2023-12-05 01:49:55Love this spot. The staff are very courteous and the fish is great quality, no frills and no mayo sauces. I always spend more than intended because it’s so good. I especially love the kanpachi (amber jack) and agedashi tofu.

2023-10-06 18:17:00Reviews did not match what we experienced. We were seated quickly for dinner. And there were a steady stream of customers. Very disappointed with sushi rolls and the apps. Sushi rice did not taste seasoned and texture was off. Id come back for the udon, everything else was meh.

2023-11-08 18:27:25They didnt have the option for bento boxes for dinner (Or at least, not in the menu), so I ordered a Tempura dinner with a side of Sashimi. The pieces of Sashimi were tiny, but the Tempura plate was huge (for two people easily). Flavor was good. The bill was very expensive for this unbalanced meal. You can tell is a very authentic Japanese restaurant, but they still dont have the right idea about what locals expect as normal portions.

2021-08-22 06:02:16All around amazing! Absolutely delicious and the staff are extremely friendly! Truly heart broken to find out they are moving, have been coming for more than 14 years. But the wonderful staff and menu are moving to there sister restaurant Kanpai Sushi, at 330 Lytton Avenue Palo Alto, CA 94301

2018-04-07 00:54:25Service was very quick. The food was good for the price. The sashimi was sliced a little too thin which made the texture not quite right. The flavour of the roll was OK, but not amazing.

2020-01-05 09:37:12A neighborhood staple, Koma Sushi is the quintessential family restaurant. Its got the aged carpet, storied walls and employees who are friends or related. The sushi is good, not mind-blowing, but solid. My favorites were the cooked/seared nigiris and hand rolls. The waitresses are really sweet and the chefs are always having a fun conversation. Theres a decent amount of parking and it wasnt too busy when we went at 5pm. Worth coming by if youre looking for a safe sushi option.

2018-10-06 03:10:07Dropped in for a quick bite to eat. The place was very crowded, which is a good sign. Food was good and the price was okay. We had the Bento Box with Teriyaki Chicken and Crab Roll. As well as a side of Tempura Shrimp.
