We were a group of 7 very excited to try out a lot of the different items on the menu. However, as soon as the waiter came to us, he was very hostile and asked us, before even greeting us: What? Are you in the wrong place?!I have no idea why he would ask that to begin with. I shouldve gotten up and left with my family. But the little ones really wanted sushi, so we still placed our orders. As you can tell, the presentation of the food was okay. Do not be fooled! I was devastated at the taste of my fried rice with chicken. The chicken was old and tasted like it was reheated chicken, not fresh. The rice was burnt and tasteless. To make matters worse, they overcharged us and even TIPPED THEMSELVES! DO NOT COME HERE, THE FOOD WILL MAKE YOU SICK AND SO WILL THEIR PRICES.

Food was delicious - got a salmon bento box and everything was so fresh and flavors so well balanced. The salmon had a perfect crisp and just melted in your mouth. Veggies were fresh, just the right amount of dressing. Dumplings were good. Service was so nice and attentive and very friendly to a couple of tired parents with a young toddler. It feels like a family-run business that obviously pays close attention to the food they serve.

After eating here 4 or 5 times in the last 15 years, Im finally deciding to call it quits after multiple not-so-pleasant dining experiences here. There are no smiles to greet us, just older gent mumbling in another language as he walked away. I asked him for a menu after about 3 minutes. I also asked if they had one of my favorite appetizers and his response was intelligible so I said never mind because there was too much of a language barrier to keep attempting. The bento box at 3 PM in the afternoon was about 20 bucks. I wanted a sushi roll on the side so my meal total was about $35 for just myself for a late lunch. The waitress arrived with a whispery voice which was fine, but she was wearing a face shield with crusty food & smears covering it which was disgusting. I wasnt able to figure out how she could see what she was serving and and could only imagine what was falling off into the food & water being served. The miso soup was the temp of day old bath water. Needless to say, it was not a pleasant dining experience and the taste of every single item was very mediocre at best. Dunzo with supporting this business!

We walked in without reading the 1 star reviews on google. I mean, it’s fun to read them while we were eating. The language barrier is what makes people think the owner is rude I guess? The service was actually not that bad. Sushi is what you want to avoid though cuz it’s pricy but tasteless. Other dishes are just fine.

I had a horrible experience here:1. Food was not good at all compared to many other sushi places Ive been to. We ate about half of it.2. Hot tea was barely warm. When I kindly asked to make it hot the guy looked into my face, then left and did not bring the hot tea.3. The waitress ignored when I was trying to ask her for help. Two of the times she made an eye contact with me, saw Im inquiring and still didnt bother.4. Expensive! Dinner there cost more than pretty nice sushi spots in Bay Area.5. Restrooms are in horrible condition, dirty.I do not recommend this place.

This Restaurant was Perfect if you are in the mood for Japanese food. I’ll be honest it’s not like Nobu but it fills that craving for Japanese food. I personally love Japanese and eat it all the time. So I really appreciated this spot! The service was also really nice one of the waitresses always made sure we satisfied and always asked if we needed anything. Please if you love Japanese food give it a shot. Thank you again!!!

We went there twice. The first time everything was perfect. Excellent food and service. The next day, food was cold and service was really bad water was not served even if we asked for. And not until we finished our food! No silverware are served too. Not chopsticks. the first time we gave 20% tip. Tip total amount is actually good. I could not think of any reason why the difference is so big between the first and second visits.

Great Value Sushi. Tasted good, fast and friendly service. Will come here again, debated coming twice in a row for dinner while we were only in town for three days.

Now I know why this restaurant is 3.8!1. The ingredients aren’t fresh and poor quality. There are bugs in the noodle, and the salmon is so crispy and without fat and salmon smell.2. The owner don’t understand how to do business. We surely ordered and said shrimp sake, then we got eel sake. We asked and heard they said dirty word in Korean. Fine, I don’t want to argue.3. Unreasonable price. Depend on the poor ingredients and weird taste, they charged us $77, we won’t go anymore.

Creepy experience will not eat here again over priced no way was 2 ca rolls and fried rice was 50$ thats ridiculous 3$ for canned soda... no freaking way also did not enjoy being watched during my entire meal. Literally would look around and was just being watched..
