We all got different soups and they were all great. The vegan broth was delicious. Loved the spice levels.The decor of the place is good.Biggest complaint? They only give you half an egg, and it’s vaguely sweet for some reason?(I hated it thought it was super gross, but my friend liked it maybe you will too)🤔They also offer hard seltzer in a bunch of flavors for super cheap, so if you enjoy Lacroix, you’re in for a treat.Definitely a place to hit up if you’re vegetarian/vegan. 🥦

Location:Good, Parking:Good, Service: Fine, Price for food given: a bit high. Overall: This was a first time try and we were there when the doors first opened. The table we chose was still dirty from the night before which was kind of a shame. I like spicy so the flame was the choice of the day. There was only 2 parties with less than 4 . I thought it took a bit long but I will admit the Ramen and the broth were both pretty good. I will go back and try another dish. I would give it 3.8 stars ...

Bit disappointed with this place. Not your typical ramen place where you sit and they get your order. Here, you have to order first before you pick your seat. The ambiance of the place is good and the food presentation looks legit, but the broth was kinda bland and lacks the saltiness of the typical ramen. The chashu was a little bit tough and it is paid separately. Went here just to try the place and explore different ramen places. All in all, the ramen was mediocre and just looks good, presentation wise.

Quality ramen shop. I love their simple kotsu ramen and their Tacoyaki is the BEST! It’s very crispy balls with octopus pieces. They give out free water cups without asking and it’s very clean eating area with option for outdoor seating. It can get cold in there easily. The ramen starts at $11.99.

The place was a disappointment. The service and atmosphere are nice, but the food is just... bad.Chicken Karrage: 1 star, it looked and tasted like fast food. It had that unpleasant flavor when something has been fried too long. The sauce it came with was bland.Gyoza: 2 star, it had potential but was overcookedRamen: 2 stars, this is the most bland ramen broth I’ve ever eaten, and the noodles had a weird overcooked texture. The meat and egg made the dish “okay”

Their vegan ramen is absolutely incredible! Lots of veggies, slightly sweet tofu, and amazing creamy broth with a kick! Dont miss out on the garlic edamame eitherWe will absolutely be becoming regulars here!

Not a bad ramen spot. The lady that was working was very attentive and helpful. Definitely a place to get some decent ramen. A bit pricier than most ramen places. They have great vegan/vegetarian options. We got The Kick, which is a spicy kotsu pork broth base that came with half and egg for some reason. The chashu was amazing though. Overall I would go back for the curry up with chashu. Those together would make an amazing ramen.

It was my first time hear, and it was amazing! The noodles were cooked to perfection in my opinion, and everything was very tasty and filling. I strongly recommend this place if you want a delicious and affordable meal.

Their pork ramen was just a big piece of pork belly all fat no protein in the meat. Noodles were thin and like top ramen. Soup was well flavored. Overall poor food quality

First time there and definitely will be back and bringing the whole family! Good prices too. Had the rice bowl and ramen bowl both delicious! Gyozas were tasty but need to try the spicy ones. Staff was very nice. Vegan options too which was nice. Tofu bowl was really good. The ramen broth was very tasty.

Decent ramen place here in a San Dimas/ La Verne area. Broth and noodles are nice and pork charshu is good too. Ate takeout and the to go containers are proper for ramen, with the noodles separated from the broth.

I love this place so much. Not only do they have options for meat lovers but also for those who don’t! My favorite is the level 7 vegan spicy Kotsu ramen. It’s so so good, they give you a fair amount of tofu and other delicious vegetables. You’re definitely paying for the quality, worth every cent❤️

This is a really good place. I got the vegan ramen, and it was superb! The soup base is rich and creamy. My husband got the deluxe Kotsu ramen, and he liked it. The service was great too. Wed go again.

My boyfriend and I went here tonight and it was our first time trying it. He got the kotsu kick with pork and I got the tori OG with tofu. My boyfriends pork was mainly fat. My broth had a black hair in it that found after halfway eating and lost my appetite, it wasn’t the best flavor for either of the ramen but the hair was what made it really gross.

Place was trendy, spacious with ample parking. Menu is varied asian fusion and ramen-based AND and somewhat pricey (5 small gyoza dumplings for $8!!). The ramen bowl I ordered was very tasty but skimped on the pork belly for a $14 price tag. Ive been to other ramen joints where they offer equally appetizing, if not more, bowls of generous proportions that may be a couple of dollars less. Good service though!!

When you order a tonkotsu ramen, you expect noodle, broth, fixins, and FEKKING CHASHU! when you order tonkotsu from here, you will receive ONE, (count them) ONE piece of meat in your ramen. All of their pics show the standard 3-4 pieces. Honestly its damn near disrespectful in my opinion. Also, they make you order at a counter and then sit down, and Im frankly just not a fan of that

A really great ramen spot. Nice outdoor seating area limited indoor seating which is very nice. They have beer and sake and a big menu full of wonderful food. Ramen quality is four out of five. Service is a five out of five. Overall this place gets five stars Its a great ramen shop. My order was made quickly and the quality was excellent. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Vary good Ramen, and Rice bowls. Just don’t take picky eaters. Kotsu puts fresh tasty ingredients, and with a twist of familiar Japanese flavors. If you don’t like fresh cut vegetables in your Japanese inspired dishes stay home and just eat rice and soy sauce.

This place was good, good broth, good ramen, good service. However I had one small piece of meat in my ramen everything else was ramen. Which I know is somewhat common but this is the least amount of protein I have recieved ever from any ramen place.

I have been to one of their other locations and I really liked the food there so I was really happy when I found this one closer to home! The ramen and gyoza were really great. The broth and pork chashu were amazing and the noodles were my favorite part, so nice and thin. Would definitely recommend!

Not horrible but would not re-visit.Ramen was too creamy and the quality of the pork wasnt great. Pork was 20% fat, chewing into the fat was unpleasant. The pork wasnt cut and I had a hard time trying to eat the ramen and other ingredients.Perhaps if the owner focused more on the food rather than the looks of the place, I would give it a higher rating. Ive had much better ramen in small places ran by mom and pop shops.Personally, I prefer the small mom and pop shops when I eat ramen. The quality is definitely noticeable and you can tell they pay more attention to the quality of the food. There was a long wait at the sushi restaurant next door, so we decided to try this place out & it didnt disappoint.I got the chicken shoyu ramen, my partner got the spicy tonkatsu, and we ordered chicken karaage. Everything was delicious, and service was prompt.Definitely coming back 😁

Just picked up my first online order here. Had to wait nearly an hour after my pickup time. There were at least ten other people waiting for over an hour to get their food and I counted 6 people that just walked out because the wait was so long. Three others cancelled their orders for refunds. The food was good but I will NEVER return. I feel sorry for the workers, they were struggling and customers were beyond upset. I should have asked for a refund for this place simply wasting my time, very disappointing and poorly run.

It was a flop. place was okay, but the food lacked. Place seems like its more concerned with the aesthetic rather than the taste of the food. Gyoza was a bit greasy and overcooked. I no like it, other people might. too salty. Didnt seem to have a variety of meats, mostly pork.Im giving one star because Im in traffic and the food made me queasy and I just might poo myself.
