Meat itself is not the best, but the service and Korean alcohol selection is great. Some of the better quality all you can eat Korean BBQs out there! I have no complaints overall. Will be returning many more times.

Ill make this quick and simple because why not. 🤙🏼They are closed on Tuesday.The parking lot is a good size. You shouldnt have a hard time securing a parking space ✅Nonetheless, carpool if possible ✅We visited at night. Fresh meat all the way ✅This place is all you can eat (AYCE), but you have 90mins max which is pretty reasonable 👍🏼Excessive leftovers may cost you extra money.❗ Dont over-order. Be responsible 🤙🏼Most kbbq places will give you old meat as you keep ordering, but this one is legit! 🙌🏼Awesome staff 🙌🏼✅ see the picture! I was taking a picture and they happen to be all together. Just not impressed. It was incredibly cold in the restaurant to the point we were actually shivering. Requested to see if they would turn on some heat, but apparently the answer was no. The food was mediocre for the price. The cuts of meat were not great. Well marbled with fat is one thing but this was very fatty all over. Not even close to worth what I paid.

Went here to have dinner and when i asked the bill they tried to charge us left over $15.00, what? Means if you dont like the taste of their food they going to push you to eat it? Thats not customer right! And to think we haven’t order that much and order the premium rate, no good customer service! Bad food!!! Will report this to consumer complaint food service!!! If i can give 0 rate with no star i will!!!

I’ve been here twice and the meat is very fresh and tender. Staff is very friendly and really makes you feel welcomed. I recommend this restaurant to all meat lovers and those with a hungry appetite! I will visit again!

Place isn’t too big but fits a good amount of people while still giving each table some privacy. It’s definitely louder in there due to the loud noises of fans etc from the grills (not sure the official name) at the tables. Staff was nice but could have been more attentive half way through and then someone else took over bec we didn’t see our server again. Food was very good and the whole family enjoyed but didn’t feel there was enough variety for the pricing. There should be a choice of some of the appetizers included w $37/person. Anyhow, other than those things, and we’ve been a couple times in the past w great experiences too, I would recommend them!

We came to this location we were told 15 mins. Took 30-45mins or more because they kept skipping our party two other parties came in who were caucasian went before us we were a biracial party and pretty much were left for last. They didn’t even properly greet us. Crazy part is we allowed them to skip us onces then again the second time it’s so unfortunate because we were celebrating my nieces 13th bday and for her to have to experience this and see this is sad. Please leave the way we did if they treat you like this don’t wait. Wouldn’t come here ever again didn’t know Simi Valley still allowed restaurants to do this. Let alone to experience racism at this time in age.

My husband and I decided to try this place. We brought my daughter who is 9 and we were asked immediately her age. Im assuming after a certain age there is an increase in price. Our service was okay. We had to ask several times for things and sometimes the waitress would forget. She got my soda confused with diet soda when refilling and we asked for two salads and just got one. Also getting more meat to cook took some time. There were only 5 tables being served so Im not sure if she was new or just completely overwhelmed. The food was good and probably the best we have tried in Simi as far as Korean BBQ. Our bill was $130 so this will be a once in awhile dinner trip. I just think when you spend over $100 on dinner, the service should be superior. Im hoping next time we get a different server or maybe she will have more training by that time.

It was very bad attitude off the waiter that “help us” very rude and demanding to finish the food he late delivered to our table plus for three different times he delivered portions for 1 guests when it was party of four, we where also waiting for him to deliver the utensils to start Cooking our met And we had asked to an other waitress to help us. And we made a complaint to her., after that the attention it was a little better But we couldn’t get over and enjoy our food. We where very hungry and it was not pleasant going true this, at the time we paid the manager said sorry to us and also had offered something to our next visit. But definitely will never h ok back .

Very bad customer service.Stopped bringing food in the middle of the meal so we wouldn’t eat a lot. And kept turning the grill heat down every time they walked by. The meat wasn’t marinated so there is no chance of smoke. And it’s Korean bbq, it’s supposed to be grilled with the hottest heat or else the meat get chewy. Of course, the meat got chewy.I’ve been here about 5 times and most of the time was ok. Service can be rough but This was the worst. It looks like they had a change of management. The lady (who I think is the owner) was extra rude to my visiting family member when she wanted tea and asking what kind of tea they have.Sorry for wasting your time, let me help you by never coming back.

The food here is really good for Simi Valley and the service for the most part has always been prompt. Good portions and high quality cuts of meat. However, just be aware they stop serving new customers at 9 pm despite their closing time of 10 pm.

All i can simply say is AMAZING!!!! First time trying it in Simi Valley with my wife and the service here was simply wonderful. Jason (our server) is the true MVP, always checking up on us, fantastic customer service. If i had to choose where to go for Korean BBQ, it’d be here. Keep in mind i did read the other reviews, even the negative ones but in all honesty I would say you have to try it before judging. HIGHLY recommend it and you wont be disappointed. Worthy of a 5 star.

This type of establishment should not be patronized. They blatantly violate Disabled people and violate the ADA rules of a service animal allotment and regulations. I brought my 11 year old 10 year established service dog into his little totally empty, not one other patron, food establishment. He proceeds to tell me and my wife and grandson to leave immediately he wont serve us with that dog. I further explained what a service animal is and handed him an ADA card with the ADA regs printed on it. He said he dont care and proceeded to threaten to throw us out. An argument ensured and I calleed 911 because of his threat of physical violence to which 911 refused to answer said it wasnt an emergency. I left and ask that ANYONE THINKING ABOUT GIVING THIS BIGOT AND LAW BREAKER ANY BUSINESS GIVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT. THESE TYPE OF BIGOTS AGAINST ADA ELIGIBLE PEOPLE MUST STOP. Now I know why the place was empty. Ive eaten across the parking lot at the Family Mongolian with my service dog and the food is evidently better and the owner knows the law, not like this unknowingly ignorant individual.

The food was quite good, but at the new price point per person you could go to a steakhouse and get a ribeye. Doing a Keto diet here is easy though, actually I went carnivore here and mostly ate bulgogi, which as I said was some of the best Id ever had. The service was quite good too. In retrospect Id definitely go back.

Good food and the wait staff was very nice and attentive. The soju is definitely a but overpriced (14 bucks for a bottle) but everything else is pretty reasonably priced. I highly recommend the beef belly and pork belly!

This restaurant is a hidden gem in simi valley ca. The meats are super top notch. Custamer service is Michilian star quality. Its about 26bucks a person for all you can eat. I come once every week sometimes 2 times. Worth every penny.

Decided to go here for the first time with my family on the last night before I had to return to school. Never had been, but was pretty sure the ownership is relatively new. We were pleasantly surprised by friendly, patient, and helpful service from everyone on staff that Friday night (March 22nd. Didnt get their names). The food and service was outstanding. They were not stingy like some all you can eat restaurants can be. The staff was buzzing around to ensure every party was happy and taken care off. They also were always aware, replacing the bbq stove tops with fresh, clean ones constantly. My family and I have explored multitudes of restaurants in Simi and the area; this place is easily in our top 5 and in our frequented rotation for dinner-out options. Would absolutely recommend!Only wish there was another person on staff as they got a slightly overloaded as the restaurant filled up, but it was not debilitating to their service.

Walked in today and waited at the door with my family, with no one paying attention to us. When seated requested a booth on other side and they said was closed no option. We were seated and waited what seemed to be quite awhile with no one to come ask us for drinks, order, etc. We decided to just leave and take our business elsewhere.

Kimchi was delicious! Our favorite dishes were beef bulgogi and the duck breast. There were several employees who were consistently checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. At first we really appreciated that because we have been too a few other kbbqs that arent very attentive, but after a bit it felt like they were trying to rush us even though we had 2 hours time allotment according to the ayce menu. All in all we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere! Definitely recommend! We will be back

****NOTE: the reviews on here is for kimchi kbbq, this place replaced the old kbbq and is now called k-bbq simi valley***food overall is average, but the portion size was really small for our party of 5. If your serving an all you can eat kbbq at a high price point ($30-35) I expect really good service, high quality meat, and good portions of meat.our experience with service was terrible, the cuts of meat were so small (ex: 2 strips of pork belly for a party of 5), and they kept forgetting our appetizers. my friend ordered steamed egg and they never brought it. he waited a whole hour and reminded the server twice but he never brought it out.also our party came in at 8:20pm, almost 2 hours before closing and they said last order is at 9pm, an HOUR before closing! like what kbbq does that?understandable if last order is 9:30 but 9pm? an hour before closing? we only ordered 1 round of meat and they told us at 8:55 that we can get 1 more round. I just wished they told us beforehand that last order was at 9 when we sat down.. with small portion size, it was really disappointing for them to tell us that we can only get 2 rounds of meat for a party of 5.with just only 2 rounds of meat, our party paid $170. small portion size, forgetting our appetizers/meat orders, and the grill kept turning off. this place is one of the worst korean bbq restaurants I ever visited. please dont come here if your going past 7pm or 3+ group of people.bring back kimchi kbbq because this place suck :(p.s. my friends were still hungry so we went to mcdonald afterwards Lol.

My first visit to this restaurant since they changed ownership. Friendly staff, clean cooking surfaces and they bring the food to your table, rather than self serve. Food was very good quality and refills came 1/2 order at a time because I was alone. That is notable, because many Korean BBQ do not allow single customers (although this location always has, over several years)

They said is 36 per person with its a fair price, but they dont twll you that they charge you extra ...so i ended up paying about 100 dollars more.. they should tell you upfront if its all you can eat for a price.
