2023-07-21 21:32:20I got the OG deluxe ramen and a side of Karaage Chicken. The brothless ramen was good. But the Karaage chicken was extremely bad. The pieces were too small and were over fried. Hence, the pieces were extremely hard. Due to that, it was not edible at all. They looked like the pieces that get stuck in the fryer and get repeatedly fried. Forget juicy chicken, I could barely taste any chicken. Very bad!!

2023-11-17 01:07:32The mazemen was FABULOUS. Chewy noodles; explosion of flavors; great texture from the crunchy kikurage (woodear mushroom) plus the creaminess of the soft boiled egg yoke; kick from the fresh green onions … NICE!

2023-08-16 07:12:59Mazemen Style (Broth-less) Ramen. We were not sure if we would like it while we went for it, but we loved it, wanna try different style of ramen?, go for it. We took the OG Ramen and they made it vegan for us by replacing the meat with impossible meat, which to our surprise was good. Overall it was amazing. Don’t forget to follow the ‘How to eat Mazemen Ramen’ hand out ;)Also, do get the complementary scoop of rice, you will need it to slurp the sauce at the end!!We’ll come back soon to try Donburi and other Ramen!Latest Visit: Now, they are putting everything together if you are ordering togo, so have it soon. Tried Tan Tan this time, liked it better than OG. It comes with spicy powder already.Note: Though they say they are open till 8pm, at times kitchen closes at 7.30pm, so call and check before going there.

2023-07-15 03:42:04Food could use more salt but it was good otherwise. They are open to some substitutes (can’t eat pork). Drinks where good too, would come back

2022-04-25 22:35:32Dry ramen noodle. I would say this place is just okay. Nothing special about the Ramen and their drinks are way too sweet. Even the recommendations to make it 50% sweetness. Eating ramen without any broth just makes you want the broth even more. They should offer people the ability to add broth. Its a hard pass for me to go back here again.

2021-12-15 18:37:17Amazing noodle and rice dishes, and great tea and coffee to wash it down with. The food and drinks are always delicious and consistent, and if youre in the know, you can get the best jerky as well. Its become a favorite spot for my friends and I.

2022-06-18 14:51:40It can be explained as mixed ramen bowl without soup. I tried it one time at Solvang but not so impressed until I tried this. If you can’t stand garlic and onions, it’s a little bit disappointed because it has a lot of garlic and onions. Well, you have options for less, midi or more garlic and onions anyway. One thing I don’t like at most of reman shops is the noodles is very salty, but this is not, it’s smooth and chewy. The sauces going with this is vinegar, perfect sweet and sour to mix with the noodles. You can pour little by little until it reaches your taste. I poured a whole cup into it so it a little bit sour but still very good.

2023-03-17 21:22:41Later in the evening, we were hungry and needed a spot to eat. Kensho popped up and heres what we got: Salmon Ikura donburi and a few different mazemen ramens. Mazemen ramen is a ramen without broth, everything is cooked and then topped as a dry dish. Definitely give it a shot if youve never had it...@phidingthefam
