reserved time. When we were seated we noticed half a dozen empty tables in the main dining room and when we left there were still three that had sat empty the whole time. The bartender, Melissa, was phenomenal though. She had a great attitude, provided exceptional service and mixes a mean margarita. The food and atmosphere are good if you can get past the hostess stand.

We were very disappointed at our visit this past Friday night at Joy. We order an appetizer that took a while to serve. The spare ribs were dry under a glop of Char shew sauce. The spring rolls were greasy and tasteless. The dumping was over cooked a bit burnt on bottom and the beef was chewy.Our main dish was beef chow fun. The dish CDSA w with a nice amount of beef but the noodles were clumped together, as if it sat under the heating lights eating ti be served. It also was tasteless. This will be our last visit there. I do not recommend dining there.

My friend and I went on a ThursdayNight. Nice ambience! Ordered big Appetizer plate with rib’s etc. very good!My friend got moshu pork. No complaints. I got my fave Moo goo gai pan. No sauce, bland, no chicken taste,And was cold. Rice cold too. Just ate a bit and packed it to go. Couldn’t eat it second day, so dry. So disappointed because everyone in town said this was the best! Heard that best chefs work Fri to Sun.

Im here at Fantasy Springs casino where Joy is located. We wanted to order to go and were told they are too busy to place a to go order. They asked if I can come back in 30 mins to order. What kind of people are running this place. I have eaten here numerous times, both seated and to go and never seen anything so lame. I wont be back.Actually I dont understand your response. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past. Either you have take out or you dont. How is it any different to make a meal and deliver it to a table or the counter ? Im still a paying customer.

We came here after a day in Palm Springs before going to the casino. The portion sizes were decent for the price, and Laura was attentive to every need we had. The green curry with chicken was solid, the spice could have been better. Others were extremely pleased with their dishes. Would definitely come again!
