A group of 13 of us came here for a company team event and we had a fabulous time! All the instructions were clear and very easy to follow. We did the Battle of the Chefs options and it was really great to have a friendly competition aspect to the event. 150% would recommend to any one looking for a group activity, whether its for your group of friends or work related, and I would definitely put this on our list of events to do again.

Great experience with Chef Michael learning how to make “rustic French bread”. The class was very well organized with some of the materials already prepared and very clear instructions. All ingredients were of very high-quality and the class flew by thanks to a very knowledgeable, expert chef.The place is clean, large enough to accommodate about 10 or even 15 students, well lit and very well kept. We all had a very good time, and learned how to make French bread during a three hour class. A tip for future students is to park on a parallel street up the hill, since you can park for two hours for free, and all day on Sundays and Saturdays.

Here for a business retreat. Chef we worked under was wonderful. Good way to pick up some additional kitchen skills and experiment with new cuisines. I think it was a 3hr commitment end to end.

My 13 y.o. daughter attended a cooking class available for Teens and loved it! They made Italian Meatballs, roasted Broccoli for main course then made cookies from scratch! Anthony was her instructor at the Berkeley location. We’ll be signing her up to attend again.

Fantastic place for group events!They were very helpful and professional, working with my changing dates and guest counts. They set up a perfect class for my fiancées 30th birthday party with 10 people that had no prior cooking experience.Everyone else had an absolute blast! The chef was super helpful, entertaining, and knowledgeable!10/10 will do again.

Best Chef ever.! The passion Chef Olive and his team have for food is incredible.🍷As far as Im concerned Kitchen on fire is not just the best its the only way to take a cooking class.We brought our own 🍷 and with tons of help from the Chef and his team, we made french onion soup. The best part was stepping out onto the balcony that over looks the beautiful Gourmet Ghetto at the edge of North Berkeley😍🎶🎻

Our team had a wonderful experience with Kitchen on Fire!! They were so accommodating during the planning stage and worked with me both over call and via email to make sure all of our guests diets were accounted for and were so flexible when we kept adding guests to the list.Those who attended the event only had great things to say about the experience. Our group was about 18 people and they were all able to cook together as well as enjoy a meal at the end as a group!Can not wait to work with Kitchen on Fire again in the future!

Our Moroccan Dinner class was delightful and inspiring, with the perfect balance of demonstration and interaction, and plenty of tasting and comparing. Im an experienced cook and I learned a lot, but the beginners in the class clearly got just as much out of it. Came home with some fantastic recipes and fresh energy to try them out for myself. Chef Olive is a hoot (as well as incredibly expert in both coking and teaching).

Signed my 15yr old up for cooking classes unsure of what to expect. He loves to cook and makes amazing dishes. Well, Kitchen On Fire did not disappoint! Hes having the best time, loves the exotic recipes and is enjoying every bite! The chefs are both incredible and its a great way to get kids to try new foods. So glad we found Kitchen On Fire!
