Great service and great food! Sushi melted in my mouth and the staff was very friendly. I got the Sashimi Platter. We also got a bottle of sake to share for the table which was very smooth.

The food here was INCREDIBLE. Actually tastes like the amazing Japanese food I had in Japan. Lots of options in a cute setting.

We tried this place and tried their pork cutlet/curry gozen. It was a standard food nothing all amazing/to write home about. The sides it came with were tasteless, and the amount was very minuscule. Curry they used tastes like instant s&b curry. Especially on how much this place was hype up on yelp/google reviews. I’m shock how bad the service was. I asked the waiter twice for water and they never refilled our drink till we asked for the bill. It wasn’t even busy, only 2-3 other patrons in the establishment. For the cost/amount of money, I Would definitely not come back.

The sets are an amazing value. The size of the tray the food comes out on during dinner is much larger than expected. I got the sashimi set and it came with so many sides! I’ve also never seen a piece of cutlet as a side but it was a great mix of fried items, refreshing items and other items. Well worth the money.We got lucky and came on the earlier side and were able to be seated immediately but definitely recommend a reservation for a Saturday night.

Come here for the happy hour all day Monday and the great portion sizes and value!Good:Tons of variety - my favorite was the Dynamite since it had tasty scallop pieces and was also just like so much flavor. The Dragon roll was pretty awesome too. I liked the philly one too. The sushi here also just tastes super fresh so its definitely a great option.Bad:Does take some time for food to arrive - it is still a good experience - though we ordered 4 rolls and it took around an hour for all of it to arrive.Overall would come again if I was in the area!

So authentic and such fresh quality! Love this Japanese experience. Great for small groups and date night. Everyone was so nice and patient as well. :)

Stumbled upon this place cause it was right next to the bike shop where I had to fix a flat tire. But my goodness, so glad I came in! You know the place is legit when the workers are all Japanese and you can taste the dashi in the miso soup. Love the cute little side dishes that come with all the lunch specials. It’s a place where you can order anything and not be disappointed.

Delicious tonkatsu and Gozen boxes. Very authentic atmosphere and food. I recommend reservations, as it was completely full both the times that we have been here.

First of all, I am really picky especially on my soul Japanese food. Food quality is very good and price is reasonable. I gave 4 stars only because there wasn’t a ‘Wow’ moment, but seriously, it is high quality. I go to El Segundo for work 2, 3 times a month, and I dine there at least once a month now. Great service by waitress, too. They are very friendly.
