The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. While some sushi items like the truffle salmon blue crab were a bit overpriced for the portion size, the overall pricing was decent. The ramen was had good flavor, the sushi was fresh and delicious, and the cheesy chicken katsu was a delightful surprise. I would definitely recommend this place for a tasty meal!

I went to this restaurant for the first time about a month ago. It was also my first day at a new job near this place. I came in for lunch, and I was feeling ill from food poisoning that happened over the weekend.The host was friendly and beyond attentive. He suggested a delicious soup that would make me feel better, since I was afraid to eat anything, but I was also starving.They have an amazing variety of dishes and soups to choose from. I had the vegan ramen, and it was delicious. The portion is enough for two people, and so I had plenty left over to take home.The atmosphere and personnel are beyond expectations. Let’s not forget the cleanliness of it all, including the restrooms! BEAUTIFUL DECOR and yes that music 🎶 is their own.I LOVED it all, and soon Ill be bringing my whole family.😍THANK YOU, KOPAN TEAM YOU ARE ALL AMAZING! 🤩

This Sushi restaurant is an absolute Gem of an find. I visited here by chance and found that the food is fantastic 👍😎Its not a big restaurant and we found it quite busy for a Sunday evening (Id recommend Reserving a Table 😉) but we got a Table 👍Service was really good, even though they were very busy, the Waitress took orders and delivered drinks without delays 😎The Sushi is excellent, well made and tastes delicious. I can also recommend the Chick Katsu, I especially liked that it comes with plenty of Curry Sauce 👍 (not like other places )The price for the food was also very reasonable 👍

KOPAN SUSHI & RAMEN is a dark, intimate, izakaya* eatery thats part of a twelve restaurant, southern California chain. Named Kopan to honor the flavorful meals of KObe JaPAN.Kopan does not accept reservations. You request seating on a computer tablet located at the entrance. We were quickly seated.The menu is extensive, colorful, with lots of tiny pictures. Our server, Jose, made helpful suggestions.Kopan Sushi & Ramens team of excellent chefs create elegantly plated meals.I ordered the Vegan Ramen Bowl. The delicious stew is large, with a mix of lightly cooked vegetables (cabbage, red cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, cherry tomatoes, corn, bean sprouts and seaweed), Ramen noodles, and tofu, served in a rich, slow cooked vegetable broth. Offered in three levels of spice, I choose the mild flavor. It was warm, flavorful, and slightly spicy.My wife ordered the Bento Box: miso soup, teriyaki chicken, rice, garden salad, and her chosen sushi roll. She found the combination delicious.A word of caution:We came here for dinner and parked in the ADA compatible garage, which is under the restaurant. Leaving, we discovered the elevator was turned off. We couldnt find a staircase and the ramp into the garage was too steep to walk. When I went into the restaurant to ask for help, I was first told there was nothing they could do. A few minutes later the restaurant manager, Joshua, saved the day by offering to drive our car to street level.This excellent eatery provided great food and caring customer service.* The Japanese word izakaya (居酒屋) is made up of three kanji with the meaning, “stay-drink-place.” A spot to grab a drink, settle in, and get comfortable. I loved the sushi here oh man it was so fresh and crisp. The uni was amazing as well.I had the chicken ramen and it was absolutely delicious.Had such a good experience here and would definitely recommend for both mentioned above.Staff was lovely and attentive and the decor and environment was great.Also doesn’t hurt to have access to free parking out back.

Food was tasty, and a very nice comfortable vibe. the spicy garlic edamame was one of the best we have ever had we would come again.

I am a big fan of Ramen and this place is just the best! Havent tried better Ramen than this in here. Very good atmosphere and customer service. I love this place! Food is just delicious so you will have a fabulous experience every time you visit Kopan Sushi & Ramen

Beyond amazing quality for the money. The ramen was delicious and authentic. We got the albacore, scallop and salmon sushi and each piece was well presented and so fresh!The scallop sushi was a crowd pleaser, I could rate it 10 stars, make sure to get that if you like scallops in generals the ambiance, decore, music, and lighting was very harmonious. Definitely coming back! Fantastic value in every aspect.

So aside having good food sushi and ramen, the atmosphere is spot on. The wood booths take you on a trip transporting you away from mundane valley. The service is very personable. I had the veggie ramen very light yet flavorful broth.

The service was excellent. However, I found that the ramen had very little taste and too much spice even though I asked for not spicy. There was a ton of noodles and not much of anything else. I wish it had been better. I use to go there all the time. Maybe they changed chefs 👩‍🍳.
