2023-08-27 02:03:40Very delicious food, tasty ginger chai and scrumptious pakoras..the seating arrangement is wonderful with cushions and low tables and raised floor seating!Front desk people very polite and soft- spoken. The chef Mr Arjun is very kind and unassuming. His polite manners add spark to the already delicious food.A must visit, cozy little friendly cafe !

2023-05-02 02:46:33Ordered- Veg Momo - Not very good. Thick coating and filling was ok.- Veg platter for 2:It had assorted appetizers which had samosa, mix pakora and veg pakora. Mix pakora won the show, they were so crispy and flavorful. Paneer pakora were somewhat bland but all in all crispy. Samosa was pretty below average, but everything was served hot, so it was fine. For the entrees we got chana masala: Not very great for a north indian palette and kadhai paneer: This was the show stopper for me. Absolutely delicious and mouth watering. The naan that came along was fresh, hot and made well. For dessert we got carrot pudding: Did not like the flavor and the way it was made. If you are used to having it with milk or khoa, I would recommend skipping it here.Customer service was good. Ambience is ok, nothing special. All in all a good place to give a tru when in area.

2023-01-15 05:18:08Very good food. Portions are a bit small except the samosas, they’re jumbo. Biryani was decent but can be better. Service was good and servers were very nice. Wish they had more variety like chicken chettinad.

2022-07-02 01:12:04This is the best Indian restaurant in Santa Rosa. Their mango lassi‘s and cheese naan breads are to die for! I ordered the lamb paneer and it was so delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly here. I’ll be coming back soon!

2022-09-12 21:58:35Vegetarian review - Ambiance is nice, and has two different seating arrangements - booth or table. Service is nice and they are very accommodating when we ordered something that wasn’t on the menu (Egg Biriyani) but could be found on Yelp.So far we’ve been here twice and ordered Veg. assorted appetizers (mostly mild), Mixed Veg Korma (flavorful), Laccha paratha (filling) and vegetable fried rice (simple and very mild and needs a side). I listed them in the order of taste preference.Second time we repeated most items but added Malai Kofta which was awesome, similar to korma but very rich and this time we tried medium spicy which was so good! They seem to have retained the authenticity with a choice in spice levels which is awesome with kids. Love the place!

2023-09-04 00:54:06When I placed the order this afternoon a very nice gentleman took my order.I picked up the order from a very rude young man. I thanked him and got nothing but a blank stare.Got home with the food and tasted tested with my wife.Honestly poor quality food and flavors are harsh. The currys have not even been blended correctly and have a graininess in the texture. The prep of the vegetables was hurried, no depth of flavor as should be.There is a high degree of Who Cares here. Will never come back. Its to bad. Nice Atmosphere in house except for the young man at the counter.

2023-01-19 22:08:52I was going to give them 4 stars but their service leaves a lot to be desired for. I ordered takeout from their website. First, taking 50 mins for a takeout order was surprising. Ive lived in many cities and usually, it doesnt take more than 30 mins to get Desi food. Any way, it was also raining quite a bit, so I actually got there later than the 50 mins. I got in and you could see that there was no system. Two people were hovering around the counter. One server was working the tables and hovering around the counter. There was nobody as such to ask my order for. Then, when I told them what Id ordered, they couldnt find it. Im pretty sure that they did not realize you can also order through their website, so my order wasnt ready. The main person tried to cover it up by saying theyre still working on it. But I could hear him call out the order when I told him what it was. Then, my bill had come to a total of $30. When he ran it at the counter, it was $32. Two bucks is not much in the grand scheme of money, but why would your website show one price and your teller another? And then, he asked me, where did you order this from (while looking at the order email from their website on my phone)? He looked very confused when I said it was from their website. Finally, I got everything sorted out and left but this whole service thing left a negative view in my mind. The food itself was very good! I got a spicy kadhai mushroom which was spicy and delicious. The chilli chicken is the closest Ive eaten to real indo-chinese food from home. So once I got over the chaos of the pickup, I did enjoy the food. But you guys need to buckle up with the service!
