We didnt know what to expect, but ordered the burrito w/sushi rice (flavored), shrimp tempura and bulgogi. It was excellent, and big enough to feed two easily. The checker was really helpful.

I was here around 3 pm on a Friday and we got our delicious rolls and drinks fast and well prepared. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely keep coming back. The prices for the rolls were actually very decent given the location. I Recommend this place to anyone in the Cañada area :)

We arrived an hour before closing and some proteins/toppings/sauces werent available, which is not great but fine.When we walked in though, there was no one up front. When someone did come out, they were on their phone and, rather than saying hello, looked at us as if we were bothering her. In this place of business. Where Im purchasing something that is keeping her employed. Luckily, her coworkers came out to help and they were very nice and helpful to us. I wont be walking in if I see that person working.

Service is a hit or miss for me~ in the past theyve had some attitude challenged employees... my last visit had a really nice employee... their poke bowls taste great I have absolutely no complaints on the food :) good for a quick bite to eat~ good portions~ they also have pretty decent milk tea :)

Bad service. No Hellos. No welcomes. No smiles. No were sorry were out of that product. No sorry we dont carry that very common item here. I asked if they take Google pay. And they said they didnt think they did. Again, no apologies accompanied. I pointed out to their register that they do. Just overall bad attitude. I would not be keeping employees like this. If you dont have common courteous manners by the time youre an adult, then theres no hope for you. Food is mediocre. Far better places all around.

Fruit açaí bowl is ubiquitous and you know what a good bowl when you see/taste it. Koko Roll Café is a small café that serve poke bowl, acai, sushi and milk teas. They’re located in a midsize plaza on Foothill blvd in La Cresenta. I came here for an açaí bowl for lunch. Its indoor was small but spacious enough for a dine-in. Moreover, it’s neat, clean, organized and well lit. Upon my entry, Asia, a young white female staff, gave a perfunctory greeting. It was my first time here and I sensed a negative vibe. I quickly perused their menu and ordered an açaí fruit bowl. Customers need to check and write down your order on the little menu white board (bowl, poke, sushi) provided. The açaí fruit bowl was mediocre because the acai base was too frozen like a marble. Thus, I had to exert a relative good force to get a piece. Bolocks! Conversely, the fruits (strawberry, blueberry, banana) and granola were fresh and delicious and crunchy, respectively. Clearly, they have not mastered how to make a good-great açaí bowl. Prices seem fair. Free wifi available. Staff was cordial and followed health protocol. Finding a parking spot was with ease. In this voluminous review, it’s time to make a recommendation. Overall, I did not enjoy my açaí bowl and I do not recommend this café shop.

Ordered five poke bowls and 4/5 were the wrong ones. Teenagers working there could care less and had the worst attitude when I called. Not going back, I’ve been going since 2019. Spent $95 dollars on poke bowls for them to be delivered incorrectly.

Great customer service, Sushi Burrito tasted fresh, rich, no taste of processed food. The raw salmon was nice. extra points for having fish eggs 😍 nice open inviting space. They have brunch and lunch specials.

Fast, tasty, and not overly expensive. Are staff at the counter were great and easy to order from. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because of the flavors they don’t serve anymore (bring lavender back!). Here’s an updated menu!

Waited almost 40 minutes for 3 rolls on my lunch break, made me late to work and couldn’t even eat it. Quality is fine but their staff is terrible and it’s not worth it
