I absolutely love this place, it is so good. The atmosphere is great and the owner and employees are amazing. Always very clean, the service is wonderful and the portions are very big.

This restaurant absolutely blew my mind! This is not your typical Mexican restaurant. They use high quality ingredients and cook them to perfection, resulting in food that is bursting with flavor. Service and presentation of food is top notch, and the ambience is great. Plus portion size is generous, which is a bonus.

Its a cute lil place that is always busy. The busyness is due to the friendly service and the really great food there. I am on a mission to try everything on the menu at least once. The prices are more than fair. Their meat is never overcooked and its super tender. I have to stop munching on the chips because well they are free and they taste fresh. I never once have had a bad experience there. I will be back more often.

Very pleasant, fast service. The restaurant is extremely clean.Prices are great, especially for the quality of the food. And the food is very, very good. Chile Verde is fantastic, my friend had the chili relleno and a Carne Asada street taco. He said the Relleno was one of the best he has had.We very nearly cleaned both our generously portioned plates. Will be making the drive another time!

Fantastic! Great service, great atmosphere and amazing food. I ordered the two item combo, Chile Relleno and Chile Verde burrito. One of the best Chile Rellenos I have ever had, not a frozen, premade one but homemade, a big, beautiful Chile packed with cheese and covered in a exquisite sauce, perfect. Then the Chile Verde burrito was served wet, covered with their succulent Verde sauce, delicious. I highly recommend Kalocas Mexican Grill, it will not disappoint.

The food is delicious and the staff is always so wonderful. My coworkers and I go here a lot during our lunch break, the staff always go out of their way to make sure we are fed and back to work on time. Red Bluff is lucky to have such a great place downtown!

I was worried after the first few bites of chips and salsa because their salsa was a little bit lackluster. My partner and I talked about going to try the spot across the street, worried that the food might be in alignment with their salsa and just be meh, but we decided to stick it out and sure are glad we did!I ordered the triple fajitas, my partner the shrimp wrapped in bacon, and we shared the taquitos. I’m dairy free and they messed up the taquitos and didn’t put it on the side. They fixed it right away and were very apologetic. Super sweet staff, very attentive to our needs.The appetizer and main dishes were exceptional. My triple fajita dish had the juiciest shrimp, chicken and steak. So flavorful. The bacon wrapped shrimp were a hit too.Will def be going back when I’m in the mood for great fajitas!Only four stars because the chips n salsa were less than stellar and I wasn’t a fan of their rice.

If you are looking for great homemade Mexican food, then this is the place. Had a great lunch with my partner. The carnitas are made perfectly, reminded me of my grandmas thats how good they were to me! My partner had the Carne Asada Burrito, and it looked absolutely amazing. He said it was the best authentic Mexican food hes had in a long time.Definitely will be going back, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for true authentic homemade tasting Mexican food.

Service and food was awesome! I got the #2 combo, with two shredded beef tamales and it came with a generous serving of refried beans and Mexican rice. It was all very good, and I regret ordering only two tamales! All three of the servers were very helpful and engaging, and you could tell they wanted to be there and were enjoying their job. When in Red Bluff, come try some Mexican at Kaloca’s!

This is a one of a kind Mexican restaurant. The food is outstanding!! Its simply not your standard fare. The presentation of the chicken fajita salad quite literally took my breath away. The flavors are a real stand out.
