La Cocina in Ramona

Dont order to dine in you wont get your food until almost 1hr later. Order to go its done within 15mins. Food seems like leftovers. Edible when youre digging in the fridge in the middle of the night having the late night munchies.

Solid food. Service is good and people are very friendly.

La Cosina is a restaurant Ive been coming to since childhood. When in town, I make sure to make a quick stop and order my aidas burrito and roll tacos .

Great little family run authentic Mexican food. We stopped in for lunch and were greeted at the counter by a wonderful young lady who took our order. The food was delivered promptly and served hot and fresh. My wife had the chicken enchilada plate and I had the Chile relleno and chicken enchilada plate. Both were fantastic and so tasty. You can tell the fresh ingredients and quality are present. A terrific spot and the Bravo family certainly know how to treat customers like family and show the love by their cooking and food service.Highly recommended

This place has changed very little from when we went here in the 90s. Same authentic food, fresh and always amazing. The interior has changed slightly but still has the old school feeling it had when I was eating there as a child. Ramona has some great authentic Mexican food restaurants and this one definitely touches the top of my list.

Food was good. Friendly staff. Small indoor dining, but busy for mostly takeout. I was visiting family and was craving carne asada so I tried their carne asada burrito. It was big and tasted good. Salsa was good too.

Delicious menu items!La Cocina is located in the heart of Ramona on Main Street. There is a good amount of seating inside. The menu items are varied and priced reasonably. The portion sizes are good. There are many items perfectly sized for sharing if you prefer. The burritos we had were filled with flavor and very filling. The salsa, both green and red were AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Very busy. Slow staff we ordered some east food to heat and cook. At 7:24 pm our simple burrito and soup was not even at our table. We asked for a refund but got a refund for one item only. Staff tried to charge again for remaking the burrito. Awful service

Small town of Ramona, this was a quick and easy bite.Not to many tables so on an odd day, you may have to style for a picnic.Here’s a pic of my Bravo burrito. Tasty and filling. Little heavy on the salt for me but overall good.
