Kreem in Palm Springs

This was a cute ice cream shop! They had a bunch of different flavors but I settled on the vegan ube. It was super refreshing and had chunks of marshmallow in it. They also offer kombucha floats that I was intrigued by. There is outdoor seating as well

Reason for visit:Quick cup of coffee before work. Ordered a lavender latte with oat milk. As many true coffee drinkers know, you should never have to add anything to your coffee after it’s been served to you. Kreem passed this test with flying colors.Ambiance: small, quaint but cozy and inviting. Not a ton of indoor seating and may not feel the most inviting for laptop work inside. But perhaps outside.Vegan options! Great service, I’d return to have a sweet dessert moment with a friend outdoors.TLDR: def grab coffee here, without your laptop. Bring a card to swipe and enjoy the views with a good friend over coffee or ice cream.

Expensive, but like most things, you get what you pay for. In this case, it was some of the BEST ice cream I’ve ever had, creative flavors, LARGE SCOOPS, and friendly, professional service. They didn’t mind at all that my friend and I wanted multiple samples before deciding on Lemon Meringue Pie and Rosemary. I’ll gladly make the drive out here again next time I visit the area.

I got the single scoop chai ice cream, which tasted just like a spiced chai youd get at a coffee shop, and its one of their vegan flavors! I highly recommend coming here!!

I have been to Kream approximately six times as I live in the area. I wish I could say that I enjoyed going, as the ice cream is pretty great and the location is fun. However, I have never once, in those six visits, been greeted with any amount of warmth, enthusiasm, kindness, or customer service. The employees are never smiling. After this last visit, I have to ask myself why I keep returning. If an owner or manager reads this, I believe your staff’s lack of positivity is bad enough now to warrant this fair warning to the community. I would never want to embarrass or bash a small business in my neighborhood, but I’m hoping this garners some positive attention in the end. I’d like to keep coming to Kream! But I want to be greeted when I’m there, with basic customer service. It’s ice cream 😁 A smile goes a long way.

Really enjoyable experience, the staff was really friendly and helpful. I was able to try quite a few ice cream flavors before settling on rosemary. Not your typical ice cream, they have vegan ice cream with either almond milk base or coconut base as well as the regular ice cream.

Love the ice cream, but the horrible attitude from the employee working there makes it a not so nice experience. typically a great shop! I recommend Kreem to most people, but definitely not again after the rudeness of the woman working behind the counter this evening. So unnecessary.

Great ice cream. Traditional and unique flavors. The date ice cream is infinitely better than any date shake out there. Espresso was also really good.

Just moved to Palm Springs from NYC and this place reminds me of the places in Brooklyn I would go for gelato and vegan ice cream. I know this is ice cream.. the vegan flavors are amazing you would never know... The other flavors are unique and so well done . I really have an appreciation for the creativity. The staff the 2 young ladies that are there every day would make baristas in Italy proud they really know thier craft and are always professional and courteous. I usually sit in the alley and love the art work on the side of the building. This place has become a part of my routine now that Im a local in PS.

Cute ice cream shop with rotating flavors. Can tell its hand made. Good consistency, not too creamy so it doesnt melt fast. Similar to haagen das texture. Place is very clean with nice decor, staff was very friendly. $4 for a scoop. Vegan options.
