It is so so hard to find GOOD Lao food anywhere and my family and I loved this food truck! They have two large tables under a netted tent for seating. Must try the Nam Khao, it was so fresh and crispy and delicious. The matcha green iced tea was super refreshing. My family devoured the food before I could whip my camera out. We make our own spring rolls at home and like to try others but nothing beats home made. Also have to try the khao piak! Definitely would come back and the people that run the food truck are so friendly. I love my Lao people!

Ive had the privilege to taste Thai cuisine, cooked by a Thai celebrity chef and the Pad Thai was my absolute favorite. Ive been on the search for something close to it for years. Having tried many at different Thai establishments, this was by far the best and closest to what I remember. I have finally found my go to spot!

This is one of the best restaurants in Napa Valley. No hyperbole. Its a food truck tucked behind the casino in American Canyon (I know, I know), but trust me, if youre in one of the business parks in south Napa/American Canyon, it is definitely worth the trip for lunch. Hell, I would drive from my house in Napa to pick up from here, its that good. Ive had just about everything on the menu but the soups are what shine the most. They change based on the day but they are all spectacular. The portion sizes are huge (especially for the soups and pad thai) and for the price, its a great value. Theres a tent with some table and chairs under it if youre inclined to eat at the truck and there is plenty of parking around. Seriously, this is world class Thai food.

Great place honestly!!! They just opened 5 months ago. Amazing flavors on the pork bahn mi. Beef pad Thai superb! Thai iced tea delicious 🤤 The presentation is great. Owner Tom is great guy! They have tables to sit. Right behind casino. Yummy flavorful food I have to go back and try more! Thank you 🙏🏽

Super legit Thai/Lao food. The best Larb Moo I have ever had. Actually I would say this is the best Thai food around.

Simple dishes cooked perfectly with sauces that bring them to the next level. Get the hot chili sauce with the lao pork sausage!
