2023-04-10 18:37:23From my 1 week vacation in California, this is the best Thai restaurant I’ve been to. Food is flavorful and customer service is amazing! Must try the Doo Dee Noodle Soup and Ka Pow! 10/10

2023-07-21 23:38:07I ordered lunch from Khun 9 Thai Kitchen today for delivery from GrubHub. It was my first time trying it, and here is my take on the yellow curry with Tofu and Thai Iced-Tea I ordered...PROS: Quick service. Great sturdy packaging. Food was hot and fresh.CONS: I got the Thai or Vietnamese Coffee instead of the Thai iced-tea and it was way too strong and sweet for me to drink. The salad was yummy, as was the rice. However, the yellow curry wasnt as flavorful as some other Thai places, so I was underwhelmed.

2023-06-06 03:43:45I went to this place based on the Google reviews. The food was fine, but I am disappointed with the portion and the way that they upsold the dish that I ordered.I ordered pad krapaw with sliced chicken breast. The waitress told me that it came with ground chicken breast and that I needed to pay an additional $2.00 if I wanted sliced chicken breast. If, according to her, the ground chicken was chicken breast, why should I pay more just because I wanted sliced chicken breast instead of ground chicken breast. This is the reason why I dont want ground chicken, because it is ground and it could be anything, but the real thing. Then, when I finally got my order, the chicken was cut in paper thin slices. Very thin slices spreaded on the plate just to make it look like it was a fair portion, but it was not.The thinner the slices, the less flavor, because thin pieces of chicken cant absorb the seasoning and spices as well as a thicker slice of chicken. Not only that, a thin slice of chicken can easily be overcooked, and it will just ruin the meal.I dont think that I might go back because I dont want to pay an additional $2.00 for such a small portion of chicken; plus the way they cut the chicken just to make more profit is not something that I would like to try again.

2017-02-09 22:44:34Seemed like a really nice place... they managed to burn my noodles and give me tofu when I ordered chicken😢... not the best first experience but I would try again just in case, I tried it again..... and they gave me someone elses order, they called me to take it back and pick up my order. Im assuming they gave the order I returned to the person who originally ordered it but ewww what if I was sick, once the order leaves the restaurant they cant give it to someone else. ... How many pick-up orders do you think they mess up where they ask people to return it ??? Not taking my chances on this place again. UNSANITARY

2022-04-19 07:37:20We have passed by this little jem for years without stopping in to try the food. And after eating there, we were upset with ourselves for taking so long to give the place a try. The papaya salad was the best I ever had. It was so crunchy and garlicky..and delicious! We also had their pad see eew with pork. It was perfect. And we finished the meal with an order of mango and sticky rice, of course, it was amazing as well. We will definitely be back to try everything else.

2022-04-18 23:40:14Got the Chicken Ka Pow and a thai tea for around $16. They give you spice options and I got the hottest Thai spicy. Its definitely hot and the flavor is amazing, Id definitely recommend it if you enjoy hot food. The thai tea is also good and its way better than any boba place thai tea Ive gotten. The portion size is also perfect for one person (about as much as a chiptole bowl for reference?). I will 100% come back here again to try their other dishes.
