Small cozy Korean restaurant, love the outdoor sitting, I was able to enjoy dinner with my dog chewy. Dog friendly is a plus for me. Tasty small side dishes! The staff was very friendly and foods were delicious!

I was in a group of 4 and we came shortly after they reopened for dinner service. A large party was already there before us and the waitress who served us knew exactly what was going to happen so she quickly got our orders in before the large table did.I ordered the Dolsot Bibimbap with bulgogi and it was delicious! Everything was well- seasoned and flavourful. I loved the crispy rice at the bottom of the stone bowl.

Family owned Korean Restaurant. Not sure if you can have BBQ in the restaurant name without actual grills in the tables. But the food and service was quite good. We would come again.

My wife and I lived in Korea for two years and this place brought us back. They have tasty side dishes and the waiters didn’t bother us too much. The only thing they were missing was kimbap but the Hankook market right next door has some so it’s alright. We got steamed mandu (dumplings) which were tasty and they gave us hot tea which hit the spot since it’s been so cold lately. For our main meal, I got the bibimbap with beef (the waiter also brought gochujang sauce which is always nice) and my wife ordered the pork/tofu spicy sauce dish. We’ll definitely come back here since it’s a lot better than the Korean food in Walnut Creek.

Probably my favorite local Korean restaurant. The banchan options are a good variety, the dolsot bibimbap is so delicious and its so much food that its great for leftovers. The kimchi jeon and the japchae are probably my favorites, but I never had a dish that I didnt enjoy. The staff are also so kind. Every time I go there I have a wonderful experience!

Came here on a Friday night and this place was packed. They only had two waitresses doing everything from taking orders, to carrying food and drinks, to busing tables, so expect a wait for seating and ordering.If you get pass that, you are rewarded with some good Korean food; their small dishes were not the best but their main dishes was well done and well crafted. Was hoping to have some tofu soup but ironically it wasnt on their menu.Must try items here are their seafood pancake (a bit greasy so get a beer), their hot stone rice bowl (have to be careful with this because the bowl is sizzling hot), and their fried pot stickers.

This places gives out variety of side dishes. The menu is pretty generic with some of most popular Korean dishes. But prices are all reasonable and service is nice. Not a bad place to introduce Korean food to non-Korean friends.

Sunday evening party of four arrived at restaurant 6:45 pm. The waitress turned us away and said restaurant will close at 7:00 pm. They took all the order by that time and could not serve more people. What kind of mind and attitude? We tried to support their business over last year to order “to-go” many times. Now the business comes back, but they can reject the customers to come for dinner? Their on-line posted open time is to 7:30! We will tell our friends and neighbors that we will NOT come to eat in this restaurant!

This place used to be really good with great service. Now the food is just ok, but the little salads are very good. Service is poor. Dishes were not cleared after eating, and we had to ask the waiter to get things we wanted. He just stood around and did nothing, never coming over to see if we needed anything.The bbq chicken tasted flat and not fresh but it was edible. I think this place may be under new management or ownership. The older man that previously cooked and managed this place bent over backwards. These people could care less about service. They used to give a custard appetizer and a little dessert, but that is gone too...no frills! I may come back someday but it will be quite awhile. For now its off our list.

Got here 230pm to have a quick lunch. Sign says closed 3pm and there open sign is still on. But didnt accommodate me. Drove all the way from Napa for this. Horrible way to treat your returning customers. Will not be back at this place.

**Kimchi Jiigaae** was the best ive had since visiting South Korea in 2014! Delicious, very flavorful, the perfect amount of heat. The Dumpling Stew was perfect, cooked to perfection! A great variety of sides, more than weve seen before, and very tasty! Lots of Koreans eat here to, so that should tell you something. This place is a restaurant, not a fast food style joint like many korean places around here. Prices are very reasonable. Worth the visit if you want great tasting food, great service and authentic Korean dishes!

Came here with my friends and ordered the beef bibimbap. I wish it had a little more beef, but it was really good and filling. I stretched the meal a little more by adding the free sides to my dish. The staff was very kind and my friends and I recieved plenty of refills of water and side dishes.

When I first came to this restaurant, I left feeling so full and pleased I knew I had to go back soon. And now Im sure it wasnt just a one time thing- everything was just as satisfying the second time around. Having lived in South Korea for a year, I was left with a kimchi shaped gap in my soul when I got back to the States a few months ago. So I was delighted to find such a homely and delicious Korean restaurant so close to my house, with friendly ahjummas refilling your banchan and offering hot tea in the winter. Sure, you dont get to grill the meat at your table, but on the plus side your hair wont smell like grilled pork for the next 10 hours, and the meat is cooked to absolute mouth watering perfection. I will definitely be coming back here with anyone who hasnt had a taste of what real Korean food tastes like, and those who crave it as deeply as I do.

Excellent food, friendly and efficient staff, recently remodeled interior. For the area, the Korean fare is really amazing. Dont miss the steamed mandu or the kimchi fried rice. Their staples include banchan, dol sot bibimbap, and gochujang jjigae are also wonderful. Wish it were a little cheaper, but the quality is great.

I order spicy beef soup with veggies and egg. Seriously the beef maybe 3 or 4 slices. The rest is just veggies and 1 egg. For $11 . It so disappointed.Basically is a veggie soup. Never, never back again. If you vegetarian this is the place for you.But not for me... Definitely.So far 1 star....

Pretty good Korean food, very authentic, nice people. Fairly extensive menu with more seafood options than other places but still with all the favorites. I appreciated all their vegetarian options like kimchee bi bim bop and kimchee jeon. Definitely worth a try.

Drowsy medium sized roach this past summer 2019 comes crawling out near my purse — first booth by the door. No courtesy offer of anything.. just another seat.Staff puts up a sign so no one sits in the booth. Soon thereafter a family comes in wanting to sit in booth because they need a power outlet. Staff informs them the booth is not available and they leave in a huff.Can’t get myself to come here again. I’m sure the pest problem has been taken care of but sheesh..
