This unassuming deli restaurant blew my expectations out of the water. I honestly wouldnt have come if it werent for these stellar reviews.The owner is super friendly and recommended the best bread for my tuna sandwich. The small was a generous size and well worth the price. I even left a tip for the great service which I basically never do for takeout orders.

We were passing through on our way out to Sequoia and wanted to grab some lunch to go. Found this place in Fresno on a whim and it was delightful! Great options for the sandwiches, which held up great in a cooler for a few hours before we got to eat them. And they offer french fries as a side instead of just chips! The customer service was great as well! Very friendly and patient when I had questions. Thanks, Kokos!

Hidden gem!!! Great tasting fresh sandwiches and plenty more. Place is very clean, owner makes the sandwiches himself and makes you feel welcomed. By far better than any subway I’ve tasted or any other sandwich spot. Will provide them with my business and hope others will give a try/ love koko’s

My son introduced me to Koko’s Deli and I have had the pleasure of eating there several times now. I have never been disappointed. Located in a humble part of town in the back corner of the shopping center sits Koko’s Deli. Owned by a nice fellow, Greg and his wife Linda. In a fast food world where good afternoon and please and thank you are obsolete, Koko’s staff pleasantly greets you with heartwarming smile and “Welcome”. As stated on their website, their sandwiches are made of “premium ingredients”. The sandwiches are served on soft, fresh bread and a generous amount of thinly sliced deli meat and just the right amount of spices to give it that home made touch. If you want a “fast food” style sandwich, this is denitely not the place for you. If you want a great sandwich with lots of flavor and a nice atmosphere to eat in, you need to try this place. You won’t be disappointed. With hot and cold sandwiches, the menu gives you a lot to choose from. I am looking forward to trying everything on the menu.

Give this place a shot. You will not regret it!Sweetest employers who I worked for which is something rare in this post pandemic. Greg truly cares about the service provided and quality of the sandwiches they put out. Greg is a great store owner who runs Koko’s Deli with his wife and small handful of employees. He is always attentive, and putting the customers first. Even though I only worked there for a small period of time, I loved Koko’s Deli more than my time as an Assistant Manager at Deli Delicious. I also love how clean and sanitized he keeps his store because he truly cares about his customers.His best sandwiches in my opinion are his Philly Cheesesteak (ask them to add mushrooms), Garlic Mediterranean Chicken, and the Turkey Avocado Sprouts with Cream Cheese. The tri-tip that he uses is never dry and is super moist (unlike Deli Delicious which tends to be dry and sad looking).For all the chipotle chicken sandwich lovers, here is a twist you can add to make your sandwich better. Ask for pepper-jack cheese instead of jack cheese and ask them to add jalapenos. All of a sudden, the chipotle sandwich is elevated to another level 😀 You’re welcome.Im going to miss my time there 😢 but Im definitely coming back for more sandwiches 🥰

Love Koko’s! Been here a few times and it always a great experience with staff and food! I tried the Chicken club today and it was amazing I got it with ranch and Buffalo. Sweet potato fries with ranch hit the spot too!

Quite possibly the best sandwich Ive had in Fresno. Easily beats out of any other sandwich shop by far!! Hands down!! Friendly staff and fresh ingredients!! Cant even explain it. This place is fantastic!!

Best deli on this side of town. want a good sandwich, friendly service this is the place to go. I know they get tired of my ham, cheddar and American cheese, tomato sandwiches but been going to this deli since the first day it opened.

Delicious sandwiches and generous portions and the owners are super nice. Great find for us in the Fresno food scene, especially with vegetarian sandwich options.

The best sandwiches ever …you should try their Garlic Mediterranean chicken with the beer batter fries …ammmmaaazing ♥️ … great service and very friendly staff 👍🏼👍🏼, a must try for sure
