Fantastic food options and high quality fish. A favorite of mine for the last 10 years. Can get busy for dinner as there is limited seating. Great attitudes from servers and chefs. You have to try the fresh spring roll and cilantro roll

This is the perfect place for sushi rolls. Great experience and great food. The workers are nice, the place is clean but small.The food is fantastic. If it wasnt for pricing I would be there always. They dont have any happy hour specials. Every roll outside the basic California type rolls are going to be a little bit of money. But Id spend it on a good night out.Presentation is perfect. The flavors and mix of ingredients works very well. To the French Kiss if its still there.

This place is a bit hidden and is easy to miss. It looks humble from the outside but inside it is a very pleasant. We had the Azteca roll, Philadelphia roll, M.PR. roll, salmon sashimi, Yellowtail Sashimi and tuna sashimi.The hostess was very attentive and the sushi chefs highly skilled. My only regret was not asking the sushi chef for his recommendation as Im certain it would have been amazing.Im looking forward to coming back soon.Also, I strongly recommend the M.P.R. roll of you are a fan of spicy food. It was spicy and a must for those who are in for a nice challenge.

People working there are nice, I order on the phone and they didnt make it feel like I had to order quickly, they even gave some recommendations from the menu. When I went there to pick up, it was like 123. Food was good 👍

Went to this place on a Saturday night unexpectedly because the original place we planned was closed. I have to say this was a wonderful experience! It was a great date night site. I had Salmon, Mackerel, and Tuna sushi, and it is the best in the area I believe. The rice tastes like it was prepared like proper sushi rice and the fish quality is good. The mackerel was prepared with a tasty onion garnish which I thought complimented it well. I also had a lobster roll as well and it was also good. ai love the sushi bar environment setup as well. Definitely coming back.

I will start by talking about the food. I ordered the Azteca roll, Cilantro roll Sara roll, the jalapeño poppers and salmon and tuna sushi. Everything was excellent, amazing flavor. Why the 3 stars then? When I rate a place I take into consideration the whole experience. Here are the issues I have with this place: 1) When I called, i tried to connect like 10 times, always getting a busy signal, they are popular so Im sure people were calling to place their orders. 2) They do not have an online menu or website where I can see the pictures of their rolls, I spent some time browsing through Yelp and Google to figure out what roll was what.They need to invest in a good online ordering system, have an online menu where people can see pictures of what they offer. The stay at home situation we have is making a lot of people order take out, I believe a restaurant should make the process easy, for me, is part of the whole experience. My 2¢.

The only reason I hesitate to give Kyoto 5 stars is because it can get a bit cramped inside. The restaurant is pretty small in size however the food and service is great. I would say its great casual dining where you can have a beer and sushi with friends or significant other but dont expect much if you go in a large group. Id definitely go back again though. The wait is worth it.

I always order out for this restaurant and every time there is utensils, napkins and soy sauce. Thank you! If I want more or some chili they give me the items with a smile. So far so good no complaints! Parking is a bit difficult as its shared with a couple of other businesses.

This is a small hidden spot but out of all the sushi restaurants from Vegas, to LA, San Gabriel valley, Hollywood area, even Beverly Hills Ive never had Sushi as Delicious as this place. There Cilantro rolls are absolutely mouth watering, there soups are yummy. I dont live close to the restaurant but me and my family love it. I highly recommend this place. The Asian waitress is very awesome and kind. You need to try it definitely! !!

Im not a big sushi fan, I get the tempura shrimp or the bento box. Some of the best tempura shrimp and vegetables Ive had.Once my California roll kinda unraveled and the rice was a little dry. Everything here taste good overall, even the miso soup, and I dont like miso soup.Its always busy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Its a little cramped, I usually order takeout. No language barrier.

STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. the male who defined himself as the manager and boss would NOT let us sit at the available tables or bar because we had a child. You can NOT discriminate against a family at a family restaurant. Our 17 month old was going to sit on my lap. Weve been coming here for 5 years and usually its a female manager who is soooo sweet and a Hispanic server who is soooo GREAT! This manager was rude and after waiting 50 minutes we left.

If youre in LA you definitely have to go there. Ive never had such delicious sushi. Im thrilled! Unfortunately today was the last time. Hopefully Ill find something nearly as good in Germany at some point
