Why is the container and the food dirty? What is that hard black stuff on my food? I just dont understand whats going on here. Everythings dirty? I dont appreciate spending my hard earned money on this its very poor service. The lack of effort, care and respect is appalling to me.

Apparently, this establishment has been here for over 20 years. It was my first time here, and we got the egg flower soup. Which barely had any egg in it. It was very clear and the kung pao 3 ways, I asked for extra hot. I didnt have any heat on my plate, it was more sweet than anything. So their service is, okay, but the food I was not impressed with. I will not be returning sadly...

Wow reading a lot of these comments the food is apparently good but constant complains about the people sucking. Specifically one lady apparently. What a shame was thinking of trying it. They should realize horrible customer service cost them money in the long run even if it’s not always visible. Like I said the comments seem to be honest considering everyone thinks the food is good but the service is apparently awful. Hate places like that so I just avoid them

Within 5 minutes of looking at menu, we were approached by Ms. Lily who took our order on a hand held device and took our payment. We waited outside at one of the tables for our food. When it was ready one of the workers, who we assume is the Manager, asked if we wanted to eat at the table. We said yes, he then asked if we wanted ice water. After he brought it out he was kind enough to bring us plates and napkins. We ordered walnut shrimp, cheese wontons and dumplings. We learned they changed their white rice when we complimented the chef. We will definitely be coming back. The only downside of eating outside was the pizza place down the way with their music blaring for their guests.

I commend the ownership and management. Its clean here, they serve a very familiar menu and the food, and the portion is satisfying. You will enjoy from the appetizers to the meal. I recommend it for lunch or dinner. The wife and I first found this place when we went to the Norwalk courthouse to pick up our marriage certificate and we hope to continue and enjoy this tradition when around the area. Thank you to the entire staff.

Plenty of clean parking. Friendly service got seated almost immediately. Ordered the 3 Kung Pao Delite ( chicken, beef, shrimp) w/white steamed rice and an awesome sauce. Delicious, and freshly made.

The food is great but the customer service from the lady with the blue hair is horrible. Not friendly at all. Definitely could use a course on people skills. I really enjoy the food but will think twice before coming back here. Dont want to be treated so rudely by this lady. Need to put a friendlier greeter at your front desk.

Absolutely Horrible! When I was served the soup I should have left. The hot and sour soup was nasty looking and I asked for the egg flower. It tasted like the threw the salt shaker in it. My Chinese wife could not eat more than a taste. The appetizers were old and dried out and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. If I do not get food poisoning it will be a miracle. Her chow mein noodles were swimming in grease and the shrimp tasted less than fresh. The kung pow chicken was OK but very greasy. The service lady was friendly enough but could not make up for the terrible food. I will never return. This place used to be great but I think there was a change of ownership along the way and it has turned to one of the worst Chinese places have ever eaten at. It deserves 0 stars.

Good food, very good, but little Asian lady tryed to hustle me out of an additional (tip) charge on my debt card purchase after already leaving a cash tip. Total $60 my cash tip $10 she told me at point blank I need to add more to it on my debt receipt. Should a tip be 1/3 of the foods total?

Food was delicious but the older lady kept coming to our table and looking over our shoulder. I dont know if they have a issue with people leaving without paying but even after we gave them our card and paid for our dinner she kept coming over to our table to the point I had to tell her to please let us eat our dinner in peace. I have been to this restaurant many times. Its one of the few sit down freshly made to order menu with no food waiting in a pan under glass for who knows how long. This place actually serves up fresh and very tasty food. Each time I have been there it never fails that the place is super clean, smells great and very friendly service. The price is right and the portions are big. So if your in the mood for some delicious. Kung pow chicken or shrimp try this place the menu is bigger then that lol and you wont be sorry you tried it. We usually order take out. Theyre really nice and care about their customers. Food is good. I really like their hot & sour soup and the spicy wings. Right across from the Norwalk court house, its a great place for lunch. Special lunch prices are very reasonable and service is fast. The specials include soup and the menu offers lots of choices.

I came in here not knowing what to order, the man the front desk was so kind and explained the whole menu to me. And mentioned the lunch special. He also offered if I didnt like the food, he would change it to another plate. I enjoyed the lunch special, it was so delicious. I did come back the next day with a coworker! It was amazing!

It was a quick lunch time stop for me. The hostess was pleasant and got me seated right away. The place was busy, but I still got lucky and managed to get a booth. The server was quick and attentive. I chuckled to myself as I saw two older grandma types working in the restaurant and moving around at speeds Id never imagined Id see grandmother types moving at. Man, they are moving! My order was taken quickly, and the food got there within 5 minutes, wow. They werent playing today. When I tasted my orders, Kung Pao chicken bowl and pan fried dumplings, everything was good. The flavor and textures were good, and the preparation was right. The only thing I wanted that they didnt have right then was some sweet chilli sauce. But, I managed to get some of the sweet and sour sauce and mix the chilli sauce they had on the table into it and was satisfied. Before I left I received happy good byes from the grandmas which made me smile and left a very pleasant feeling on my feels. Everyone needs grandma. Ill be going back to try out a few more dishes, Id recommend that you try it out too.

This is a legitimate Chinese restaurant. They cook their food pretty fresh so youre not getting stuff that is under a heat lamp. I think its pretty close to authentic compared to other Chinese restaurants. Wanted to try Kung Pao Bowl. So I just went there. The business is open, door wide open. Went in no one there to great you. There were people sitting outside one lady walked in went straight to soda cooler grabbed a soda and went back out to the table. I waited like 5 more minutes. Still no one anywhere! I just left. What a shame......was trying to support a local business. Not a way to run a business ! Will not be back.

Our dinner was absolutely delicious! My family really enjoys Asian food. Everyone really liked their entree and samples of everyone elses. Our waitress was knowledgeable of the entrees and made a suggestion for me. I had never had Chicken Chop Suey, but it was delicious with lots of yummy vegetables. As we were leaving, the waitress brought an appetizer to another table, but my husband wanted to stay and order it (ha). We suggested the restaurant open another location near our home, but that is quite far away. If we ever get to Norwalk, we would definitely eat there again.

Worst Chinese food Ive ever eaten. My orange chicken was seriously lacking in the flavor department, and the veggie egg rolls/spring rolls were atrocious. After just one bite of the egg roll and three bites of the orange chicken, the rest of the meal went directly in the trash. Will never order food from this place again.
