I always get my kids the fries and fried egg. They love all the sauces and its a special snack to get while we wait in the Popbar line. You get a ton of fries and an egg for 7.00! All the sauces are delicious.
I live an hour or so away from Concord and am always looking for an excuse to come down here so I can get myself a B cup from KO Cups!! One of my favorite food stops to go to! Beef is so flavorful and the vegetables taste fresh. Their sauces are AMAZING. Staff is very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
Tried the veggie Bibimbap with kimchi, japchae noodles added, and gochujang sauce and it was soooo good!! The egg was a tad overcooked I think but still tasty. Next time I will definitely try the spicy pork as thats usually my favorite, was just feeling like veggies today. Service was great, the girl instantly asked if I had been there before and proceeded to reccomend popular items and her own favorite (love that! I hate it when places say everything is good because that doesnt help me decide lol) even showing me where to grab sauces for my bowl. Love this spot, I will definitely be back! Its true theres no indoor seating but personally I love all of the ample outdoor seating, and theres plenty of shade for a hot day.
I enjoyed the positive customer service and the food was great with good portions. There are lots of outdoor seating to stay and enjoy the food. I have picky eaters and they loved it. If you are a spicy connoisseur they got you covered.
Do not get the corn dogs. They are small and the cheese was not melted...good batter though.. good cups

KO cups is something else. Its amazing. They staff is always amazing. I love the KO fries with bulgogi beef is so fantastic. Its perfect amount for a meal. You can put your perfect amount of sauce. When ever I work I want to get some KO fries. Great prices too with the whole menu.
Food is really good, well cooked. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is also made pretty fast. Usually 6min or less. If you like Asian cuisine, this is a really good spot. If you are a regular they will remember your name, your food order, your drink, and usually any extras the moment you walk in the door its pretty crazy. Definitely recommend.

My husband was violently ill up-chucking his meal all night.Something has definitely gone wrong here over the past few months, be careful. Shouldve known to not eat it when I realized the food was the wrong temperature. It was mostly likely the glass noodles, which his bowl had and mine did not.

I ordered a k-cup, the chicken tasted great, this was the first time i been here and was pleased with the flavoring. It came with brown rice, noodles and salad. I dont want to give it 4 stars because the food and service was great but if theres anything I would ask is change the portions. The k-cup image on the menu, which was the more expensive bowl @$10 looked as if the meat portion was bulging from the top. The lettuce portion was probably about a 1/4 cup, and the noodles, I would occasionally find bits and pieces but couldnt tell really how much I had. Probably another 1/4 cup as well. Meat portion was maybe a little over a 1/2 cup? The sauces were bomb, definitely great new flavors i The rice potion however was plentiful. Again the food was great but it just seemed as if my bowl was made up of rice and the meat was barely peaking over the rim of the bowl. I didnt take any pictures bc we were on a road trip. Again the food was great but the potions may slow me from coming back. Or maybe just change the menu pics for something more realistic.
This place was on my radar for a while now and I really wanted to check it out. Did so and had the B-cup (because of the many other reviews I saw) and It was a nice blend of savory protein and Mayo sesame sauces that were reccomended. The taste is very amazing I had to switch from chopsticks to spoon so I can taste more of the experience.Staff were very friendly and accommodating as well, which is always a bonus in my book.
Pretty good, affordable bowls. I got a $10 bowl with half chicken and half bulgogi. The bulgogi was delicious while the chicken was just fine (similar to Hawaiian bbq chicken). There was plenty of both meats and enough rice, salty noodles, and corn. Egg is only $1 more. Theres a good sauce selection and service is fast.
Ordered the loaded fries from here but to my surprise they were nothing as advertised. When presented they have meat and other thing to make it look appealing but you have to pay a lot extra to actually get that. So without telling me I ordered one with an added eggs on top and what I received was plain fries with 2 eggs on top and that’s it! All for the low price of $11! They may have good food but that encounter with them has left a bad taste in my mouth and no refund to be found unfortunately. Do yourself a favor and check out a different spot that actually has bang for your buck.
I love this place. Their food is both affordable and delicious. I like how there are different sauces to choose from, I love the mayo gochujang and the mayo sesame. I also appreciate how theyre enforcing social distancing both in the dining area outside and as you line up to order.

Wow. I loved this place. The food is super delicious. Just the right amount of food to share with my 3 year old. Great prices. You get to add your own combination of sauces from a great selection. They even have a sauce suggestion board. Quick and friendly.
Grossly overpriced and not very tasty. I cant recommend this place. I only gave this place three stars because its one of the few affordable options. But I still try to avoid it. Needs much larger portions.

Food is delicious. Cant beat their cheap prices for their large portions. Cashier is super friendly. We go every Saturday for lunch. And we always add a fried egg. 😋 Yummyyyyy

Each cup I’ve tried has been very good (and a decent amount of food). Especially enjoyed the “B-cup”. One of the best food options at The Veranda shopping center!

Since it is a small shop, they do not have room for indoor dining, while outdoor has a lot of seating, which shares by all the business in the area.I ordered S-cup(korean pork with rice), and K-cup+egg(like popcorn chicken with rice). I cannot say they are the best, but good enough. Kinda disappointed due to the size, but around $10 buck, what can you ask for more in these days (inflation is crazy high).They tasted good, nothing surprised. If you are a person eat a lot, then one cup may not enough for you.They may have different size?They have two little utilities stations inside, so you can add sources, napkin, utensils, etc. Staff was friendly. Serving was fast.

2023-02-15 01:33:54In a nutshell; ok food to just chill while hanging out in the nice plaza.The bulgogi cup I got was fairly decent. Good amount of bulgogi, egg was ok, good amount of rice. The fries are bit of a disappointment though, I paid for bbq chicken add-on and it was very dry. The fries itself are ok, wasnt too greasey but thought itd be better.Wasnt difficult to get a seat, plenty of chairs and tables around. Nice plaza to just relax and eat at.Overall ok place to just stop by if youre looking for some easy asian/korean food.

2022-04-28 02:35:27This is definitely one of my favourite restaurants in the area. My go-to is the B-cup. No indoor seating, but the plaza has so much seating, you likely wont have any trouble finding a place to sit. They also have lots of fun and unique Asian soft drinks

Its very convenient that its near my work, so I would come here once in a while if Im feeling a quick Korean grub during lunch time! Ko Cups has been around for a while, and its still one of my go-to spots for a Korean rice bowl.

2022-11-05 04:54:22I came to this restaurant for lunch. The food was very delicious and to die for. The people that work there were so nice and my food didn’t took long to make. I been here twice already and looking forward to eating there again. I love their mango soda. You wouldn’t be disappointed coming here.
