Ordered from their signature pho section: kobe pho special and kobe rare steak pho. The meat were already cooked by the time it got to it BUT the consistency and flavors were both on point. It was definitely a nicer quality meat than any pho places we typically go to. Left a good impression on us so we’ll return if we’re ever in the area!Recommend getting Voyager coffee in the area too while youre at it.

Food is… hard to comment. Pho is ok. Boba too sweet with non tunable ice and sugar level. Noodles don’t fit my taste.

I first had their eggrolls when my sister brought some take out home and I loved them so much I went again in person since my friend also said their pho was good. Their love special pho was super good, the broth was flavorful and they gave a lot of meat. The pork gua bao was okay but I definitely recommend everyone try their pho and pork eggrolls. The filling is amazing. Praying they can stay open unlike the prior restaurants that were here.

From the same people that ran Kobe pho up the street a few years ago. Essentially the same experience, their broth still being the highlight. Quite a small space so plan ahead if coming with a large party.

I gave 4 stars because the soup, veggies, and meat were good. The noodles were pretty bad. I went right at opening time so maybe they didnt have a chance to cook new noodles? But it literally tasted like noodles from the day before. It fell apart on me, no pieces were longer than a few inches. The texture was harder (like previously refridgerated noodles). Several pieces were stuck together. Had the noodles been good, this would have been a 5 star place.I will come back one more time to give it a chance and will edit review if I dont get old noodles again.We had the combo and the angus special. The combo was good. I really liked their tendon, meatball, and wagyu.

This spot replaced the Afuri ramen that was here. Broth is quite delicious, not busy at all. Standard pho for the price. Opted out of getting the kobe beef, maybe Ill try that one day.

David and everyone at Kobe Kitchen were very accommodating with my numerous food restrictions. Ive enjoyed their Angus Spring Rolls and the Bowls that you can choose your own yummy ingredients. Both have so many choices and delicious sauces! And all of the ingredients were super fresh and lasted me for leftovers. Kobe Kitchen is my new favorite place!

Fast service, good food. They ran out of buns for their hanging bun item, so Ill be back for that for sure!They had a great promotion for their Angus steak pho for $12 which was a steal!

Solid place for pho. Got the rare steak pho and the portions are definitely big. The waiters actually serve you everything so you dont need to self serve yourself all the sauces and water, but the setup made it seem like you did it yourself.They replaced the previous ramen place here, Afuri, so much of the decor is the same.

Japanese comes after English.Afuri, which had high expectations but failed to live up to them, has since left.I went to the restaurant that was built on the site of Afuri.Although it calls itself Kobe, it is neither a Japanese restaurant nor a ramen shop, but a pho restaurant.The interior was same as an old Afuri restaurant; I saw the touch panel ordering terminal used at Afuri was still there.I ordered Kobe rare steak pho.The bowl was hot, but the noodle was not firm, the soup was monotonous, and the meat was like overcooked shabu-shabu. To me it was not worth the $15.95.There were also no paper napkins or condiments at the table, so I carried condiments from an empty table next to mine and even got my own glass of water from the counter. This also doesnt seem to be worth the suggested tip start from 15 %.As disappointing as Afuri was, this restaurant was a similar experience to Afuri. Is there some kind of curse on the businesses that enter this building? Oh yes one more thing, the beef was not Kobe beef, of course.Before I knew it, Afuri had closed down, and I went to a restaurant called Kobe Kitchen that had opened on the site. Its not a Japanese restaurant or a ramen restaurant, its a pho restaurant.The inside was almost exactly the same as Afuris, and even the ordering terminal with a touch panel remained. Its not used though. I ordered Kobe rare steak pho. But this is just... The noodles were crumbly and lacked elasticity, the soup was advertised as non-MSG but tasted just like the soup itself, and the meat was like overcooked shabu-shabu meat. Even with inflation, $15.95 is a bit pricey. Also, there were no paper napkins on the table, I had to bring my own condiments from the table next to me, and I had to draw my own water. What do you think about the tip suggestion starting at 15%?Ive never had a good experience at any of the stores in this building, so I wonder if its somehow cursed. And of course it wasnt Kobe beef. Kobe rare steak pho is just a rare steak pho served by a restaurant called Kobe. Do you want to study Japanese?
