2023-04-27 23:48:54Very delicious authentic-tasting korean food!! amazing customer service as well!! from portion size to variety of banchan it comes with, my family of five and i were so happy to stop by here for a lunch break while shopping. we got a kalbi box, spicy pork box, bulgogi dosirak, and a seafood soondubu. the owners were so sweet to give us extra spicy sauce on the side just in case too 😍🥰😍🥰 all the food was not too salty but well seasoned and they even helped adjust the spice level of the foods to match our palette. portions were out of this world too 🥰🥰🥰 they gave a great amt of japchae noodle and rice and even meat portions were great! we didnt take pics of alllll the food bc it smelled so good when it came out that we literally tore into it and i didnt get a chance to take better pics 😅 highly recommend if ur nearby!!

2021-08-24 00:17:36This review is for takeouts only. Saw this amazing looking item named Premium Doshirak. I couldnt wait to order and taste it. The spicy pork one was priced at $24. That seemed a bit pricey, but when I saw the portion, I was relieved as it had enough for two meals. The spicy pork was pretty good, but not the highlight of the dish. To me, I liked the varieties of the banchan and other side items like the mandu, croquette, fish cakes. I have also had the galbi (bbq short ribs) doshirak at $27. Great as well.Having been cooking and making some Japanese and Korean dishes during this pandemic, I had a new appreciation for the amount of work and effort that goes into making each item and banchan. Its a lot of work as you got to make them separately. I pondered about how much work was involved in making this doshirak while I was eating. This was an explosion of different flavors and textures. Veggies? Check. Meat? Check. Fried stuff? Check. Rice? Check. What else do you want - A fried egg? Check. Looking forward to ordering this item again!Ordered the spicy tofu soup and it was average. The soup was bland, but the seafood quality was not bad. Unfortunately won’t order again. :(

2023-11-12 02:07:37My daughter and I visit Pacific Pearl often and we always try something new. Kochu Korean not only hit the spot, the kind lady at the front served us with exuberance. The Korean Fried Chicken was perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside. We will be coming back again.

2023-09-10 22:09:07Id passed on this place many times before and am sad that I did. I ordered the Chicken rice box and the noodles were especially good. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Will be going back again soon.

2022-08-07 00:42:39The food is good! The lady that help us was very sweet. This little spot is very competitive for a food court. Portion is a good size also. You have to ask for the spicy sauce! They are really good!

2021-12-12 06:23:31Enjoyed the spicy pork doshirak and glad the portions were generous for the price ($24).Box was filled with 6 different banchan (kimchee, spinach, sprouts, fish cake, red beans, cabbage) potato croquette, mandu, pancake, a tempura seaweed rice roll, japchae under the spicy pork, pickled radish, fried egg and purple rice. Also included a Korean seaweed pack which is great to wrap around the rice. Everything was good and tasty! Definitely could be shared between two people.Service was friendly and didn’t have to wait long on a Saturday late afternoon.

2023-03-14 07:20:47Phenomenal Korean place, the fried chicken is to die for. Bulgogi is great too. Cafeteria style seating isnt great, but takeout is super quick.
