I came this Friday night so it’s full quickly right after 6pm. It seems they need more staffs. I did try to order all kind of dishes but they just bring out part of them. They didn’t serve same as what I ordered on app. The qualification of beef and seafood is just fine. Affordable price for all. Great place for gather with your group friends.

Food was 4 star, almost no service. Whichever waiter sees you can listen to you. You have to submit online what food or meat you want.We received different orders than what we submitted. Soup for the beginning came 30 minute late.The toilet were a disaster, no tissue or soap.Seating took a good 20 min after we received the text after 30 min of waiting.The meat and food was also not the best, a decent 4 star.

It was kind of busy when we went but didnt look insane, but it seems like they need more staff since the servers looked a bit overwhelmed. They also were out of cups for water and soju. So it took a long time for us to get our water and start getting served. But we went around 1.5 hrs before closing so as it got less busy the service picked up the pace. Everyone was nice but it felt a bit hectic. Overall the meat and appetizers were all pretty tasty so no complaints there. Also got free ice cream at the end.

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites during COVID. So many tables outside, great quality of meat, fast services. All of that is gone. We went there for a birthday celebration a couple months ago. It wasnt a busy night and 30 mins in, the only thing they brought out was a soup and liquor. When asked the server, they first said it just takes time. Then another 15 mins passed, they said they didnt receive that order. Then how did they bring out the soup and liquor from the same order? Meat was not fresh. Only a couple servers were working so they are still understaffed. Bathroom is a constant college club bathroom at 2 AM. Order system is broken -- they messed up the following orders too. So save yourself the trouble and there are plenty all you can eat BBQ that are better than this one in its current form.

Parking could be a challenge (although we found one right across). The wait could be long (although we got seated immediately). The price is reasonable for an AYCE despite limited choices. The quality and flavor of the meats and food are above par. But the wait between servings is slooow as molasses, it’s not even busy. I wouldn’t fault the staff though. They are friendly and accommodating. And the watermelon soju made the wait tolerable.

I appreciate that they are open for outdoor seating and they set up a pretty nice area for it. You definitely have a wooden wall in between parties so that’s no issue. Servers and quality of meat is decent.My biggest “beef” is that the service itself is disappointing. First round of meat came quickly but then we had to wait for the second round of meat as well as all the rice and lettuce and wraps for about 30 mins. Then we had to order more meat at once because we thought they forgot but then they just stacked all of it at once. Lastly, they took our grill top away to change and never came back with a new one. We tried to wave them down for the last 15 mins but we sat there with no grill so we ended up wasting meat.

The quality of the meat is not good, its not fresh, and the server seems to be lacking compared to the number of tables.

Food was alright for a Korean bbq place. Portions were very small however and took awhile to prepare. Worst part was the app that you needed order. Only one person could order at a time and the UI was terrible to use. If they stopped using this app things could be much better

Food was good but not a lot of selection. We ate really good. Surprised they had beef short rib unlimited. Many places like to limit the short rib. But they did not. That makes this place receive a 3 star. With the limited selection of veggies i would give them a lower score but their food had good flavor. Also lacked prawns or shrimp which are a must for Korean bbq. I like the setup and they seated us fairly quickly. We were waiting for friends to show up and they took approximately 25 minutes to get there so we ordered drinks and no food until they showed up but they counted that time we were ordering drinks against us for the all u can eat. So we were only allowed to order food for roughly an hour and a half. Also the waiters kept forgetting our orders. Waited also 40 minutes for rice and a refill on water. Truly this place deserves a 3.5 but the customer service and lack of selection deserves a solid 3.

Mmmm mmmm good. K elements built a whole series of outdoor dining booths and they are perfect for Korean grill. (Almost better than indoors if you ask me! ) Bright and airy, easy to order with phone app and service is good and prompt. Nice to see businesses come back in the area.
