Took my family to celebrate our anniversary of 20 years to try out Julies Noodle and it was best decision we made. We have ate our fair share of Szechuan spicy noodles in Northern California and we are blessed to have discover this gem. It took us almost 2 hours to drive to try out this restaurant and was not disappointed at all. Food was so delicious, we ordered 2 more noodle dishes to go. We even saved the broth for dinner. I highly recommend trying the beef specialty dish, what was even better is that you can add other meats or sides to the soups.

This dish is incredibly spicy, requiring me to dilute the spice level, a unique experience as Ive never encountered such intensity before. While the taste is good, it leans slightly towards salty. Keep in mind the robust spiciness when placing your order.

Tucked away in a corner almost behind the supermarket, Julie’s Noodles (重慶小麵 - Chongqing Noodles in Mandarin Chinese) specializes in Sichuan-styled spicy noodles. I got the beef noodle soup with extra spice and peppercorn oil, and it was tasty! The beef is very tender, the noodles firm, and the soup has a good kick. A good dinner option especially as it gets a bit chillier in winter.

Vegetarian options available. Spicy Noodles, braised beef, spicy wonton and much more. This was delicious 😋 exactly what I needed and more. As far as spice, medium (3) satisfies and spicy (4) was just enough not to add any extra 😉 I would recommend this place if you are looking to try something new or if you are having a noodle craving. Bring your own bib 🤤

The new Sichuan restaurant in townSolid noodles, great broth, and a lot of customization for people not accustomed to the numbing aromatics of central ChinaWould highly recommend the 抄手 and 小麵, definitely reminiscent of staple dishes for late night foodService was great, friendly, though Ive only ever been here when theyre not particularly busy. About the only thing Id like to see is some variation for the noodles since some flat noodles would go great with the broth too

Our hostess/server is really nice and friendly, able to weave seamlessly between fluent English and Mandarin for me and my family when we went. I did not know that this restaurant has fancy bag hooks that they personally put on (well under, technically) our table for each of our bags! The food tasted amazing, I got the signature beef noodle soup with the no spicy level (its better to add the spices into your food yourself since they can give that to you on the side...Their version of mild/slightly is the medium spicy level in most other places). We would definitely return again.

Great noodles, we also took the cucumber tofu salad and it had a sichuan pepper taste and it was amazing! Great thai tea that actually tastes like tea also

Incredible street food noodles in a casual, hidden spot. I wish I could speak the language so I could tell management how incredible their recipes are!Been trying to find a place that serves the Sichuan and Chóngqing flavor profile, and this spot hits the spot. Think Ill be a regular here for a while 🍜

I’ve been searching for this flavor in my noodles all over the Bay. I knew it was going to be good as soon as I heard the staff speaking with a sichuan dialect in the back. It’s good, y’all. The service is slow but the staff is kind. It’s a family establishment and the taste will remind you of home. I’m definitely going to be back again to try more of the noodles.

Recommend braised beef noodle and hot & sour rice noodle, very nicely flavored, especially the choice of minimum spicy (微微辣) is just perfect for people like me who don’t eat too spicy
