Perfect location. service was top notch: my remote didnt work on the TV, it he was changed out within 15 minutes on a busy Friday night! check in was friendly. and I was able to charge my electric vehicle free of charge! my room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Ill definitelystay again. also the gym was great
Wifi barely functions and is flaky. Wifi 2/0 Mbps. Not much noise. It is a large hotel. The room lacks a closet, ironing board and iron. Free parking. No free breakfast. No coffee in lobby. The bad wifi is the main reason I would not stay here again.
Negative: I paid for a room with a king bed, but was given with a room with a queen bed in smaller size room because the room space was taken away by the hotel housekeeping storage. Room with visible dust on electric appliances. Not cleaned well, considering 4star.
Good location is the only positive. Walking in the hotel smelled damp and musty and smelled like that the entire three days. The TV wasn’t working day one, it was fixed but then failed the same way the next two days. Wi-Fi was unreliable.
WORST HOTEL EVER!!! The staff are extremely rude and use guests dirty shower towels to clean the same sinks from which you drink. The hotel was completely filthy. I AM NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN! They dont even have Valet. WOW.

Second time staying here in the last 2 years. Service is ok considering you dont have to stand in long lines to check in and out.Rooms are clean and the perfect size. Very comfortable beds and room temperature.The location is perfect as it is easy to get on and off the freeway. Short distance from many delicious restaurants and grocery stores.Definitely would come back on every visit to Silicon Valley area.
This is a great hotel, quiet, perfect location, high quality rooms with outstanding beds, solid wifi. Most importantly the service is top notch, everybody from the front desk to the people who clean rooms are professional and warm. It is also a great location, about halfway between highways 280 & 85 on De Anza Blvd. It is very close to outdoor gems like Stevens Canyon and Ranch San Antonio SP and is surrounded by excellent restaurants of all types. Ive now stayed there twice, most recently two nights.
Very good location due to accessibility to 2 freeways, 280 which North Nound lead to San Francisco or North Bay, South bound which leads to To San Jose CA south Bay or Sacramento.85 South easy access which lead to Los Gatos, Santa Cruz, South side Bay Area. North which end in Sunnyvale CA.The only thing I wouldve to have or see would be a Buffet Brakfast for families with children as it was my situation.The facility is huge and very clean, customer service is exceptional with very well etiquette and well mannerisms from workers, very attentive and room service needed was very prompted.I would recommend this place 100% to any business travelers.Is more of a business or events set up hotel than family oriented as I did mention the food is not easily available.Also there arent many restaurants close by, I would also like the customer service advertised or recommend close by or near by or next or withing more food places available. Due to the fact that is huge and a very big facility is hard to access food withing the promises.But other than that it was a great place to stay, oh and the prices from TRIP.COM were the best affordable and the customer service were willing to match the prices from TRIP.COM, I couldnt ask for more than them been flexible and accommodating to fit my needs.Thanks
Hotel in good business location in Cupertino. Room service is only provided on request which is disappointing at given room rates. Fitness Center well equipped but equipment hasn`t been cleaned for ages, very disgusting.Breakfast selection and quality very limited.
WOW, what a find. Outstanding hotel and staff. I cant believe how nice this hotel was for under $100. Just wow. Close to great food, stores, Tesla Charging, and the highway. I honestly cant believe the value we got from this hotel for the price we paid. We booked it through hotwire and usually it is hit and miss with them... THIS WAS A HIT!!!
We had a birthday party celebration and Juniper team did a fantastic job. Events team was very professional, responsive and easy to work with. They attended to every detail and several changes we made. The hotel team went above and beyond on the day of event and exceeded expectations. Food and drinks were delicious and service was top notch. Unparalleled hospitality at every level.

The first time I stayed here was after evacuating from the CZU fire in August 2020. They were marvelous, accommodating folks with pets and getting up and running as efficiently as possible during the COVID pandemic, when most hotels ran on a skeleton crew. I stayed there again this past weekend; as before, the staff were marvelous and ensured that I was comfortable during my stay. I also want to add that the beds are very comfortable (which, sadly, I cannot say about many hotels...) and the rooms are well-appointed.
Positive: Very clean, excellent customer service and support. They helped me by installing a handicapped shower chair upon arrival. I also lost a beautiful necklace and many housekeeping staff and team members helped look for it. We did not find it however. Negative: Everyone was very very kind and helpful, and my friend visited for breakfast and we were very welcomed. I also enjoyed the meet and greet with cookies and lemonade. I loved my room and the staff kept the room in excellent condition and clean. Very lovely

Excellent Hilton Curio Hotel. Beautiful suites. I am here because we have no power. They accepted my pet cat here. My cat loves the room, as well. Large sized rooms and bathrooms. I’m thrilled we have such a comfortable room. Bathrooms are large and very clean. When you ask for service, they come immediately for whatever you need. I love that they have lots of drinks downstairs and every room has a microwave. They sell all kinds of things you can microwave like pot pies, pizza and sandwiches. I had a delicious creamy and thick yogurt parfait with honey granola, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries that was absolutely amazing. If you need a great place to stay, you will love it here. Parking is ample. Prices are very reasonable. A nice desk and sitting areas await you. Everyone here is pleasant and kind and everything is done with taste and perfection. They have a restaurant called Parkview here that serves delicious food. This room has great heat, too! Large sized spa jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Hilton, to me is always synonymous with meaning the best, and it truly is the best here. Update: I’m happy to report the Chef very kindly made us yogurt parfaits when they were sold out! So nice! Also, their maid service is exceptional. Irene is top notch in maid guest services. She was so very helpful and kind to us during our day here. Excellent care goes into each room. A delight to be here. Life is much easier at the Hilton and that should be their slogan!

Surprisingly I’ve been in this area before, there’s a Vietnamese restaurant next door! I was curious if the hotel would be as pictured and it is, the common areas are nicely decorated (Christmas time) but the rooms were lacking the same lovely decor… it’s just basic room with a nice chaise! Basic bathroom, I didn’t expect to see a bathtub. Lastly the bed sheets are soft!
The rooms and beds are comfortable, the gym is open 24/7, and the front desk staff is top-notch. Cant ask for more from a hotel.
Had a truly marvelous stay here. The rooms are updated and well kept, with thick walls. The front desk was very gracious. As I chatted at check-in, they moved my room to a more suitable one for my situation without me even having to ask. Parking is in a convenient attached garage.

My team organized a off site work meeting here. Conference room was very well equipped. This Hotel is conveniently located at the intersection of Stevens Creek and De Anza Blvd. They had a good breakfast spread and good quality plated lunch. Service was very good. We had a successful meeting at this hotel.
Positive: the receptionists were nice & parking was good. Negative: Never staying again after the scam of fees. Didnt feel comfortable after my stay due of charges they NEVER tell you/warn about. Wrongfully charging me.There are bed bugs aka health-hazar. I got bites everywhere. Disrespectful cleaning people, very loud!

This is simply not a 4-star hotel. Maybe the prices imply so, or it was a couple of decades ago, but definitely not the case today.It has a nice view of the mountains and spacious rooms but everything else is quite old.My room and bathroom were quite dirty and it was the first time that I ever left a hotel the next day!
Positive: Staff great. Not clear why this is considered 4 stars though. Old, dated rooms, but super clean which is my number one priority. Was charged for a water I did not buy and they are working on a refund.

Probably closer to 2.5 stars. We were “upgraded” to a suite, but the suite is located on a corner - right next to the ice machine and under the stairs. If anyone uses the stairs you can hear their every step. Especially at 7 a.m. Need to go to the bathroom without waking up your partner/anyone else in the room? Good luck! The bathroom is located directly next to the bed and has a sliding door that probably needs a whole can of WD-40 for that squeaky wheel/track.So, the room is okay.
Times are clean! and modern! :-)-8th floor has in room microwaves-lobby has free microwave for guest use.-can request in room microwaves for $25/booking :-)-Rooms have a nice mini fridge!! NOT STOCKED WITH mini bar, so you can arrange use it!!-Downstairs has a nice restaurant/bar.-Many restaurants nearby.hotel gym has a great selection of cardio equipment! Has a weight machine & dumbbells too, but not any that can be used for small builds (fine for some men, but not most women)24 Hours Fitness has 2 locations nearby. Fremont Ave is 5 min away & Sunnyvale Saratoga is 12 min away!Staff is friendly, helpful.
Overall I am very disappointed with my stay here from Aug 29 to Sep 3. Being a part of Hilton and a Gold Member with Hilton, I expected certain standards to be maintained but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience on all the fronts.Food : My wife ordered the breakfast buffet food at the restaurant downstairs for one of the days of our stay there. While having her breakfast, she noticed one of the servers eating directly out of the fruit tray with their hands, no use of cutlery or anything. This is absolutely a no go especially when the world is coming back from Covid. We notified the front desk about it and they agreed to look into it.Cleanliness : Room service for cleaning was just short of horrible. They would leave the room in pretty much the same state as it was how I left it in the morning, other than replacing the towels and toiletries. I have pictures of iron board, iron, hair dryer and everything else just lying everywhere and not been put in their place. My past experience has been that room service tidies these things every-time they go in for cleaning. Staying there for 5 days made it difficult with the mess lying around. I had to do it myself almost everyday after work. Secondly, they never bothered to wipe down any surfaces....all the surfaces had some level of dirt on it (have pictures).Front Desk : While checking out, I received a receipt which had 2 water bottles charged on my account. I explicitly notified the front desk person that they are in the room and we havent used those at all. Still even after 5 days, I see those on my account and they are charged to my card.Overall, extremely disappointed by the entire experience and would recommend choosing a different place for your stay.

Excellent breakfast but separate. Nice meet and greet with wine starting middle of September. Great Parkview restaurant and bar! Pool in next door complex,gym is here. Great stores walking nearby.

We ate 1 meal at the restaurant, sharing a burger, & an $18 omelette¿ way way overpriced for Negative: See above! One thing was EXCELLENT, was the 2 nd shift front desk girl, named Maura or Mori?? Great area with lots of food options. Entrance from street is kind of hidden. We missed it and had to go around. FREE parking in the garage. Garage has or 4 level, so plenty. We felt safe. Clean room. Bed and pillows were super comfortable! Only complaint is the TV. It had no signal half of the time we were there. Staffs were nice. Elevators are super fast. No more than 2 min wait time. Will stay again.
Positive: This is a beautiful hotel, with an amazing staff. From the moment you walk into the hotel and are greeted by the Front Desk staff you can tell this is an well run hotel that cares about its guests. Negative: Nope.
Strange location, not a lot going on nearby. Underground parking was good. Our room was dirty, with a sock and many toenail clippings by the couch, on the floor. Pretty gross. We got another room. The new room was satisfactory.

Great two night stay. Was upgraded to a junior suite because of our gold status and was able to get an early check-in. Room was clean and nice amenities including a comfortable bed. Parking is easy in and out. Well located with access to freeways and local restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here many times and will do so again.
What a GEM in Cupertino. We really enjoyed our stay at Juniper and will come back. The bonus we loved was being able to borrow bikes and ride the trails behind the City Center/Library to visit multiple parks. Thank you Juniper staff, you were very kind and friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer.
I really enjoyed my stay at Juniper and hope to be back soon! The staff was fantastic, super friendly and available for assistance if needed. The room (a King suite) was spacious, comfortable and clean.Parking was plentiful in the garage conveniently attached to the hotel.The restaurant and bar have great options and service. At different times i had the truffle burger and fries, waffle and eggs, omelette, and lattes. All of these were great! I do wish there were more breakfast options outside of the buffet but overall, I have no complaints on the quality and timelines of the meals. I waited no more than 5-10 mins for anything and the bartenders/waiters were super friendly and accommodating.I brought my dog as well and they were very cool with her. As I walked her a few times a day, I often ran into managers or staff in the halls and elevator and they always greeted us with a smile and some kind words.Really can’t say anymore than this is a top destination for me when I come to Cupertino for business!
Bad hotel in general. Very disappointing. Here’s a short summary:1- Bad, old and noisy heating system. Noisy even if it’s off. Old device to manage the temperature. And difficult to regulate (room too cold or too hot).2- Horrible WiFi quality in the bedrooms. Since I came for a work trip, I was expecting at least to be able to have a short video call from my bedroom… well, that was not possible.3- bedroom has no main light4- my bedroom faced a parking with chimneys, and I was getting the noise of the chimneys during the night. Very annoying.5- some receptionists are very unhelpful. I was asking for a room change and in the morning, they were telling me “come back in the evening, there will be no problem”. Then in the evening I was being told that all the rooms became occupied…Good things:1- some of staff are friendly and trying to be helpful2- they lend bikes
The staff here is professional. The hotel is decorated to fit with the Silicon Valley atmosphere. Any problem raised was taken care of expeditiously. The downside was the breakfast was not worth the value you paid for. Shoutout to Marianna for being such an awesome person.

Very friendly staff! Went out of their way to accommodate my needs, from changing rooms to providing a microwave (for a small fee). Free bike rental was great. Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were clean and well kept. Only reason it didnt get a 5/5 was because some of the rooms had terrible views out the windows, such as into the adjacent business buildings. But the rooms facing west towards the foothills are gorgeous. Ask for one of those on a higher level if you can.
Quick and easy check-in. Upon check-in I was offered an upgrade to my room and a late check-out. Shortly after a new robe was sent to my room with 2 bottles of water. The facilities were closed due to Covid restrictions however, they did offer breakfast and dinner daily.There is a parking garage right outside the main entrance with free self-parking. The hotel has plenty of areas to charge phones, laptops, with free Wifi. Overall, it was a smooth transition for a business trip.
Poor responsiveness of hotel staff, be it for simple requests like coffee satches in the room or repeated requests to clean the room. Our room was not cleaned for 3 consecutive days despite requests at the front desk as well as to the cleaning crew that was roaming around in the hallway. For the days when they cleaned, the quality of cleaning was poor as they didn’t even use a vacuum cleaner to remove hair from the bathroom.I would not care to stay at this property again. It has been a very disappointing experience.

As a regular Hilton customer I have seen usually really great service and care to detail.However. this hotel needs a little help. I’ve always been offered a couple bottles of water beyond my first night. I was reminded that water is only available the first day. Strike 1. Strike 2 the restaurant downstairs has crumbs on the dinning tables and the coffee saucer doesn’t look like it’s seen a bit of soap. The seating outside looks nice. I’ve asked if the heater could be turned on, I was responded with “I don’t know”. A little bit of extra care can go a long way. Sometimes the little things can go a long way.
Very happy with my stay at Juniper Hotel. This was my first time to San Jose and staying here made me feel safe and comfortable. So many great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the accommodations were excellent. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

It was clean and overall nice. However, the pool situation is misleading...there is no pool on site it is a couple blocks away what is a shared pool with a several apartments complexes and might even be a city recreation pool. The sink and tub were poor, didnt drain well at all. If you showered for 2mins too long you would be standing in your filth!
Front desk staff is wonderfully helpful and kind. Easy check in and out, and lovely rooms. Splurge for the king suite with bath if you can, its worth it!! Hotel is clean, parking is easy. I forgot a blanket in my room while checking out, they were prompt in having someone go up to the room and bring it to me within 2 minutes.As a bay area/San Jose native who comes back to visit now, this has been my favorite hotel stay by far. For a 4-star hotel, the hotel doesnt really impress me. The room feels a bit dated. Cleanliness was an issue, found a strand of hair on the towel that pretty bothering me throughout the night. Because of that, I kinda doubting on the cleanliness of the room as a whole.
Hotel overall was good. Most staff were accommodating and pleasantly helpful, one lady wasn’t very kind however. For this hotel to be a Curio collection, it was a bit underwhelming. The decor was elegant, in-house restaurant was tasteful but pricing was a bit high for portion and quality of food. Fitness room was very nice, they have typical weight lifting and cardio machines, plus it had 2 peloton bikes. No on-site pool available, front desk informed us they have a partnership with a nearby apartment complex pool about 3-5 mins walk. Parking was good in parking garage with 2 EV charging stations.Overall, was adequate stay, just wished it would of been a bit more Curio collection.

Stayed here for a week. It is really nice here. Room clean, people nice and friendly. They have cookies and hot cider on weekday evenings. Overall a fantastic place.
From the moment we checked in and out, it was perfect. Caring customer service, no stains or hair on towels, no foul smell in the room considering it was pet friendly, no rusts or molds in bathroom, super duper wondrous water flow, toilet was perfect for all heights of people, no bugs, clean room. They text to check if everything was ok. We requested another blowdryer and it was ready the moment we got back to the hotel. The room had a “clean room” sticker seal before entering to occupy it. Complete stuff for shower and bathroom. Awesome brand for coffee and tea. However, microwave is not in the room. Still, definitely would recommend this hotel due to cleanliness and superb employees.Sept.,2020
Walking in the lobby was nice and staff was nice. My room was like 30 rooms from elevator making the walk down the weird dim lit hallway uncomfortable which was really dirty, My suitcase wheels kept getting caught on the torn carpet. Walking in my room it smelled like dog. The bathroom had old blood spatter on the wall, the tile on the bathroom floor was broken worried Id cut my foot. The mini fridge was dirty, the door opening to the mini fridge had dog hair and dirt piled up. The cover to the box spring had dried up white stuff on it. The AC was from 1978 and the buttons barely worked.
We spent the night at this hotel.. it was very good for the deal we got. Clean and nearby good cafes. The front desk Mutya was super friendly and helpful.
This place is really nice. The staff is super friendly & helpful. I was visiting San Jose with a moving truck & the allowed me to back in near the front since I wouldnt fit in parking garage.The only downside is the entrance isnt well marked & Google maps had me go around the building
Do NOT stay at this hotel!We arrived shortly before midnight, so we directly went to bed. While showering the next morning, I started noticing lots of hair all around the bathroom which wasn’t from us. There were multiple stains on the shower curtain, mold on the ceiling and some of the light switches in the room were badly working.The front desk offered us a new room (which was clean at least) and promised us reimbursement. A bit later the manager called and offered us dining credit (since we booked from an external side and a refund wouldn’t be possible that way). When we left the hotel for the day, they assured us that the in-House restaurant is worth visiting and that we should use our dining credit on dinner. So after a full day, we came down to the restaurant for my birthday dinner only to see that all the lights were out. When we asked the night shift at the front desk, they told us that the restaurant is closed on sundays…. So here we are: having dining credit as a cheap excuse for a dirty and not in good shape room which we can’t even use since we are leaving before we would get the chance.

Almost the perfect hotel. Loved the decor. All of the staff were amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The food was generally wonderful. Unfortunately, all three of us found the mattresses so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep well. Since that’s the primary reason for staying at a hotel, we had to give it a three star rating.

The junior suite was run down and the couch looked toxic. The 2nd TV only displayed 1 channel. The room was noisy even on the top floor. And all cleaning services were disabled unless we specifically asked, and even then they were delayed over 24 hours. At least we were far away from the noisy elevators. And the bed and pillows were in very bad shape. I shouldnt have a back ache and dirty towels for the rate they are charging.
In my room I had no hot water, no soap in the bathroom, no fitted sheets on the beds and a loud air conditioner that you couldnt turn off. As a diamond status guest I was hoping to get a decent room but they couldnt even give me the two water bottles. Definitely wont be coming back.

The best hotel in the area. Lovely staff all around, clean and spacious. When booking a hotel, consistency is key and so far I have experienced nothing but the best!! I will be back and plan on staying at the Hilton Juniper!
Rooms are a good size and typical Hilton standard . No complimentary water for Hilton Silver members, not even on my first day (available for purchase for $3 at reception). What was frustrating was that there’s no house keeping except on request …. when I did request it for the day Hilton didn’t come around to make the room. A little disappointing after a long days work for a Cupertino Hilton Hotel.
This place had great amenities, was clean/well kept, and close to Aquis! They also had dining/bar in a room connected to the hotel lobby. The room was very comfortable and the temperature could be easily adjusted. Everything worked well and the exterior aesthetic of the hotel is pleasing as well!

The room was fairly nice. The price discount was good, and there were no issues. We had a nice quiet stay. We are not talking luxury bedding, but its a step up from your Motel6.
Decent hotel... the signage in the parking structure could use updating as it looked like stenciled lettering which is difficult to pick up as your making a series of turns. One of the elevators looked like it had been used in an adult movie scene as their were milk stains on the wood paneling. Simple wipe down was needed. The staff were friendly.. and check in was seamless.. the hotel serves its purpose..
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was ample parking. Liked the complimentary wine in the evenings. We got the breakfast package, where you get $36 credit for breakfast for two. Found the restaurant to be a bit pricey - regular coffee was $4! Other than that, we liked the place, and will definitely stay here again.
I was looking forward to our anniversary at Juniper because we got a suite. However, I am very disappointed with my experience here. The pictures of the hotel looked great online but when we arrived, it wasnt anything special. The reservation person I spoke to mentioned a panoramic view but when I mentioned it to the front desk, she said she doesnt know what the reservation person meant with the panoramic view so clearly there is a lack of communication. I signed up for a digital key which we didnt get until after check in time 3p. Mind you, we had called in advance to see if we can have an early check in since we are driving 3 hrs away. I understand there are no guarantees for an early check in but this is what happened. We decided to walk to our room early and wait until check in time since I signed up for a digital key and we asked the cleaning lady if our room has been cleaned. She said yes. I then called the front desk asking why we havent received our digital key. She said they werent done cleaning our room and it will take another 30 to 40 mins. She lied to me on the phone. Now I am not happy and I was looking forward to this stay for days.There was also a wedding which was held below our room. Their DJ music was loud and disturbing. I messaged the hotel on the app and they said they will move the party to an enclosed room. The music ended around 10:30p. Whatever you do, make sure you dont book a room when theyre hosting an event. My overall experience was very unpleasant. I wish I read the negative reviews here before booking a room. This hotel is great not much to complain about the only thing that is a problem is probably the entrance to the hotel. Like its in a bad position only one entrance and one exit and you have to be coming from one way to enter so if you have a bigger vehicle youll have to drive around the block or hope you can make a U-Turn in a tight spot. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, the room is a great size, the cleanness is on point, and the garage to your floor is fantastic. The only thing that is shady is when you stay in your room and they call you and you dont pick up or if you are checking out but stay a little after theyll send the maintenance guy to your room and hell bang at the door super loud and say, Doordash! Repeatedly which is super uncomfortable and creepy. Other then that its a great hotel with minimal contact with the lobby employees just check-in which takes less then 5 mins, then you never have to come in contact with them again unless you want to use their computer and printer its passed them down the hall lol. Other then that great hotel 4/5 definitely recommend.*Quick point that isnt a big deal but still have to mention the maids clean your room only when you request it, but even when you request it they do a half finished job lol.
Clean room in a nice hotel. Not particularly fancy, but the right things are done well. Bed had comfortable linens and pillows. Hair dryer in room was so bad I had to ask for a new one from front desk. Replacement was slightly better but you might want to bring your own if its important. Free parking and wifi. Overall I was happy with our stay.
The staff was incredibly sweet. The complimentary wine hour was very nice, and the front desk gave us a free upgrade to a king room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom looked newly renovated. Well worth the price, will defiantly stay here again. ☺
Super cute hotel in great location with European feel to entrance. Super helpful staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. Easy and free parking and was even able too get a late checkout! Will definitely be going back!!
So far so good staying overnight for 4 days. The rooms are very nice and seem clean. the hotel is right across the street from a lot of things like Starbucks grocery market breakfast lunch and dinner its a very good location. Very pricey for what you actually get in amenities. There is a new gym that was just renovated with new equipment and a restaurant on premises but thats about it. There is no big pool sauna etc etc and the lobby feels very minimal. Parking is easy and there seems to be plenty of it. All in all a good place to crash but I wouldnt call this a destination Hotel. Just practical and nice.
Not a good hotel. They ran out of hot water one morning, and on 2 occasions only partially cleaned my room (didnt take out the trash one time and didnt change towels another). Also the breakfast is incomprehensibly expensive. Location is convenient for Apple Employees and parking is free...but I was not impressed.
We loved our stay at the Juniper! Everything was clean and the beds super comfortable! Staff was very helpful! (Specifically Eric, from front desk, who went above and beyond to help find a mistake that had been made in my reservation booked through a 3rd party booking agency.)
Been coming for years; a hidden gem among business hotels in South Bay. Not too far from Santana Row/Valley Fair, and has a Starbucks across the street. Traffic pretty mild since you only have to worry about Apple traffic, which is nothing compared to 101. The staff is very nice and the hotel bar is great. Highly recommend.
Good location, if you need a bottle of wine at the last moment they have a small store near the FD, the rooms look a little older, dont reserve a room with mountain view you have to be a lucky person and also if the weather allows you, you can see the mountains. The breakfast taste good.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the only issue would be the usual hallway noise in any hotel. This was only during late morning and early evening though. The front desk staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay!
I was expecting good service here, however a few things surprised & disappointed me:- the gym is tiny, not being cleaned thoroughly, and most frustrating is that as of June 21, 2021 there are still restrictions on using it….- the room is missing iron & ironing board;- there was no closet/wardrobe where you can hang your clothing;- no bar soap in the bathroom.Water pressure was superb! Las Vegas style, if you know what I mean 😊
Talked to Hilton Honors about the issue i posted stated 2 days ago. The lady we spoke with filed it as defamation of character, discrimination, and bribery (the manger at the hotel offered my family complementary break in exchange for us taking down my review on what i experienced). We where told to call back after the stay after several people have closed and stood in front of elevator door not giving me access because the hotel labeled me as a thief. We just called and they closed the case with no compensation due to the hotels response . And still the lady who labeled me has yet to apologize and this has been made to seem like the behavior shown was dismissed and okay. Because THEY DONT CARE!!
My Favorite place to stay in SJ. The bed was superb, the king room size was perfect. They provide complementary robes which i usually am quite happy with and leaving them behind never causes any pause but this Robe i would have loved to bring home with me. It was so incredibly comfy. I will more than likely order it for myself for Valentines day. The overall appearance of the hotel was contemporary and clean. The resting areas were quiet and peaceful. I used the exercise room 2 days in a row the equipment was great for a hotel gym. They even had peloton stationary bikes. I give this hotel a 5 out of 5 stars in every possible category!!!
Very well laid out room with plenty of support for the modern traveler. Plugs in the lamps, hard wire connections, fast wireless and plenty of plugs available (not behind furniture). The location allows for easy access to most things in the south bay. We used it for an occasion. It was perfect for meeting, whether casual or business. Free parking was excellent with easy access. Plenty of walking areas around hotel to enjoy after an all day business meeting.
Enjoyed our visit very much! Our room was incredibly clean, sound proof, and oh so comfortable. Room service menu had some very delicious looking options and the prices werent through the roof. The bed was divine and both my husband and I slept great!
The actual room was fine comfort wise. But I wanted the breakfast package and was told by their online chat system that their breakfast would be buffet style and not from the in house restaurant. Im not usually a lunch/dinner buffet but breakfast buffet is totally different! When I checked in I was informed I had a credit of twenty dollars in the in house restaurant... If I had been properly informed about the breakfast package I would have opted out. My other complaint would be about my rooms toilet getting backed up twice and needing an engineer to get it unclogged. The first told me that sometimes guests flush the provided bar soap down the toilet and it can cause a problem. He got it unstuck but splashed a bunch of toilet water out of the bowl and didnt clean it up. It then got stopped up again by a guest of mine later that night, so another engineer was called up who got it unstuck, after he decided to clean up a little and grabbed with his dirty wet gloves the clean tissue paper and wipe down the porcelain bowl, he then drops the seat down and wipe it down too WITH THE SAME TWO SQUARES OF TISSUE PAPER HE WIPED THE BOWL FIRST WITH! Who does that?!

I have stayed at many many Hilton properties over the years, but this was my first time staying at a curio property. I have to admit I was a bit excited but skeptical before my stay. However, this hotel is fantastic. From the wonderful customer service no matter where you look, to the great food they have in site, and the really nice comfortable room. I would sincerely recommend this hotel if your staying in the silicon valley area.
We registered with our Hilton Honors app and were able to choose our own room online. We picked a nice corner room with twice as many windows and lots of light. We were at the opposite end of the hall from the elevators and the room was private and quiet. This was our fourth stay here and we recommend the Juniper.
Beautiful and clean hotel walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. The parking is free and conveniently located. The free Wi-Fi is really slow (5 Megabits) but they have an option to purchase the premium version which is hopefully a lot faster.
Normally love this hotel. My last visit was just a little off. Issues with the room I selected at check-in resulted in us not having a room for a few hours. The issue and wait times could have been better communicated. We did end up receiving a $40 meal credit towards dinner which was greatly appreciated. However despite the 3 hour check-in delay and the fact I am a Hilton Honors member I was still charged $35 for my late check-out. I felt rushed out as well. I heard a knock on my door a half hour prior to my check-out time as I was showing and received a phone call asking if I wanted bag help a minute later. Ill probably give the location another try, but if I have a similar experience I wont be back again.

The location is great. Several dining options nearby. Within a few miles of the new Apple building and everything Apple! Very clean rooms, extremely quiet . Beds are very comfortable. Always a fast and friendly check in.

I was blown away by Marwins incompetence. He was completely rude and condescending. I have never been treated like this at any hotel I have ever stayed at. I am so upset I want to cry. This gentleman would not give me a straight answer, would not give me his managers name, and continued to mock me and lie about what I was saying on the phone. I will NEVER stay here again 100% because of Marwin. He should never be allowed near an in distress customer. He will threaten to call the cops for getting upset at their disrespect and over charge you with no proof and tell you to contact the bank. As if they have any control over how much they charge you.
The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well kept. They also provided a quality crib for our baby. We went to the restaurant bar and the bartenders made some great drinks. They served whiskey on the rocks with a large spherical ice cube. The hotel is in a great location with several stores nearby, including Whole Foods and Target. I recommend trying a sandwich at Ikes Sandwiches or pizza at Pizza My Heart.
For this being a collection hotel of Hilton, I was not satisfied with my stay. The room was left unclean with garbage from the previous guest still in the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point that I needed to see my chiropractor for an adjustment and the bed was extremely squeaky. Not to mention the walls are paper thin that I could hear the people in the room talk faintly and their tv clearly.
Spit in the elevator. Very dirty room windows. Damaged bed. Outdated rooms. Not overly clean. A bit of a joke for a four-star. The reception staff was not very welcoming.

Nice hotel! Very comfortable bed and nice amenities, including a pretty sweet gym for a hotel! Gym has a cable system, dumbbells, cardio requirement (including 2 Peloton Bikes), and more! The staff was super helpful and friendly! Theres a shuttle that will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius, and they have bicycles you can borrow. Its a very nice hotel!

Poor customer service. I am currently checked into this hotel but had a itinerary change pop up requiring me to check out a day early. I’ve been a loyal Hilton & Diamond member for years, but apparently that means nothing to the hotel staff at this hotel. When I informed them that I would need to check out a day early I was told that they would still charge me the full room rate for the night I won’t be here. I travel all over the world for work, but the customer service at this location is definitely poor. It makes me question that if they are unable to make a one time exception for a loyal member then why should anyone bother staying here or with Hilton at all. There are definitely better options in the area to consider if you’re looking for exceptional customer service.
I stayed at the Hilton in Cupertino because my son had a chess tournament there and it was a convenient place to stay. The hotel presents itself well, is clean and has a very accommodating staff. I would particularly like to mention Gino Santistevan the Director of Rooms who went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. For example, when we needed a bottle opener in the room he lent us his personal one for the night. We will be staying here again in the future.
Room given to me was not the same room that I paid for when I checked in, I was told room is not ready even though i checked availability the night before. Room was not properly clean, hair on the carpet and couch, soap scum in shower handle and faucet. I expected more from a hilton property especially for a curio collection. Highly disappointed as a Diamond Elite member. I requested early check in the night before, given hotel occupancy, request shouldve been granted. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I asked if I can get compensated for not getting the room that I paid for and completely denied. What a great way to treat a loyal Diamond Elite member.
Hotel is lovely and staff is exceptional . Location is very suburban away from the congestion of freeways and downtown in a very modern plaza . It’s a newer property so everything is in top condition.My only concern was the bedstool that kept hurting my knee every time I tried to walk across the room .It’s just at the wrong place in the room so I guess little thought went into putting it there .Also there was not cutlery in the room so we had to request some which was promptly delivered.And no microwaveWith a few minor details this can be a truly comfortable experience so they need to think hard about maximizing potential for such a wonderful propertyI would give it 3.5 stars but it can be a true 4 star experience

Very nice hotel. But service is left to be desired. I thought my tablet last time I came, and I called and they confirmed they had it. I told them Id pick it up next time I come, she they seemed fine with it. When I came next, and asked for it, they told me theyd look and deliver to the room. I went for dinner, came back. No tablet. I called the front desk: no idea what ok talking about, tell me to call back in the morning. Seriously? This hotel is FAR from the cheapest in town. At $400 a night, I expect quality service. The last time I forgot something in a hotel if this caliber, they shipped it to my home state for free. Here, I cant get it internally delivered? I bet they gave it lost it: to be continued.
Very disappointed in this hotel, we booked for two nights, only stayed one night, the room was near the elevator and we didnt get a wink of sleep.We asked about a refund for the other day, the man was not that nice and said No!Thank-you for ruining our special weekend away!After all the Covid we was looking forward to relaxing and enjoying our time together.we checked out on the Saturday morning, after staying friday night.that was enough.
Beautiful hotel. Worth every penny. I wish the night auditer would have been more hospitable, my daughter was hungry late at night and I called and asked for some fruit, he mentioned the kitchen was closed and didnt have access to it yet forgot to mention that there was a bowl of complimentary apples right in front him that I could have gotten one for my hungry kid. Having worked in a hotel myself I would have handled that situation better for my guest. Other than that everything was great. I wish I could have seen more of the hotel but I had a packed schedule.
The location is wonderful, steps from local shops and restaurants.The close proximity to so many leading technology companies is also a plus.The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The service was impeccable and at times, above and beyond.The complimentary wine service is a welcome relaxation at the end of a long day.
Many little things didn’t work well during my stay. I’m not attempting to give an exhaustive list here. Upon my arrival, the safe was beeping due to low battery. Morning of the second day, no water was coming out of the hot water tap. There was no explanation that towels won’t be cleaned if not thrown on the floor. (I wholeheartedly support doing what’s good for the environment, but I dislike the lack of explanation.) I got the “thanks for staying with us and we look forward to having you back” SMS message before I checked out. All in all it felt like the hotel could get business customers solely because of its location. So it was probably not trying hard to get the details right.
We were happy with our room, but the hotel restaurants breakfast experience would be given a minus 1-star. The first morning, the chef refused to do an egg white omelette. Instead of letting me know, he cooked the normal omelette. The waiter coyly said, I cant force the chef if he doesnt want to cook that. The second morning, we decided to skip the sit-down breakfast and had coffee take-out from the restaurant. I asked for a cup of milk. The waiter said we dont have any milk at all and gave me a couple of half-and-half creamers. But he was kind enough to tell me that the blueberry muffin on the menu is not fresh, so I had the croissant instead. I think the kitchen staff is staging a silent protest... LOL

The staff are all pleasant and helpful with all of our requests. The decor is modern and I love that the valence have binary on them. The furniture looked nice but were quite comfortable. The bed was a little lumpy but still comfortable.
Many of my friends stayed there before and had great experience. This recognition is not for the hotel or restaurant services per se, but for the great attitude of the reception staff at the front desk. For some strange reason, I had a package incorrectly delivered to the hotel. As soon as I explained my situation, the gentleman at the front desk (sorry for not catching his name) immediately tried to help and eventually found my package. I didn’t expect that at all. Huge kudos to him and the hotel staffing and training!

Im currently on day 4 of my week long stay and from night one Im room 415 our Air conditioner has never once worked and the room temperature stayed at a sweltering 78.3°, continuously throughout the night and day. I called down to the front desk and made my complaints throughout the daytime when I knew that they would have someone that might be able to service it during working hours, but to no prevail I was told by each front desk attendant to just restart it and to wait a few minutes and then to turn it back on well it got to the point on my fourth night that my wife and I were fed up with it and could not endure another night sleeping through A sauna. I went downstairs to the front desk and a woman who stated she doesnt work during the day times put me into another room 411 two doors down from my original room and wouldnt you know the temperature does not go down past 75.4°, with the air on full blast and the AC set to 50°. Honestly do not want to stay for the rest of the week but unfortunately I cannot cancel our reservation to get a refund but I can tell you this I will never come back to this hotel ever again due to the lack of professionalism from the staff who has done nothing to accommodate this type of negligence. Motel 6 isnt looking too bad at this point ACs work and they have microwaves in the room and a continental breakfast. I will have to speak with management tomorrow morning hopefully they do something to rectify the situation and or move us up into a much better room with a working AC. Its funny though Ive read a lot of these reviews on here and this hotel doesnt seem to care about their Hilton gold and above members who obviously spend quite a pretty penny to stay with the Hilton hotel chains. But but I should just bow down because I do get free bottles of water and free Wi-Fi what a joke.Never again...
Rooms very stylish and clean, beds very comfortable. Nice perks like complimentary apples and water refill station in the lobby. Close to many restaurants in the area so no need to pay for breakfast at the hotel.
Great place to stay. You are likely to run into an occasional APPL employee here. I think it is their preferred hotel in the area. Place is great if you have a dog. The are dog friendly! We had an issue with our room where it wasnt completely cleaned (diaper under/behind tv stand) but they were quick to get it cleaned. We also had issue with the toilet plugging and their engineer was quick to fix the issue. Another issue with the tub not draining well. We were here for a week so after 3 days, they eventually moved us to a different room. It was a lower floor but we finally didnt have any further issues. Just taking one star away because of the hassle and inconvenience. Otherwise, hotel is great, updated with friendly staff. The restaurant is pricey so I would suggest finding something close by- you will something more reasonably priced and better quality / value.
Extremely comfortable bed. Great staff. Room was stuffy at first but got better with my Scentsy Go and AC on. The restaurant was fantastic and Tony was a great bartender. Will be back.
Nice Hilton hotel with lovely decor but the first room we were assigned the toilet didn’t quite flush properly so we had to switch rooms which was very seamless. Someone brought up the keys to the next room which was few doors away. You have to pay to use the WiFi though.This must be a Hilton thing .
What a lovely hotel. The environment was cozy and charming. I love their attention for the Bees. Recycling. Biking. Customer service. Room was more than comfortable. Ive stayed in many real nice hotels in the past but the Juniper, is by far, my favorite!

This is my 9th night in this hotel. I really like to stay here in pandemic time. I booked for 2 nights then I switched another hotel with better price but I just came back here. Let me explain why I did that.1- Very helpful front desk team.2- My coffee machine stoped to work at night and I complained about that after 7 pm. They sent me a pot of hot water for my tea and their tech team bring me a new coffee machine at 7:30 pm. Incredible!3- This is a very nice location during Covid time. Because you can access lots of restaurants around this area. You can pick up or get a delivery easily.4- You can get a free bike from front desk5- Parking is free and secure indoor parking. They have also Amazon lock box. If you want to get a Amazon delivery, you can get it in to their lock box.6- Internet is complimentary. I am working online these days. Speed is good for zoom meetings.7- Also if you are Hilton Gold Member, you can get $10 credit from mini bar each day and 2 bottle of water for each reservation.

Beautiful hotel. Beds are AMAZING! Best sleep ever. Friendliest front desk staff. Especially Michael, he is amazing and provides the best customer service and is very welcoming. He makes me feel very comfortable during my stays. I have made my way up to Hilton Honors Gold Member at this hotel. Now...the restaurant...overall good, except, one time I ordered the fish n chips and it was very VERY soggy. I dont even think it was fully cooked. Or maybe it was the last fish at the bottom of the bag, IDK. But i was actually offended that they even brought that out like that. I dont eat there anymore. Sheridan the waitress is amazing tho.

Staying during “Covid” times, I guess isn’t a time to be looking for Rave reviews. The cost was very reasonable. However in my opinion, the hotel is not anything I expected for being in the prestigious “Silicon Valley” rooms are pretty much basic and no amenities. Nothing jaw dropping here. Could use some upgrades.
Terrible service, no amenities, poor management of staff at front desk and a COVID excuse for all deficits. Loud noises in rooms throughout the day and night, possibly construction and several dogs barking on our top floor. Overpriced.
Great view from one of the suites. Mon-fri they have happy hour and its delicious. They also have complementary wine tasting for those in suites. Love this place. We just keep coming back even when we only live 15 min away. Great staycation when there is a hot tub in the room.
Everyone was friendly and helpful, even the cleaning staff. Our room was very nice and impecibily clean. We would stay here again the next time we come to visit. My only qualm would be the bed was firm. Next time, I will bring a portable pad to bring more softness, as I deal with Fibromyalgia. Nice hotel!
Very strange hotel and certainly not Hilton standards. First I was upgraded to a suite but turns out suite doesn’t have a closet so no hangars or iron. Secondly on checkout the upgrade wasn’t free. And strange noise all night from the shower plumbing. Great location and restaurant was good but won’t be back.
The bathtub backed up when showering, there was a big hair clog in it. It makes me wonder how well rooms are cleaned. This is not what I expect from 4 star hotel.
Hotel was exceptional! I rebooked this hotel 3 times now because the staff is so great. Benaias and Eric went above and beyond to give 5 star service. The hotel is clean, has a great location and a convenient parking garage. I absolutely recommend this place!
Rooms are nice as expected given the price. But overall the hotel ambience isnt that great. Location is good if you need to be in Cupertino.The big problem for me is that the hotel doesnt provide complementary breakfast (despite the hefty room rate) and the choices at their restaurant are limited and over-priced.I had a few other problems during the stay:1. Initially they gave me a room that had absolutely no view and the window was facing the building at the back. After my request they moved me to a room on the front side but on a lower floor.2. They charged me the wrong amount for one of my breakfast bills. They did correct it when I pointed it out charged the tip twice and havent fixed it yet.3. They charge for the water bottles in the room but do not make it clear that they are considered part of the mini-bar even though they are placed on the table top. When I disputed the charge, the receptionist told me each bottle has a price tag attached to it. I took the picture of that tag and it says 3.00 with no currency indicator. I thought it was some pH indicator or some other technical spec. After writing a few times to their customer service they finally refunded the charge and agreed to take corrective action.4. The main hotel entrance is kind of small and I had trouble finding it on the first day.On the positive side, they serve free wine and popcorn during happy hours. The general manager (I didnt get his name) who was at serving the guests during the happy hours, was very friendly and interesting person to talk to.Overall, I had a mixed feeling during my stay. I would try another hotel in Cupertino on my next trip.
Michele, bar night host very unprofessional. Employee should be trained on customer service and improve on her communication skills. She is a poor representative for the hotel. Our wedding party will never stay there again. Think twice before you book a party at this hotel. #neveragain
Juniper was absolutely amazing! Beautiful, comfy rooms. Gorgeous view. They even had a feature where we could text them if we needed anything. Super convenient. Super close to great food or an awesome bar for drinks.
We had a lovely stay at the juniper. The shower pressure was awesome and the bed was so comfy with lots of cuddle pillows. Got an excellent rate and the staff was great. There is even a bike for you to rent!
Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted with a smile. I was prompted if i was checking in; service was fast and easy. My room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable, noting the sheets felt especially nice
Stayed over on Saturday night. Requestedw/c accessable room. Easy check in. Clean, well dusted room, no obvious odors. Bed very comfortable! Adequate pillows, lovely, comfortable, high count linens. Bed is tall, a bit challenging for shorter folks. No stepstool in room. TV, mini fridge with $3 bottled water, $6 Evian. Desk adequate for wheel chair access. Desk and room chairs without arms and comfortable for wider hips. Slightly elevated toilet, excellent grab bar availability in bath room. Usual amenities including soap, shower gel, lotion, shampoo, shower cap n make up remover also cotton balls, dryer and q-tips. Iron, luggage rack and spare pillow in closet. Wide entry point and adequate space to pass bed in w/c.The bath was not w/c accessable. It was a standard tub, curved shower curtain, and wall as well as hand held shower, tub faucets with adequate grab bars. No way to get into tub for a w/c user. Desk chair worked well in bathroom to get up close to sink thanks to lack of arms. Adjustable scissor stretch mirror for easy grooming. No shelf in bathroom for toileting supplies. No bidet.Perhaps a walk in tub or open w/c shower could make this room truly accessable for wheel chair users.Luggage trolly available at parking area. Handicapped parking close to elevator.Overall 5* for great sleep! 3* for accessability.
Free parking! Hotel can be hard to access from streets. Front desk did not have pain medications, but that might be normal. Bathroom fan either did not work or was silent, the mist disappeared eventually so possibly it was working. Bluetooth access was inconsistent. Bed is quite comfortable.
The hotel is lovely and located in a great place. Rooms are well stocked, comfortable, and clean, the staff are always so helpful. Be sure to borrow one of their bicycles for a nice ride around town.
Room was very nice, staff was friendly. Great location surrounded by many great places around. Room had no microwave had to call staff to give us one, which they gave us. Fridge in the room not keeping adequate temperature, spoiled the food we put in.
We stayed in the cheapest room and it was the best cheap room I have stayed in. The hotel is clean and stylish with inviting spaces. This would be an ideal hotel to take meetings in the lower floors. Its location to Apple and the rest of the surrounding tech campuses makes it a great choice.
Great location and nearby amenities including urban park and fountains. Nice redo of an architecturally interesting structure. Good hotel service, but restaurant is a poor value.
Nice updated hotel, breakfast was only sub par especially for the price. Wireless can give you some problems.
Ive stayed here before and each time it has been pretty good. The restaurant is pretty tasty, even if the menu is relatively small. The internet is nice and quick, though needing to reconnect every 24 hours is a bit irritating. Honestly thats the worst thing I can say about the place, everything else is perfect!

I found a wine bottle behind the tv stand when I stayed here on a visit for a college tour, didnt tell anyone since i dont care. Great hotel overall. 5 stars
I reserved an oversized king suite with soaking tub. They gave me a junior suite without soaking tub instead. Very disappointing experience.
The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. There is free Wi-Fi. All of those thibgs make this hotel a very good place to stay, not to mention the free parking garage. However, their restaurant is highly expensive and not only do they have a short menu, the menu lacks anything truly appetizing.

2023-08-10 23:59:59Positive: I liked Mutya sending brief greeting text messages, asking if we needed anything. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable. The free parking was good to have available. Negative: I expected the pool to be located at the hotel. There was no soap in the bathroom, which was unexpected. The two water bottles in the room are priced at five dollars each, which seems disappointing for a ¿luxury¿ hotel, it should be complimentary.

However, if you ask every other day, the reception informs you “you’ve had cleaning a day ago, you need to wait another day” - quite extreme I think.- horrible restaurant. Quality of food surprisingly below standard.- bed is like a crater. You automatically roll to the middle. Pillows huge and not for sleeping.- bedding is very hard to keep on, meaning you’ll frequently be sleeping under the same topper/duvet other guests have touched unwillinglyIf you travel for business, would not stay.If you travel private and even for a day, would likely skip

2023-08-26 23:59:59Cheap high rise hotel in Cupertino commercial center with typically no breakfast included. A bit difficult to find as it has a small access road with small signage. Lots of parties in the hotel with party goers smoking and drinking in the open lobby outside on sofas. Not a good example for families with children. The room bathroom door was stuck and could not close so we had to do our personal grooming with the door open. We didnt bother to have it fixed as we arrived late and stayed only one night. Its the value one gets for a cheaper hotel but its location was terrific.

2023-08-10 23:59:59Ask you not to stay in a hotel. It is an old house, which has been renovated, but the smell of this old house cannot be removed even through decoration. The towels were all thin and old and yellowing. I only know that there are no slippers, but the front desk should provide them on demand. Who knows that they are so big under the Hilton banner that we are out of slippers... oh, do you have shower cap? We are out of shower cap too... You must know that their shower is fixed on the wall, and the hair is all wet when you take a shower at night without a shower cap. As for the health status, you can see my photos. This is a layer of dust on the TV cabinet. I dont know how long there has been no dust. The only advantage is that the transportation is convenient, there is a supermarket across the road, you can get on the highway in 5 minutes, and there are many restaurants around.

2023-09-04 16:03:36The hotel is fine, check in was quick, free parking, but no breakfast, there was construction going on around the lobby, no closet and no hand soap in restroom. I was over charged for my room by $280 and had to dispute the charges. I was also charged for a water I didnt use. Its only $5.46 but its the principle of it. I had 3 different random charges none of which matched anything I was expecting and all I was told was oh we dont see that. Well my credit card statement shows it. So I was told to wait 5-7 for it to resolve, hopefully it does.Watch your statement if you stay here.

From the location to the rooms to the amenities, this is just another aging, soulless hotel.That said, the shower was hot, with surprisingly strong pressure, and the fridge was nice too.

2023-07-21 20:56:01Stayed here on a business trip. The rooms are well maintained and had good amenities. Housekeeping was on request but was not readily available when requested, had to wait for a day. Breakfast at Parkview Kitchen was great. The location is also good, close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were also helpful.

2023-08-10 02:57:26STAY AWAY. This hotel appears charming on the surface - the staff are nice, they offer shuttles to the office etc - but the rooms and housekeeping are TERRIBLE. There was this weird black substance on the ceiling and walls surrounding the door to the room. I notified the front desk about the weird substance covering the walls and she didnt even offer to switch my room or provide any sort of compensation!. Housekeeping did clean it the next day but they missed an entire section and I still had mystery goop on a sizable section of my wall (attached pic). 3 out of the 6 bathroom towels had what Im assuming were blood stains (tiny red dots), and the mattress was the poorest quality Ive had in a while. This hotel is in need of a Gordon Ramsey style improvement.
