The Juban Ramen & Tapas restaurant is a wonderful little japanese restaurant. It is well known for its delicious ramen noodels and definitely worth a try. You may choose from various meals and it is prepared real fast. The taste is great and the service is spot on. Prices are fair and the over all quality real god.

I went in for a bowl on a Monday afternoon. The place was empty which was a bummer because this was really fantastic ramen. I had the tonkatsu with added spice and chashu.

Juban Ramen & Tapas serves a good range of different types of broth and a few vegetarian options. I love their TanTan Men and Tonkotsu. I feel this place is underrated and deserves more great reviews.

A very good little mom and pop Japanese restaurant! This restaurant is definitely not all Japanese, it is Japanese with a Korean flare to it (I.e boneless chicken with Korean sauce). We ordered 3 different tapas and a ramen to share. The ramen was good but not great, but everything else was very good. All in all, this place is nothing fancy, but it is a excellent place to try if you are around the area and want something Japanese that is not sushi!

Since this place had really good reviews, I went there even though it was little far from my place. During the pandemic, they are not offering some of the menus like seafood based ramen or fried mackerel. I ended up ordering veggie ramen for take out since this place is not open yet for dining. I brought ramen home and ate 2, 3 spoons and couldnt eat more. I love Japanese ramen but this one didnt taste well. It didnt have any veggies except having veggie broths. Plus the person who took orders was unfriendly.

Friendly and efficient staff, and delicious food! I usually get their ramen (all of which are great), but decided to try their salmon yaki this time. I’m so glad I did! It was presented beautifully, and cooked to perfection, very flavorful. The cucumber salad was fresh and tasty. I think I found my favorite dish here. Thanks for always providing a pleasant dining experience!

Came here on a Thursday night. It was slow. The service and food were good. Will definitely come back to try more dishes. Check out my IG page for more pictures. @foodie_wit_a_bootie_408

Was very pleasantly surprised how good the broth is!!! Personally, I give the most weight to the broth quality for any ramen spot. By that standard, one of best tasting ramen I had in the South Bay area. And my reference is from visiting Japan often and having ramen there. :)My vote on the Tonkotsu Ramen:Broth = 10!!!Noodle = 9Chashu = 7Egg = 9

This place opened in June 2017! Its at where the old MOH Kitchen used to be.Walking in, the interior decor caught my eyes first. The old Japanese posters on the wall and the wooden benches gave this place a casual and relaxing vibe. However, the wooden benches were very uncomfortable, and the stone tables clinked so loud with the bowls.Beside that, the ambience was pretty quiet (yes I was probably the loudest inside :p). There was only 1 waiter for all the tables (about 6 or 7 were occupied), so you may have to wait for service. Now food. I tried the Tonkatsu, my go-to ramen. I would give it 3.5 stars. The noodle was firm, and the broth had okay flavorful but on the bland side, but it was neither too oily nor too salty. The chasu that came with the ramen was also delicious. However, the tsukemen my friend ordered was not as good. First of, the noodles were stuck together. Then, the broth tasted like a vegetable soup. The grilled squid was very fishy, and slightly bitter.I would come back to try some appetizers and maybe get the ramen again.
