I do go here often. The quality of food is good, but the service quality is a hit and miss. They got friendly staff but in the last two visits, they had a single waitress for the entire restaurant while someone else sat on the counter simply handling take out delivery yup theyre busy for takeouts. You may have to wait to get your order to be taken, but the food is good, looks fresh and tasty.

Tonkatsu was HUGE and really tasty. the katsudon was meh (egg was fully cooked through and no dashi taste)they are heavily understaffed though, and only had one waitress handling the front of the house. she was constantly running around (literally) to serve people

Wow this place is amazing. The miso soup tastes waaaay better than other miso soups Ive had. The waitress was so sweet to my 2yo, even cut up the tofu in the soup so it was smaller for him to swallow. I got a shrimp sushi roll and my husband got the miso ramen. The portioning of edamame was more than enough for two people.Theres a vintage singing fish at the front door lol

Back again for my favorite Westgate roll and a hot cup of green tea served in a big copper mug. Perfect lunch that will refuel you when shopping at Westgate!

Been coming to this same restaurant since 2017. Theyve changed names, but their food has stay the same and i see some new items on the menu. My favorite has to be the beef rib miso Ramen and deep fried Cali roll. My daughter loves her chicken teriyaki and shrimp ebi.

Loved this place and customer service. We ordered crunchy night and Philly roll. Both were very tasty. The Crunchy night was delicious.The staff is very polite and quick. The place is inside westgate and definitely worth trying.

Our go to place for sushi. I ordered their garlic dragon this time, and it was above average. The chicken katsu is a bit bland. Overall a good place to go for your Japanese food cravings.

This visit disappointed me very much. my family and I came for rolls and waited for them for almost 30 minutes. we order the same thing every time. before this incident, we were cooked in 10 minutes. the manager blatantly lied that we made an order 5 minutes ago when I asked him about waiting too long for more than 20 minutes. its a pity that I gave this place 5 stars earlier.

Visited with my kid for their bento menu. It was not authentic feeling but good enough with that price range. Kind staff members!
