First timer alert ⚠️ Dinner menu has great options, including seafood, steak or vegetables. I choose lobster 🦞 scallop and shrimp and it was delicious. Mike put on a show and management was great 👍 so place is super nice. #TEAMSMILEY @TSMILEY2014

Food was delicious, and perfectly grilled. The kobe beef and soft shell crab was my favorite. Waitress was a bit meh but it was a busy day so that’s ok. It’s fairly small but clean, our cook was nice but the one behind us put on a good show. I actually would visit again, food was superb.

Food was good. We were blindsided by the 18 percent automatic gratuity. I dont agree when they are just taken out automatically. I feel its for the consumer to make that call. Sadly we wont be coming back.

Awesome food and great service makes Kobe Japanese House my go to place for Habachi dining. The price is hard to beat for similar restaurants who serve Habachi table dining. The chefs are so entertaining. Ive gone here both lunch and dinner many times, and my dining experiences have been consistently positive. Note lunch does cost less compared to dinner, but food portions are still great.

Well, it started with not so clean floor as you walk in. The first bad clue is that there was an old cotton candy machine at corner behind one of the tables. Bathrooms were unkept. The atmosphere fits a gathering for after a funeral.The service horrible, I ordered sushi, and they told me the sushi chef called in sick SO NO SUSHI FOR YOU. So I settled for their grill. Fried rise was loaded with soy sauce and tasteless. we ordered steaks and was over cooked. Food was not good at all. The only great thing about the meal is my son paid.

Super friendly staff and some incredibly delicious food. I usually get the filet mignon and chicken combination plate and the portion size is huge. All of it tastes incredible. Super friendly staff and all around a great experience. Tip: if you want your meal extra spicy, they have a spicy red paste that you can ask for.

Such a delicious and great gem in Rancho! Lots of mainstream good choices for hibachi grills around, but this one has a great local flair to it and thus you feel a bit more like family than a customer here. Food was cooked perfectly, the hot tea was spot on, and the dumplings were so freaking good. Definitely worth a try!

Very good filet mignon teppanyaki with fried rice. Order was ready for p/u in 20 mins and friendly service inside restaurant during p/u. Would definitely return when in the area again.

Delicious teppanyaki. Kobe uses high quality ingredients. The steaks are very tender, well seasoned, and cooked correctly. The shrimp and scallops are also some of the best youll find in this area. I also recommend upgrading to noodles...you wont be disappointed. Last thing, they have a really cool cotton candy vending machine that kids will enjoy.

Couple things ruined it here. This place was empty when we arrived. We made reservations for 6. 4 of us arrived and the commie no smile owner said sit down there until the rest arrive. I asked nicely if we could sit, we were thirsty and wanted appetizers for my daughters birthday. She said let me get table ready. She didnt. Another party arrived and she sat them immediately. This infuriated me. We almost left. Food and service was excellent.We went to pay and the worst thing happened. She gave us the bill and in small print on the bottom it said 18% gratuity added for parties over 2......?????? What the @#$*??? She swiped our cards and we barely noticed they already gave their own fricken tip. What a joke. Thats like robbery. Never coming back here. Blindsided by the commie no smile thief. Never again.

My family and I dined here for the first time last night on a whim. Saw the restaurant a few times while going to the pet store nearby and thought it would be fun for my kids as I have been to similar places before. The restaurant is small but clean and had a good feel. They did a good show with making the food and the children enjoyed the pyrotechnics and showmanship of our cook. They have a Cotton Candy machine inside that my daughter was infatuated with and had to have some before we left. My wife was complaining that she ate too much because the food tasted great. Great experience overall.

I have been here a couple times now since moving and I can say it has been a great experience each time! Each chef has a unique and amazing personality which makes the experience worthwhile. Food portions are good and theres never a long wait.

The chef put on a good show. He was kind and funny. Did some cool magic tricks for my daughters. He also made sure everything was cooked how we liked it. Everyone there was was very friendly. Had a great time.

Kobe Japanese House is a small teppazaki restaurant in Ranch Cucamonga. They have 5 grills to serve their customers. My wife and I shared some of each of the main entree items. The lobster, shrimp, scallops, and filet mignon were very good, but the chicken was a bit too dry. The rice and vegetables were very fresh. The only critique we had was way too much salt was used in the preparation. Well return and next time ask for salt free.

Food was really Good! Our Chef Tongx2 is what his name tag said was very funny and entertaining during the cooking of our food. He made our experience worth wanting to come back for sure. We seen other cooks that weren’t even speaking to their customers just cooking in silence. Chef Tongx2 was Awesome!

We have been coming to Kobe ever since the beginning: when the owner was the sushi chef and before the horrible fire. The reason is because it is simply the best teppan grill on every level: flavor, quality and atmosphere. As long as Kobe has its doors open we will be visiting!

It was ok. Nothing fancy or great. My meat was over cooked. Scallops were great and rice was good but shogun is much better and the real kobe Japanese steak house is much better. Then it was 845 pm and they rushed us out. On their on line menu they offer fried ice cream. They had none...also no sushi 😕 chef did no tricks. We wont be back. Rather wait in line at benihanna.

Would not go back again for a while. My entry came first, which I had to eat or let it get cold as our chef was still cooking my husbands food, and my rice and vegetables came after I ate my entry, while he was cooking to go dinners along with our meal.Very disappointed.

I ate 18 pieces of sashimi in chirashin style and it was edible. The spicy wasabi that the chef prepared was so delicious that I ate it all. The chef seems to be a talented person.
