Katsunori Sushi Restaurant in Hesperia

I love this place. Food is fresh and delicious. Service was great. Friendly waitress and sushi chefs give the extra touch. Wasnt busy last time we went so Food came out fast. Can be slow when crowded like anyplace. Highly recommend.

The boyfriend and I came here for our 1.5 yr and I hope this place stays open all the way until our 10 year. No 20. No no, 30. Forever preferred. We were personally attended to the entire time by who I presume was the owner, and it was nice seeing someone so passionate about their business, especially in hospitality. I seen her communicate well with all customers there. The restaurant feels cozy despite it bustling on the Friday night we came, and I was very happy seeing the synergy between all employees, it was like seeing a well oiled machine. Our food came fresh and hot, and quickly at that. I highly recommend the Philly Crunch roll, whether you’re a seasoned sushi eater or beginner. The flavors and texture are well balanced. The Umeshu (plum wine) was great as well. I recommend calling ahead and making a reservation to avoid the wait time, although it’s worth coming either way. First time here. The place is nice as far as the atmosphere. The choices on the menu are plenty. And the food was good. But the service was not great. I rate the services as a 2 stars because there were people who came in after us and they got taken care of before us. Plus, every time out waitress came to our general area she was more attentive to other tables but not to ours. I might it might not be back sometime in the future.

My first time to Katsunori on Main St in Hesperia. The place has an amazing vibe with good music playing, a nice sushi bar, and a great atmosphere. The food we ordered was very good. We had 4 rolls, Volcano, Rainbow, Heart attack, and Mandalay. The rainbow was my favorite followed by the Volcano. We had plum wine and Orion beer. Almost a 5 star visit except for the fact that we never got the garlic edamame we ordered and got charged for. Im not one for negative reviews but this is a big no no. We will definitely be back because the place was that good. Follow up to come.

Best sushi in the high desert! The food quality is amazing. Some of the best salmon sashimi Ive ever had and the rolls are always perfect. I also recommend the blue fin toro if they have it.The service can be a bit lackluster at times but overall everyone is very nice there.This has been my favorite spot for the past few years.

What an outstanding experience! Promptly welcomed into the restaurant and seated as soon as I entered. My chef Justin was awesome, he makes this appetizer salad that is just off the chain! Delicious! My server (i didnt get her name) was incredible, very attentive to me and kicking butt the whole time running between tables around the restaurant. What an absolute asset to the establishment! Thank you. I truly look forward to coming back, it had been quite some time since Id been by.

Ok so my sin brought me and my wife here was our first time and not really my type of food but boy was i surprised. I ended up eating all sorts of stuff never in my life tried before and all of it was awesome the california roll, las vegas roll, muscles, the taksu not sure how to spell that, miso soup anyways can got in and on overall definitely recommend and will return and out server was great

Stopped in while visiting with a friend that lives in this area. For me, being from los amgeles, its difficult for me to find any sushi place away from the coast that I can give a 5 star rating to. Well this little place earned it. We had 4 rolls and 2 appetizers. Everything was fresh and delicious. We stopped by around 6pm and they had a steady flow of customers as well which is always a good sign. The location is quaint and easy to find. The interior setting is comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with us making menu decisions on our first visit. If youre not sure what to order, ask for suggestions. We loved everything. And this is definitely on our list of lunch spots when Im visiting up the hill now. Cheers!!

Several vegan sushi rolls! The avocado roll was amazingThe wait staff really make this place stand out though. They were so patient with me and my questions, and just all around lovely people. Absolute gems!
