I’ve passed by this place over a dozen times before I finally decided to give a try and even then, my first order was through an online app. I was completely shocked when my Vegan Kimchichanga arrived at the door and not only looked better than the photos, it tastes amazing! Thinking it was a fluke, I order again and receive the same wonderful deliciousness. Fast forward to last week, when I was in the area and stopped by for a to go order. I had no clue this was an actual restaurant. Lol. I thought it was a small pick up place! The host was kind and took my order immediately. She allowed me to sit in one of their many comfy seats while waiting for the kitchen to prepare my meal. I noticed they have a drink menu (picture attached) and the bartender made me the best Lemon Drop. Will definitely be back!

Love this place! I visited twice on my week-long vacation to LA because I couldnt get enough of the food and drinks. Its the perfect fusion of Mexican and Asian food. The staff is lovely, and our hostess remembered us when we came back! If Im in town again, I will be sure to visit.

Its a little place with a bar area. The fried rice was nicely done. I would have liked more kimchi flavor and spice. I get they are probably tailoring to the mass. The waiter was nice and polite. They didnt check on you after I got my food. I would definitely try the other food next time Im there.

Unexpected place to dine in. The flavors and spice were amazing, highly recommend this place to anyone coming or visiting Riverside,CA. Staff seemed annoyed that we asked to dine in. Restaurant was empty and we had a small party (less than six people). Ive always ordered online through door dash so we decided to try it in person. The food is pretty good Korean Mexican fusion. Chimichanga and bibimbap burritos are good. I usually get the kbbq California burrito since its usually very solid but man inflation has hit. $14 base and $16.50 if you add bulgolgi beef is craaaazy. The chicken slider is $3.50. it was small and super bland. I understand the place is suppose to be a bar but Id pass unless youre just really wanting super casual fusion food. Place is vegetarian friendly as you can substitute any protein choice for tofu.

The food was great but I wanna talk about the honeydew drink. I ordered from this place off Uber eats. Got my food ate it up kinda forgot about the drink. I took the first sip..... and got stressed out that the cup wasnt bigger. I kid you not I ordered 3 more of them (with the jelly options or whatever they are. Amazing... AMAZING) and in rationing them throughout the night. Literally as Im typing this. Sooooo stinkin good.

The food is over priced. 15 dollars for a burrito made with less that 1/4 pound of meat and its an additional 3 dollars for a deep fried meat burrito. They are selling a deep fried tortilla for 15 dollars. I wonder if they hired someone to help them price their food correctly or just made the prices to maximize profits without any research.

This place is amazing! The food is delicious! Great fusion of korean and Mexican food. They also have a great vegan selection too. Drinks are delicious! Drinks are very unique. The food is by far amazing! Great big portions too. You get your moneys worth, it’s hard to find a place that offers delicious food, big size portions, for a great price. Definitely a deal!

I love the food here! Everything is very flavorful. Congrats to them on the new location, we’ve been eating here for years. A hidden gem in Riverside & we always tell others about.The customer service is great, we’ve called ahead a couple of times & there hasn’t been an issue. The food is always packaged well & everything is always sooo good! Our go to is the Cali Beef Bulgogi Burrito or the Kimchichanga. You won’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

First time here. Came here with a party of 5 on a Friday evening. Place was pretty empty but looked nice and had a full bar and pretty roomy. When we walked in we were not greeted at all by the 2 girls at the front. One of them just grabbed menus and proceeded to seat us. She seated us and came back and took our order. Menu is small. Basic items. Food took about 30-40 minutes to come out. Drinks took about 20 minutes.(Which I don’t understand why drinks took that long if we were the only people there besides another 2-3 people… red flag 🚩 but we didn’t make a big deal). So first We chose a beer she said wasn’t available so we chose another. She never came back and when we asked for our beers she said oh we don’t have that one either... But she never came back and told us that she just left us without a drink. So we ended up drinking ice water. Overall we won’t be back. Place is in a good location. Looks cool because of the bar, but they need to hire some new staff ASAP because food on its own and menu is basic and definitely will NOT make up for the awful service. They’d probably be better off using robots 🤖 to take orders and greet customers. If I could give a minus zero rating for service I would.

I LOVE THIS PLACE ! Today, my boyfriend and I were looking for a place to dine after the movie theater and were looking for something different in the area. Little did I know this place existed and so we checked it out. Although it was a bit empty in the night time, it was a great first experience ! The workers are so kind, especially Tifanny. She was such a sweetheart and helped us so much 😊 The food was delicious and new, music choice was excellent, ambience was relaxing, and the movies they were playing kept us entertained. I have driven by this place many times, and we decided to finally try it out. All i can say is. WHY DIDNT I TRY IT OUT SOONER?! The food here is amazing! The staff are nice and friendly in the front and at the bar. The food is a fusion of mexican and korean cusine done right. The fries and kimchichangas are fried to perfection. You dont get that greasy aftertaste you usually do from other fried foods. Everything was packed full of flavor. 100% would recommend it to anyone.

I really loved the flavors of the kimchi fried rice. I was never much of a fan of over easy eggs but my other favorite spot won me over with that lol. Anyways the egg was a good fit over the rice surprisingly. My sister ordered the California burrito nice size also good flavors, loved the soft taste of the beef.We would both definitely return to try out the rest of this menu, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome flavor and great concept but it took a while to get our food. We waited 30 mins which seemed way too long for a fast casual spot.The kimchichanga was excellent but they could have included more bulgogi. The cheesesteak was great but it’s on a bun which was somewhat unexpected.Regardless of my experience, it’s definitely worth a try and better than the other junk down the street.

Kimchichanga had a new location and you got to try this place. Their signature dish is the Kimchichanga which similar to a chimichanga but with a Korean twist, and I got to say I was craving another one the next few days. The Mexican pizza is also good along with their Kimchi Rice bowl. If want a unique dining experience, Kimchichanga is the place for you. You also park in the theater parking because the restaurant will validate your parking ticket.

The philly cheese steak was yummy. 3 stars because i felt like quality of food was good but theres room for some more fusion items and it was hot in there. They do have high chairs for kids and good non alcoholic drink options unsure if they have alcohol. If im in the area I would go back.

Love this place! Two of my favorite food combination, Korean and Mexican. Everytime I go the staff is very friendly. Higly recommend Kimchichanga and the KBBQ California Burrito The vibe has been excellent and the food is really really good. There is a Stamp card available, every $10 you spend (before taxes) you get a stamp after 9 stamps you get a free meal! Taco Tuesday and Thursday $1.19! Its extra for the Bulgogi (Marinated Beef) and Kalbi (Marinated Short Ribs) but its definitely worth it! I am trying to try EVERYTHING on the Menu!

Delicious fusion of Korean and Mexican food. Had the KBBQ California Burrito. It was really good and I cant wait to come back and try other food. Picked up a loyalty stamp card since Ill definitely be coming back.Update:I went back and tried the Bibimabap Burrito with spicy pork. Very good and not too spicy for me, but some might think so. Glad to come back again cause Id been craving it. Noticed happy hour is all day on Sundays and Mondays so hopefully my next visit will be on a Monday.

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 We experienced a ‘rush’ of disappointment with the ‘inventive’ fusion of kimchichanga and kimchi burger. We called the order and the woman replied that it would take 20 minutes. When we arrived 20 minutes later, there were people waiting outside to order. I walked in and the cashier told me only one party at a time is allowed even if I pre-ordered. I waited 15 minutes outside to pick up my order. At this point, the food has been prepared and getting soggy. By the time, we arrived at our destination 1.5 mile away, the French fries and the sweet potato fries were soggy. The paper bag that had the sweet potato fries was totally wet and disintegrated. Kimchi burger was very salty. Chimichanga was greasy and the bulgogi was gristly. To call the meal mediocre would be a generous assessment. 👎🏼

Saw this place on Yelp and it has some really good reviews. My boyfriend and I got there loaded fries and chichanga it was really good but you feel heavy after. I recommend taking a few people to help you out. I gave this place 3 stars because the air quality was horrible-no ventilation. They could use some fans and a vent to air out the place as they cook. However the food itself was such a tasty experience 😋😀😁

Food is good but worst service ever. My boyfriend and I went last night to eat dinner and they brought our food to the table next to us. Then the waitress proceeds to apologize to them and gives them the free meal to take home on top of their food that they ordered. She then comes over to our table and said our food will be out in 5 minutes and didn’t even offer to take off a meal or offer a freed dessert or appetizer. Paid $50 to be unsatisfied. Bad table service and I will be calling to complain to the manager.

I came in for happy hour and it was great at first but the whole reason I went was for the happy hour, the guy working the bar kept disappearing and coming back every so often to check on me but because he wasn’t at the bar post at the bar I couldn’t order drinks because Idk where he kept going but I wasn’t able to order more because happy hour was 2-7 and I got there around 6:15-6:20 and there was nobody at the bar who was there with consistency to keep taking my order so that i could have it count as a happy hour special. Also I did not tip because tipping for me is based on service and satisfaction, the service was bad and I wasn’t satisfied. If they were short staffed in the kitchen or he had to help in the back communication with me would’ve helped but it made me feel like he purposely came back to ask if I wanted anything else just coincidentally after 7:00 when happy hour was over so that I would be forced to pay regular price for drinks because happy hour had already been over by 3 mins when he came back to the bar.

This place is like a hidden gem in the Inland Empire. Its not particularly well know and is a bit far for most UC Riverside students to visit. They have discounts on tacos on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The price depends on the meat. I know that chicken and tofu are $1.19 each and beef is 25 cents more while short rib is 50 cent store at the time of this post. If you dont ask, they wont grill the tortilla for the taco, which made it a bit difficult to swallow. Their kimchichanga is a classic and is always delicious.

Our server Louis made our night! He made sure NO sesame seeds were added to ALL our food so that we could SHARE with each other (one person has Crohns).The house salsa is a secret recipe we were told--I suspected tamarind and they would neither confirm nor deny! I have to say that I just went there twice, they charged me more than the signed amount twice. I realized this issue by checking my bank statements, since this issue is not just happened once for me in this restaurant, and I never have this issue for the previous restaurants I have been to, I don’t think is out of careless. Because I never prepared for such issue, I don’t have the picture for these two receipts, but I would recommend everyone take a photo of your signed receipt before give it to them.

I decided to try this place after it caught my eye while driving by and let me just say They did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I ordered a drink that wasn’t listed on the drink menu but the bartender had no problem making it for me. The food menu has a little bit of everything and the prices are reasonable. I have been going to this place since before they moved locations. The food has always been great; the quality has remained consistent. The only downsides are the wait times and how expensive it is. I do not mind the wait time, but when it comes to the prices: I would only recommend coming here when you have the money to splurge. Other than that, the food here really is amazing.

This is an Asian Mexican fusion restaurant that cannot be missed, especially for those who enjoy kimchi! This is a family owned and operated business. They started out in another location and built themselves a following for a good reason! You can view their menu on kimchichanga.com and order for pick up or delivery, but my husband enjoy the bright decor and eating at the restaurant. They have a variety of salads, tacos, burritos, rice bowls, and sandwiches. It’s really wonderful to see a place whose quality food is so original and creative, kind of like a specialty food truck without the wheels! My personal favorite is the Korean barbecue taco, but I’m definitely going to be trying other menu items!

I really enjoyed experience walking into this restaurant. Its like walking into a American diner, but on the menu its not what youll typically find at a diner.
